I am a traveller from India and stayed in this hotel for 6 days for a business trip in October. The experience was really good. They assign a double room even for a single person

The only complaint was the room was not cleaned regularly, and I had to inform the reception to get it cleaned every time. Apart from that nothing to complain at all

The best thing was the free breakfast buffet in the mornings. They had such huge options of healthy food. Fruits, breast, variety of cheese, fruit juices, coffee, eggs, cornflakes, you name it and it's there

Excellent stay, our receptionist upon checking in was really nice and friendly which made everything better. Spacious room with 2 seats to chill. Quick less than 5 min walk to the train station

Me and my mother had a lovely week there and we would definitely go back! We really enjoyed the breakfast, the view from the premium room, the comfortable bed, the fitness, the lobby, the location and the friendly staff! :) We were extra delighted by the person who cleaned up very well our room every single day, we also got fresh towels, water/tea/coffee etc

Storage in the room is a little sparse, especially for longer stays. The electric outlets did not work well with the international adapters we were using. The furniture is beautiful but had a couple jagged edges

You can walk to everything not to mention it's 100m to the Dom. The walk in shower with the rain shower head was great. Water gets super hot and greater water pressure. Also treat yourself to the chocolates!

There was also a lot of private chatting among the staff in the bar and one member was occasionally swearing under his breath - obviously not in itself a problem but the layout of the bar made it impossible to ignore and made service feel a little less professional

Stayed here for over a week in a Junior Suite. All our expectations were exceeded. The hotel felt comfortable and staff were lovely. The room was spacious and clean

The food in the bar and restaurant were very good although quite expensive. The location is as good as it gets in Cologne - right next to the train station and in front of the cathedral

A negative was that the in-house Michelin restaurant was closed during the stay and some members of staff didn’t know about it

They did have breakfast in the club, but we did eat in the main restaurant, which had a great spread of anything you could want for breakfast. We utilized the pool/ hot tub (relaxing but not very hot)

My spouse utilized the sauna and enjoyed it. The gym was well equipped and plenty of space, unlike many hotel gyms. The staff in the Regency club was very kind and helpful

The main desk was responsive to any issues that arose. Only suggestion would be to be clear on the parking and give a ticket for getting out of the garage after checkout

A few times we had to press the button to get in or out and it took a long time to get a response. Some areas of this Regency might need refreshed, but you can't beat the location or view

We stayed 4 nights at the Cologne Regency and loved our stay. Stayed as globalists and were given a room with a great view of the Dom

Excellent hotel for a city trip. Just a 5 minute walk from the city center. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, great air conditioning and private parking

A superb business hotel wonderfully located in Cologne. Just a 10-minute walk from the city center and main businesses. The staff is very welcoming and attentive

There is a generosity about this hotel that is all too rare these days. Heaps of toiletries in the bathroom, free minibar with beer and juices, and a magnificent breakfast. The outdoor elevator was an unexpected joy too

The rooms are spacious with a slightly retro feel, and a lovely melody to fall asleep to, which I adore! Plenty of spaces to work efficiently, and all the services needed for relaxation

It is a very good modern hotel. We liked the way the staff at the front desk were welcoming. The breakfast is very good with various options

We did think the breakfast was very pricey (27 euros) so we just got our own breakfast. Other than that very nice and comfortable hotel

For me as I am also working as a hotel staff in Madrid and that we are told by our supervisor to change the linens after 2 nights, I am also expecting that it’s the same in other hotel but I am disappointed when it comes to housekeeping

Very nice experience! Went there twice in one week as we really enjoyed it. Nicely furnished, clean rooms. Had rooms with great views both times, on high floors

And one thing they didn’t even clean the rooms or used vacuum during our stay. They didn’t even change the linens of the bed for 6 nights that we stayed there

Located almost in the Center of Cologne. The staff is polite and helpful. Language of communication: German, English. Wi FI free and everywhere on site. Convenient for travelers and for conferences ( and cost less)

The best value for money! The hotel room is so spacious and clean throughout. Everything worked sufficiently in the room. All the staff were super friendly and helpful

The breakfast was delicious with a full spread of great variety. Not a far walk from the Cologne cathedral and other tourist attractions. So many great restaurants in the surrounding area! Definitely worth the stay!

The room could be bigger and the gym would be better with some dumbells. The location is perfect (15-20 minutes walk to the center). There are bus stations at 4-6 minutes for the 132 and 133 line

Super hotel, super room's, nice staff, location is perfect, not in the city center but 10 minutes walking from it! You have bus station 100m from hotel! Lobby bar is nice,

The location is not very far from the center Just one thing to call out the staff at the reception denied me from filling the water bottle post check-out which was I think unnecessary

Since all the important attractions are near Cologne Train Station, this hotel is off from the attractions and has to take train and walk for 8-9 minutes to reach hotel and again from hotel to metro station

You can walk 6-7 minutes to a road with many stores restaurants super market etc, just 2-3 blocks above the hotel

Everything went fine-nice room, clean bed and towels. Polished dealings by reception staff

It's a nice hotel, comfortable room. I missed a socket near the bed. Personally I'm not a fan of showering in the tub, but it worked. Breakfast rates are ridiculous in my opinion

Almost €30,- for a cup of coffee and a bowl of yoghurt is overrated. Parking rates could be less too, imo

I was asking for a small room or some simple room where I could sleep. They charged me another 156 euro for 2 nights!!! In the end I paid 640 euro for 2 nights !!!!! Crazy money. We asked where we could do welness

Again we had to pay extra ! It is all about money and no goodwill at all. The breakfast is good, but nobody told us that on Monday the breakfast is earlier then Sunday, so we were too late for breakfast

When we arrived they told us we had to pay another 96 euro because I booked only for 1 person (not !) In the night I went to the reception as my friend was loud snoring and I couldn t sleep

When I booked I asked for 2 single beds. This means to me 2 beds, so 2 people. Which is a lot of money for 2 nights

The room was a great size and there was nothing I would change about it : modern , spotless, great bathroom etc. The staff from initial contact to arrival at reception to dining room and cleaning staff were all excellent

I highly recommend staying here. It’s in a great location for the old town, the new town and the riverside plus there’s a small supermarket almost next door for say milk as well as coffee shops

Stayed here for 3 nights on business. Well located for the nearby exhibition centre and under 15 minutes by taxi from the central railway station. It is walkable but perhaps not with bags

Very clean IBIS hotel, relatively close to the downtown of the city - a nice walk - with a safe parking place. The COVID measures are in place as well

Receptionist Ismena and others did their job perfectly. The housekeeping staff also was good. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station

Easy access to the city centre and plenty of parking possibility in the immediate surroundings. When you want to eat something you can just leave the hotel and go to the Italian style bistro place next door

The perfect place from which to explore Cologne with your dog. Very comfortable and warm room. Great TV and really excellent hot shower, so easy to use. The staff of the hotel were very good and cooperative

I was tired so I didn't mind, fell asleep quick and I didn't hear anything! I had plans on my way and from the hotel the next day so in my case I would have reached the hotel by foot and even if it was only for a night, it was well located

Place is 2 mins walk from a station that takes you to the main landmarks, including Hauptbanhof. Squeaky clean, great staff and the buffet is really varied, tasty and with everything for anyone, absolutely recommended.

This hotel is centrally located near many tourist attractions in Cologne. Although the price is not inexpensive, I find it reasonable given Cologne's high standard of living and the peak season

For sure it depends from the seasons and day but during my stay the price was really good and cheap for the expectation! It was just more than perfect! I knew check in was from 15:00 so I didn't want to waste time and take the risk

At first, we plan traveling by train, so made reservation with this hotel, at the end, we rent a car, so car parking becomes a little bit trouble, lucky, we found a parking slot at road side and free for over night:23-9

I booked a double room and was lucky enough to get one of the two rooms with a balcony. The room itself was very nice, divided into two sections with the bed in one section and a desk and wardrobe in the other

Breakfast is nice, but as rooms entrance is on the back side, there is an internal way to back to front desk and breakfast restaurant. But for baggies, you will need to carry to entrance at another(back) side

I recently stayed at the Hotel with a medium sized group, and I was very pleased with how the hotel accommodated us. The rooms were lovely and the spa is a slice of heaven tucked away in the city of cologne

The shower room was clean and modern. There's a spa attached to the hotel, but I didn't try it. The rooftop deck looks pretty, and is probably lovely in warm weather

We stayed there 3 nights and we really loved it! The hotel has really nice spacious rooms, comfy beds and is spotlessly clean. It's also really close to the train station, cathedral and centre of Cologne

The location is perfect- steps from the Cathedral and tons of restaurants as well as the train station. The lobby is beautiful, the bar looked very nice and the staff were all super nice

Bathroom was plenty big as well and I appreciated the shower door (if you know the shower struggle in Europe. The separate tub was especially nice after long days of walking

The location is tough to beat, as it is close to the train station (don’t worry, the rooms are incredibly well sound proofed), the Cathedral, and a few subway stops that can take you anywhere you want to go

My partner and I had the absolute best stay here at Ruby Ella. Found the hotel on a booking site as Germany was a new visit for us, and to say I’m so happy that I found this place is an understatement

Very nice apart hotel. Always helpfull stuff behind the desk. All clean. There Is parking behind the building. Also you can use washing machine And thuble dryer. I like design of rooms and little kitchen.

Nevertheless they provide weekly cleaning service for long stay guests and if you stay for less than 8 days, be prepared to carry your own toiletries and manage with limited towels

We only stayed for one night but in our room there was a kitchen, living area & en-suite. In the kitchen there is a kettle and coffee machine, but no tea/coffee is provided - so bear this in mind

Staff were also very friendly, although one member during the night (around 1am) did not speak very good English - he couldn't even tell us where to buy tickets for the tram/metro

You got a small room and kitchen where you can cook
