They gave me a room far inside the hotel, far from the elevator.They don't even change rooms, and if you go with family, you may have to see a hard time. I do not recommend it for family

Took a short break in Cologne during weekend. Marriott is a nice place to stay with five minutes walk from the central station. Easy to find on arrival and easy for your departure by catching a train to airport. Very cozy bed and clean room with minimal noise. Except the WiFi takes a bit longer to activate but that’s fine.

Visited Koln with family. This hotel is perfect in so many ways. Everything they do is elegant and efficient. The staff always smiled and spoke very good English. It sits directly across and basically in the shadow of the Cathedral and train station. Great location.

Lovely management at reception. I stayed for 4 nights. The rooms are well priced , with breakfast as an extra starting from 8 euros. Local shops are around the corner if you need anything. No kettle or microwave in my room, but was not needed from my end. Local tram stop is next door going directly into town, with the river Rhine a few meters away.

It was a bit hard to find but the rooms were clean and looked good. The staff was exceptionally friendly. At check-in they even opened the terrace just for me. Property situated very close to Subway. We were surprised that they have Fee $.50 for early check in. And for baggage storage $.5 as never experienced any such charges. This is a huge hotel in a great location, Penn Station across the street. The hotel has been remodeled but still has a lot of art deco features that appeal to travelers like myself. We booked the family room which was large and clean. We had our own space as did the kids. But even after taking the elevator we still had a flight of stairs to climb with our luggage. Keep that in mind if you book this room. It was very basic but suited our needs fo callr our one night stay.

Location was idea, beds very comfortable and lots of space. Location was perfect for a city break. However the shower temperature was temperamental and the towels were as rough as sandpaper.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Very cozy, clean and quiet Hotel and neighborhood. I was in town for a trade show close to downtown but the train from this hotel to Kolnmesse was a breeze and so comfortable.

Really sweet and charming little hotel. The breakfast was great, the room cozy and staff friendly. It was a bit run down overall but it didn't really bother us since we were out in the city most of the time anyway ;)

Great little hotel very close to the city centre, cathedral and train station. Very clean and pleasant staff.

This little hotel is cheap and cheerful! So close to all main attractions. Room was spotless with excellent air con and a lovely balcony. Breakfast was tasty with something for all tastes. There is no elevator so be ready for stairs. Perfect hotel if you aren't expecting major luxury. Would definitely stay here again 100%!

Good location, clean, beds were very comfortable. Nothing fancy. Breakfast was okay, typical German style.... cereal, cold meats, cheese, bread rolls etc. Only downside is that we were in room 11 which is at the front of the hotel by the entrance..... guests would stand outside smoking which if we had the window open would make our room smell (both of us are non-smokers). Otherwise a great hotel...

Great location but the size of the single room is very small for the amount charged.

10 min walk from the train station but on a very quiet street. Had lockers for free for safe luggage storage until check in time.

It was such a great experience. Everyone was so attentive, from reception to restaurant. Walkable to main area and safe. Easy to get to from main train station (i recommend walking and not getting 24 day ticket for transport unless you go far) Thank you again!

Top location, room is nicely clean and spacious with good views. Perfect for my business trip. Just the wait for check-in in the front desk takes too long and I arrived around 6 pm. Wish this could be improved.

Very clean and comfy hotel, felt very luxurious as well. AC was great and room was so spacious. Good spot in Cologne where most things are nearby or 15ish minutes away walking. Highly recommend. We had a view to the Cologne Cathedral which was beautiful.

Incredibly clean rooms, also a lot of good restaurants within walking distance. Only downside is that parking is not included within cost of room. The parking garage wasn’t a far distance from hotel. Fairly close to the chocolate factory and the Cathedral. **Staff is also extremely friendly!

Simply lovely! Just a great hotel in a great location. I am usually very picky, but this one was flawless to me. Spacious clean room with a modern design and everything looks new. Huge car garage right next to the hotel. Good sound isolation in the rooms and silent airco. The room itself is not expensive. And the area is very hip, we found many nice bars and restaurants around. 10/10
