The best hotel ever. It locates in the city center, where take only 5 minutes by bus to the cathedral. The staffs are very nice and my room was extremely beautiful

inexpensive and central location but the previous guest(s) smoked in the room and no possibilities to get an other one.

Amazing location and lovely staff! Rooms are a little dated but that’s not a problem for a short stay, everything was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms had been renovated.

We had the Continental breakfast in the Executive lounge and it was excellent with everything you could want. I do have to say that the parking was extremely tight so if you have a bigger car be careful and take it slow

Stayed here overnight so that we could enjoy a little bit of the city, visit the Musical Moulin Rouge which was right around the corner and not have to take a 2-hour drive to get home late at night

- Hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. Our room is very, very comfortable with a huge flat screen TV, mini-fridge, kettle, safe and other amenities as per Marriott standards

- Convenient location with short walking distance to the train station; very busy surroundings with restaurants and bars. just wish there is an Expresso coffee machine in the room instead of some instant coffees

The hotel is excellent, comfortable, and clean, with spacious rooms. It is conveniently located near the city center, just 10-15 minutes by train to and from Cologne Cathedral. The price is relatively affordable.

The hotel is great value! The location is perfect, the room was so cosy and warm with a super comfy bed and great shower and water pressure. The room was cleaned each day and amenities restocked

The staff at the Mercure is top notch! We had trouble turning on our air conditioner and someone was in our room a few minutes after we called the front desk and solved the problem immediately

I have dietary requirements that are hard to meet but the selection of gluten free and plant based dairy products was great so that I could eat like other people, which is rare in the hotels

We wanted some plates to enjoy treats we'd bought at a local bakery and the staff was super accommodating. We didn't have an electric kettle in our room and the housekeeping staff was gone

Love this hotel, stayed here for the second time this weekend. Large quiet room, humongous comfy bed, and fantastic breakfast buffet! Service is good and parking is expensive (€20) but secure

We ate at the Italian place inside with the gorgeous bar and the staff went out of their way to make us happy, the burger was also delicious. The lobby is modern and stunning and even SMELLS good

The temperature could be controlled perfectly and also had automatic electric blinds. Had a small fridge, iron, dryer and everything. One of the most luxurious hotels I have ever stayed in

The best thing was the free breakfast buffet in the mornings. They had such huge options of healthy food. Fruits, breast, variety of cheese, fruit juices, coffee, eggs, cornflakes, you name it and it's there

The only complaint was the room was not cleaned regularly, and I had to inform the reception to get it cleaned every time. Apart from that nothing to complain at all

The room could be bigger and the gym would be better with some dumbells. The location is perfect (15-20 minutes walk to the center). There are bus stations at 4-6 minutes for the 132 and 133 line

Since all the important attractions are near Cologne Train Station, this hotel is off from the attractions and has to take train and walk for 8-9 minutes to reach hotel and again from hotel to metro station

Anyway my one day stay was all joy

We arrived at 10am super early hoping we could leave our bags and go explore, but they had our room ready which was an amazing start! The customer service was incredible, the room was so comfortable and a lovely view of the cathedral and train station

The noise is not an issue with the two windows closed but we loved the noise and kept them open. The free water was a brilliant thing to have and the free coffee until 11:30am is reaalllly good

Faultless hotel, with a gorgeous rooftop and great location

Friendly and helpful people, and there is baggage storage possible. The room was small but all you needed, there was an airco, hairdryer and tv available, personally the bed was a little hard

Rooms: The room we stayed in was excellent. It was clean and the bathroom was a good size. We had a nice view of the cathedral spires and the main station. The bed is king size and comfy

Service: We didn’t really have much interaction with staff, but they were friendly when we checked in. The hotel does not clean your room unless you request it, which I support

They also provided a nice stokke high chair for breakfast. We had a handicapped room which gave some more room in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the service was great. I’m really impressed by our stay

Hyatt delivers, and as always this is not an expectation. The building and facilities are phenomenal. Our room (king bed) was looking slightly dated but not in bad shape at all, and overall it was large and comfortable

I had a great stay at Motel One Köln-Neumarkt. The hotel is in a fantastic location, conveniently close to the city center and right near public transport, making it easy to explore the area

The hotel was excellent and the breakfast too. It is located in the center of Cologne. The only problem I had was that I tried to call a lot of times the reception and nobody answered.

The staff was friendly and helpful- special thanks to Rita from the breakfast team, she was so sweet, she brought me the breakfast roll I asked for straight to the table when they were freshly baked, absolute 5* service!!!!

Perfectly placed hotel if you are attending the Koln Messe. Literally across the road from the East entrance. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The bar is good. About 20 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

Unfortunately you need to pay 6€ additional to use small swimming pool. Breakfast has a bit of everything, only smoked salmon was missing ( so if you do not eat meat and dairy product), mhmm

7min walking from Lanxess Arena, in front of Koeln Messe and stop of tram 14(each 10min). Very easy to reach by 14 the Dom

I was asking for a small room or some simple room where I could sleep. They charged me another 156 euro for 2 nights!!! In the end I paid 640 euro for 2 nights !!!!! Crazy money. We asked where we could do welness

Again we had to pay extra ! It is all about money and no goodwill at all. The breakfast is good, but nobody told us that on Monday the breakfast is earlier then Sunday, so we were too late for breakfast

When we arrived they told us we had to pay another 96 euro because I booked only for 1 person (not !) In the night I went to the reception as my friend was loud snoring and I couldn t sleep

Located almost in the Center of Cologne. The staff is polite and helpful. Language of communication: German, English. Wi FI free and everywhere on site. Convenient for travelers and for conferences ( and cost less)

We checked into the hotel very early in the morning, but early check-in was only offered for an additional fee and if we upgraded our room

However I found the environment "oldish" me and my couple couldn't maintain a conversation with other guests since the middle age was 60s, so we found a little bit difficult to socialize even at the bar

The room service does not speaks English so to explain something like you don't want the room cleaning service at the moment but in 5 minutes will be ready

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Dorint , it’s located in the center of cologne. The staff are amazing so kind and friendly. You can see the Dom from your lift. I believe there is rooms with Dom view

Absolutely incredible stay at Holiday Inn Express Cologne (Köln), highly recommend staying here :) Parking is great for those that are travelling by car, the car park is directly next to/ underneath the hotel

We had a fantastic stay for our family vacation! The front desk staff was kind enough to upgrade our reservation to a superior room, and to our great surprise we found a room full of attentions that made the stay special: a little tent for the kids, a giant giraffe plush, free candy and snacks, toys in the bathroom, etc
