It is a great location for a business trip, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I recommend it as the best stay for a solo stay. It was convenient because it had cooking utensils and an induction stove so I could have a simple meal.

Great location and spacious. But cleanliness could be improved. A lot of dust, wall is dirty, some of the glasses were dirty too. The blind or the curtain was not functioning properly so we had to really careful when we want to open/close the curtain. And during the day its veryyy hot like a summer in August with heatwave.

The apartment was very clean and well located. My husband and I stay there often because we travel for business. Everything was great.

The location is perfect, checking in and accessibility are not a problem. The surroundings are a bit marginal, cleanliness so-so. The rooms are functionally furnished. An alternative to the three-star standard, but unfortunately with some drawbacks.

Not your typical hotel. There's no staff in case you have a question, or need something. You are provided with sparse amounts of Soap, towels, blankets, and had just one pillow. Decent sized room, and the bed was comfortable.

Prima accommodatie. Is even zoeken waar de ingang is. Wordt niet met een bordje of iets aangegeven. Ingang is bij de Unicenter op de hoek van het gebouw. Lovely place to stay, the rooms are just perfect, it feels like they thought of everything when planning them. All rooms are studio apartments with kitchenette area(fridge, stove, oven). Staff is very friendly too.

This place is right on the river. The rooms are fresh, and the atmosphere is homey. When our girls got sick the staff was helpful and accommodating.

Simply lovely! Just a great hotel in a great location. I am usually very picky, but this one was flawless to me. Spacious clean room with a modern design and everything looks new. The hotel was very clean and hygienic. And the reception was very friendly and the service was also excellent. I would highly recommend booking this hotel.

The hotel was really clean and modern and fitted out nicely with great sized rooms, excellent bathrooms and a lovely pool. High quality rooms in a building with character. Even tho the room was on the smaller side, everything was high quality and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was not refilled so you paid a lot for very little food and juices. The elevator was broken the entire week so it was tough for my partner with knee issues to walk up the narrow curving stairs. There was no privacy between the bathroom and the room. Clean and quiet hotel, in a very good location, with a large SPA area. Unfortunately, when it comes to the facilities for guests, it is quite poor, there is no coffee and tea in the room, a bathrobe, flip-flops and a SPA towel are available for a fee (8 euros per person), the room was quite small.

The only problem is there is no sound proof at all - considering this is a general flat problem, we can still bear with many random noises coming from outside or inside the building. The front desk staff was kind, the location was good, and the breakfast was delicious. The shower didn't have hot water, but it was hot that day so it wasn't a problem.

Even though a little bit outside the centre, the location is still at walking distance (25 minutes ) to the Dom. The hotel is a little dated but every thing is clean and in good working order. And the breakfast is great and plentiful. Very good value.

This unusual hotel is so well situated whether you are sight seeing or on business. If you're visiting Cologne for the Christmas Markets this is your ideal location. Although it is a little far from the station, there are many restaurants nearby, so it was convenient. There are only stairs on some floors, so it is a little difficult to move large luggage. However, the staff will help you move your luggage. I had a very comfortable stay.

The room we stayed in this time was in Zone 2. The room size was good and overall comfortable. The price was only RMB 100 more expensive than a single room. But the check-in time was 3pm, which was a bit too late.

It is decent. Overall it was good, the placement is good and the staff was good. They helped us with parking in their garage that is just outside. The downside was that it was 30 degrees and we couldent get the room temperatur down so we had aprox the same outside temperatur inside, was hard too cool off when going too sleep.
