The best hotel ever. It locates in the city center, where take only 5 minutes by bus to the cathedral. The staffs are very nice and my room was extremely beautiful

inexpensive and central location but the previous guest(s) smoked in the room and no possibilities to get an other one.

Amazing location and lovely staff! Rooms are a little dated but that’s not a problem for a short stay, everything was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms had been renovated.

It was quite an affair with accommodations also provided by the hotel with 5 Star service. Great memories throughout Deutschland and Austria

We had the luxury suite with 2 bedrooms for us and our 4 kids (6mo-8y). Spectacular views, pretty decor and stunning bathtooms

We had the Continental breakfast in the Executive lounge and it was excellent with everything you could want. I do have to say that the parking was extremely tight so if you have a bigger car be careful and take it slow

An elegant place, well-located with respect to the center, very spacious rooms, clean and comfortable

Stayed here overnight so that we could enjoy a little bit of the city, visit the Musical Moulin Rouge which was right around the corner and not have to take a 2-hour drive to get home late at night

- Hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. Our room is very, very comfortable with a huge flat screen TV, mini-fridge, kettle, safe and other amenities as per Marriott standards

- Convenient location with short walking distance to the train station; very busy surroundings with restaurants and bars. just wish there is an Expresso coffee machine in the room instead of some instant coffees

Loved the location and the executive lounge was fantastic! Large and served great food and drinks throughout the day. Be sure to enjoy happy hour here

They also provided a nice stokke high chair for breakfast. We had a handicapped room which gave some more room in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. I’m really impressed by our stay

Hyatt delivers, and as always this is not an expectation. The building and facilities are phenomenal. Our room (king bed) was looking slightly dated but not in bad shape at all, and overall it was large and comfortable

The Steigenberger Koln is a great hotel. I come here for both work and vacation. It is a nice central location. Numerous restaurants of every kind within walking distance.

The breakfast was delicious with a full spread of great variety. Not a far walk from the Cologne cathedral and other tourist attractions. So many great restaurants in the surrounding area! Definitely worth the stay!

Room and facilities were top notch for my stay on 12 August. My check in staff were polite and courteous as were the spa and gym staff who are fantastic

A great shame the check out person (Hirsch who claimed he was the manager) I believe was rude and unhelpful citing a bizarre policy for his behaviour

For me as I am also working as a hotel staff in Madrid and that we are told by our supervisor to change the linens after 2 nights, I am also expecting that it’s the same in other hotel but I am disappointed when it comes to housekeeping

And one thing they didn’t even clean the rooms or used vacuum during our stay. They didn’t even change the linens of the bed for 6 nights that we stayed there

The best thing was the free breakfast buffet in the mornings. They had such huge options of healthy food. Fruits, breast, variety of cheese, fruit juices, coffee, eggs, cornflakes, you name it and it's there

Excellent stay, our receptionist upon checking in was really nice and friendly which made everything better. Spacious room with 2 seats to chill. Quick less than 5 min walk to the train station

The temperature could be controlled perfectly and also had automatic electric blinds. Had a small fridge, iron, dryer and everything. One of the most luxurious hotels I have ever stayed in

The washroom had a full bathtub, the shower ran great, and the lights were moody and awesome. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean

And the seating area was huge. I hope to stay here again in the future

Parking is around 17 to 19 euro for the night

Also, the cardboard cups and breakfast cups made out of icecream cones could easily be replaced by glass and could be more ecological

The hotel was excellent and the breakfast too. It is located in the center of Cologne. The only problem I had was that I tried to call a lot of times the reception and nobody answered.

There is however room for improvement: in my opinion there is no reason to change towls for the same people if they were not placed on the floor

We arrived at 10am super early hoping we could leave our bags and go explore, but they had our room ready which was an amazing start! The customer service was incredible, the room was so comfortable and a lovely view of the cathedral and train station

The noise is not an issue with the two windows closed but we loved the noise and kept them open. The free water was a brilliant thing to have and the free coffee until 11:30am is reaalllly good

Friendly and helpful people, and there is baggage storage possible. The room was small but all you needed, there was an airco, hairdryer and tv available, personally the bed was a little hard

Rooms: The room we stayed in was excellent. It was clean and the bathroom was a good size. We had a nice view of the cathedral spires and the main station. The bed is king size and comfy

Service: We didn’t really have much interaction with staff, but they were friendly when we checked in. The hotel does not clean your room unless you request it, which I support

However I found the environment "oldish" me and my couple couldn't maintain a conversation with other guests since the middle age was 60s, so we found a little bit difficult to socialize even at the bar

The hotel is located not far from the city center. The reception people were also nice and polite. Breakfast options were reasonable and worth the price. Overall a pleasant stay and wouldn't mind coming back

Well I spend a lot of time in several Motel One Hotels and this one is the best of all! Mathias (the hotel manager) and his team are bringing customers satisfaction up to a new level! You’re feeling like at home

Even it's only 25 minutes walking from the cathedral, with luggage and winter cold, turns the things a little bit difficult, net time I will stay in a closer location

The room service does not speaks English so to explain something like you don't want the room cleaning service at the moment but in 5 minutes will be ready

You can walk to everything not to mention it's 100m to the Dom. The walk in shower with the rain shower head was great. Water gets super hot and greater water pressure. Also treat yourself to the chocolates!

Absolutely incredible stay at Holiday Inn Express Cologne (Köln), highly recommend staying here :) Parking is great for those that are travelling by car, the car park is directly next to/ underneath the hotel

You can access it through reception, no long walks to find your car. The room was amazing with fantastic views of the city which I've included. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing

Great contentious experience while staying at Holiday Inn Express, Colonge, Germany. The amibition, helpful staff, thoughtfully designed the services that required at each occasion of the daily needs

I was asking for a small room or some simple room where I could sleep. They charged me another 156 euro for 2 nights!!! In the end I paid 640 euro for 2 nights !!!!! Crazy money. We asked where we could do welness

Again we had to pay extra ! It is all about money and no goodwill at all. The breakfast is good, but nobody told us that on Monday the breakfast is earlier then Sunday, so we were too late for breakfast

When we arrived they told us we had to pay another 96 euro because I booked only for 1 person (not !) In the night I went to the reception as my friend was loud snoring and I couldn t sleep

When I booked I asked for 2 single beds. This means to me 2 beds, so 2 people. Which is a lot of money for 2 nights

I will not recommand this place to anyone anymore

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Dorint , it’s located in the center of cologne. The staff are amazing so kind and friendly. You can see the Dom from your lift. I believe there is rooms with Dom view

Its central location makes it ideal for enjoying all the fun activities Cologne has to offer

Great location, u-bahn station is literally right outside the entrance it's a short journey on the train to hbf, nice easy stroll along the Rhine to the Chocolate museum and onwards to the centre for shopping and sightseeing if prefer to walk

The hotel is great value! The location is perfect, the room was so cosy and warm with a super comfy bed and great shower and water pressure. The room was cleaned each day and amenities restocked

The staff at the Mercure is top notch! We had trouble turning on our air conditioner and someone was in our room a few minutes after we called the front desk and solved the problem immediately

Yes, I did have the bathrobes and a balcony. But the view was on to a construction site. But I can live with that as we were only there for 2 nights. I would have liked a bin in the bedroom

Clean and tidy, no fuss, modern hotel. Note that right now (in times of Covid) the hotel restaurant is closed, but there are plenty of restaurants within a short walk.

Everything is clean, simple, minimal. Minibar, safety Deposit box, gift - jelly beans. Conveniently located, close to restaurants, cafes, train station, attractions (Cologne Cathedral)

I visited the NH Hotel Köln Mediapark for two nights and felt very comfortable there. The atmosphere and staff were very nice, polite and warm! I was even allowed to have breakfast on the hotel terrace

We had a fantastic stay for our family vacation! The front desk staff was kind enough to upgrade our reservation to a superior room, and to our great surprise we found a room full of attentions that made the stay special: a little tent for the kids, a giant giraffe plush, free candy and snacks, toys in the bathroom, etc

No regrets, the staff was brilliant, very friendly and incredibly helpful! The rooms are spacious, but the only issue is that the double beds are actually two separate single beds together, also it's only provided single duvets

The room could be bigger and the gym would be better with some dumbells. The location is perfect (15-20 minutes walk to the center). There are bus stations at 4-6 minutes for the 132 and 133 line

Since all the important attractions are near Cologne Train Station, this hotel is off from the attractions and has to take train and walk for 8-9 minutes to reach hotel and again from hotel to metro station

Everything went fine-nice room, clean bed and towels. Polished dealings by reception staff
