Lovely place to stay, the rooms are just perfect, it feels like they thought of everything when planning them. All rooms are studio apartments with kitchenette area(fridge, stove, oven). Staff is very friendly too.

Good accommodation for a fair price. Everything you need is available. Very close by you have a super market as well as many other shops. In about 20 minutes via public transport, you are at the cathedral. The only disadvantage is the fire alarm. It might start in the night and it takes about 5 to 10 minutes to turn it off by local staff or the fire department.

I like this hotel, it has good wifi, very spacious room with living room and kitchenette. Location is very near to Heumarket station as well as near the Rhine river.

Older hotel. Rooms need some upgrades. Bathroom sink and shower have 2 separate knobs for hot and cold water, which I think is inconvenient. We came here with our 10 month old for a few days after a river cruise. Luckily for us, they were able to check us in very early. The location of this hotel was really good, close to lots of restaurants and bars and near the cities attractions. While the rooms were very spacious they were not very clean with one corner of our room actually having mold in it behind the curtains. The wifi was also awful. The connection was so poor that i couldn't even load a video, and it would repeatedly drop out in the room.

Room and facilities were top notch for my stay on 12 August. My check in staff were polite and courteous as were the spa and gym staff who are fantastic. A great shame the check out person (Hirsch who claimed he was the manager) I believe was rude and unhelpful citing a bizarre policy for his behaviour. Otherwise a great hotel.

The room and the view from it were absolutely stunning. Location-wise the hotel is great, too. But the service was disappointing. Some examples: - Curtains were falling off. It's a nice hotel, comfortable room. I missed a socket near the bed. Personally I'm not a fan of showering in the tub, but it worked. Breakfast rates are ridiculous in my opinion. Almost €30,- for a cup of coffee and a bowl of yoghurt is overrated. Parking rates could be less too, imo.

If you approach the entrance doors too fast they open right into your face because the doors open to the outside. That should be easy to fix by adjusting the level of sensitivity for the sensor. If sensitivity is increased, the sensor will spot an approaching person earlier and therefore will open the doors earlier

This was my 12nd stay at this place. Honestly the best near to the airport. Shuttle at every time, nice and smiley staff. The most valuable handling is coffee next to reception at morning time. Cleaners are really good and got high volume of patience.

We have been staying at the hotel on our wedding night and the night before. We had a room with a stunning view over Cologne and a beautiful balcony. There is a generosity about this hotel that is all too rare these days. Heaps of toiletries in the bathroom, free minibar with beer and juices, and a magnificent breakfast. The outdoor elevator was an unexpected joy too. Would definitely return if we come back to Cologne. Thank you.

Ive been here several times over the years and always enjoyed it a lot. The rooms are spacious. The host and/or hostess was always very helpful and friendly. Me and my friend usually went to the swimmingpool later on the day so we, personally, never had issues going for a swim - like someone else mentions. The location is perfect and easy to reach when you travel with public transport.

I would like to recommend this hotel to Hyatt members. As a new member of Hyatt, at first they are not very familiar with Hyatt benefits. But when they make it clear, they kindly upgrade suites for me and give me access to the lounge. The staffs are very kind and patient. We booked this hotel for our long weekend stay in Cologne, and it was a good destination. Less than 15 walking mins away from the old town, situated right at the river and with lots of dining options around, it offered everything we needed. Staff generally very friendly but there is one front desk gentleman always tells me my room is not available without even looking at his computer while the person in the next line is checking in. I can'treally fault the hotel in anyway, the rooms were comfortable and clean and quiet. I had a room facing the interior courtyard. There were plenty of items to choose from at breakfast... even though you could order from a menu for cooked items I would have preferred if there were more cooked options, the scrambled egg was a bit dry and rubbery some mornings. I didn't use the bar or restaurant...

lovely hotel! we stayed for one night and were amazed by the comfortable beds in the three bed family room. we chose this hotel because it had three separate, real beds, and they didn’t disappoint! the breakfast was also incredibly nice - one of the nicest breakfast buffets I’ve ever had (multiple types of honey!) Alan helped us and was so welcoming and kind.

My stay at the NH hotel has been great. The service provided by the staff is exceptional with staff going the extra mile to make sure your stay is comfortable. Restaurant staff (such as Allen) were also very nice and welcoming. Highly recommend staying.

Nice Location walking distance to north&south oldtown... rooms are very quite and clean. Kind and gentle staff.

Very good location and in city. The service is really nice, the rooms are full equipped and quiet, the beds very comfortable. The breakfast is also good, but there cool be a bit more variety of choices. The checkout is super uncomplicated.

Cheap and cheerful. Rooms are very small, but hotel was clean and breakfast was ok. You get what you pay for and this is a basic hotel. Note there is no attached restaurant, so breakfast and bar type food only.

Great location. U find what you need within a walking distance (food, coffee, shopping, entertainment, green area, artificial lake etc.) Breakfast area: crowded. If you order an omelette or sunny-side up, they can't provide you, except (cold) boiled egg. Room is clean and functional, but disigned in such a way, that you can't do your morning exercise, b/c you bump into s/t (e.g. furniture). The courtyard...

Loved my view, my room and the bathroom as well. I was hoping for a little more for my breakfast, but I will assume they were being careful because of Corona. The staff members are also very friendly and helpful.

Comfy bed but only the other half ? pricey for a 3star but this is normal when the city is busy with fairs and trade shows. Basic breakfast, only the boiled egg was hot...and the coffee. Why does the door need an eternity to close and when I pull it it closes with a bang? I could reach the entrance of the hitel by the time it fully closes....

Second visit here.We will recommend it for families with children.Very clean, polite and helpfull staff.Also a supermarket near in case u need something quick for your baby.

Fine hotel, outside Köln but near the highway (61). Good food in the bar, delicious Hungarian Goulash Soup. Room is also OK, bit of outdated look and feel but clean. Nice badroom with bath, plenty of space.

Clean with hard mattress which I like. Pillow is soft as usual. No toiletries except hand gel, shower gel and shampoo that are all in one. On my last stay someone knock the door and immediately broke into our room in the morning. We informed Front Desk and she said that it might be a housekeeping...she compensated with free parking for our 2 nights stays that you have to pay for 10euro per night.

The hotel has comfortable reasonable sized rooms with pleasant personal. Located rather far from city center but easily accessible with car and public transport. Plenty of supermarkets and food options around, so no problem with getting food even with rather bad opening hours of hotel restaurant.

Nice business hotel. Price is very good as the location is not that optimal, rooms are spacious enough. Breakfast was very nice as it is the hotel restaurant.

On one of the main squares and a 5-10 min walk from the station. Modern hotel, friendly staff. My room faced the square and it was a little noisy but fine. Breakfast was very good. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Good value. Lots of similar hotels nearby

Excellent Location, right in the heart of Cologne Old Town. Room is big and clean. Good breakfast. The only issue I was facing is the sofa bed for the 3rd person, the couch can't be flattern, a bit difficult to sleep on even for a 12 yos child.

This is the perfect place to stay if you like a clean, small hotel that is walkable to everything! The staff is exceptional. Daniel greeted is when we arrived, and he was so helpful throughout our stay, as was the entire staff.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Hotels location is perfect. Hotel is clean & modern. Rooms amenities are good. Breakfast is fine, but the hot selection is small and doesn’t change at all - we were staying for a week and so this became rather repetitive very quickly.

My husband and I spent 8 nights In Cologne in this lovely hotel! The staff are marvelous and the room was spacious and beautiful! An added plus is the cafe and 24/7 room service for drinks. Every interaction with staff from the assistant manager to the staff delivering drinks to our room was one of cheerfulness and graciousness. I booked a room for a short stay and I enjoyed it. The room was clean, equipped as described, it is true what somebody wrote though that there was no wardrobe. For a short stay I didn‘t mind. The service was nice and helpful, I could get into my room earlier than the check-in time too since it was ready and I arrived earlier. The breakfast buffet was also nice, with good variety of food. The hotel is close to the Cathedral (The Dom) and also to the Main Train Station in the City centre. The food was good and we enjoyed a hot breakfast.

I recommend everyone to visit and live in this wonderful place. The service at the hotel is at the highest level, the breakfasts are delicious. The rooms are clean and beautiful.

We stayed here for 5 days and our stay was wonderful. Location: next to hansaring train station, which is 1 stop from cathedral or main station. You can even walk to cathedral from here. Breakfast: very good spread of breakfast, tea, cofee, bread, jam, butter, cereal, yogurt, many types of meat. Rooms: clean, neat, everything was functional, rooms were cleaned everyday Reception: receptionists...

Nice hotel, situated at 15 minutes walking from Koln Cathedral. We received a free upgrade of the rooms. The rooms received were very big and comfortable. The staff was very nice and friendly. Totally recommend for a stay in Köln.

Nice old hotel in a very good location, one station away from the central station and in front of metro. Definitely not worth the price, cause we were there during the Messe, but still liked it. Clean and quiet with friendly staff.

I really like it, especially the reception stuff. But I did not like that there are no (halal foods in the breakfast buffet)
