Excellent stay, our receptionist upon checking in was really nice and friendly which made everything better. Spacious room with 2 seats to chill. Quick less than 5 min walk to the train station. Parking is around 17 to 19 euro for the night.

A short walk from Köln-Messe rail station, and across from the Messeplatz centre it is simply the most convenient location for business travellers. It is my default hotel of choice in Köln. Clean efficient rooms, robust and diverse breakfast, and comfortable lobby bar, round off a quality stay.

Very friendly staff and location is great. The room was clean and very comfortable. My only complaint is that I paid for an upgrade to “garden view” and the view was not nice at all. Also I upgraded to have a bottle of wine in the room but the wine never arrived. The breakfast was delicious and the variety was great.

We have been staying at the hotel on our wedding night and the night before. We had a room with a stunning view over Cologne and a beautiful balcony. We received a small marriage cake to enjoy, and I had a special hanger for my wedding dress. I loved the way they took care of even the smallest things. Thank you!

Excellent hotel for a city trip. Just a 5 minute walk from the city center. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, great air conditioning and private parking. We did think the breakfast was very pricey (27 euros) so we just got our own breakfast. Other than that very nice and comfortable hotel.

There is a generosity about this hotel that is all too rare these days. Heaps of toiletries in the bathroom, free minibar with beer and juices, and a magnificent breakfast. The outdoor elevator was an unexpected joy too. Would definitely return if we come back to Cologne. Thank you.

A superb business hotel wonderfully located in Cologne. Just a 10-minute walk from the city center and main businesses. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The rooms are spacious with a slightly retro feel, and a lovely melody to fall asleep to, which I adore! Plenty of spaces to work efficiently, and all the services needed for relaxation. It is a very good modern hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. We liked the way the staff at the front desk were welcoming. The breakfast is very good with various options. The hotel is centrally located, which makes it very easy to reach major attractions.

The location of this hotel was really good, close to lots of restaurants and bars and near the cities attractions. While the rooms were very spacious they were not very clean with one corner of our room actually having mold in it behind the curtains. The wifi was also awful. The connection was so poor that i couldn't even load a video, and it would repeatedly drop out in the room.

Room and facilities were top notch for my stay on 12 August. My check in staff were polite and courteous as were the spa and gym staff who are fantastic. A great shame the check out person (Hirsch who claimed he was the manager) I believe was rude and unhelpful citing a bizarre policy for his behaviour. Otherwise a great hotel.

The room and the view from it were absolutely stunning. Location-wise the hotel is great, too. But the service was disappointing. Some examples: - Curtains were falling off. We asked them to be repaired. Did not happen over our 3 day-stay. - Asked for wake-up call, but did not receive one. - Baby cot was missing.

Good location, the room was not very clean, the coffee machine in the room was broken. The day I arrived I asked to get a take away gluten-free breakfast for the last day, which was not ready. The nice person at the reception did his best to put together something last minute.

The room could be bigger and the gym would be better with some dumbells. The service was very good. The location is perfect (15-20 minutes walk to the center). There are bus stations at 4-6 minutes for the 132 and 133 line. You can walk 6-7 minutes to a road with many stores restaurants super market etc, just 2-3 blocks above the hotel. Had booked Standard room with 1 queen size bed and sofa bed. Room was decent enough and had all basic amenities. Bed was not so comfortable though, and bathroom door didnt close properly. Stayed for a day. Everything went fine-nice room, clean bed and towels. Polished dealings by reception staff. Since all the important attractions are near Cologne Train Station, this hotel is off from the attractions and has to take train and walk for 8-9 minutes to reach hotel and again from hotel to metro station. It's a nice hotel, comfortable room. I missed a socket near the bed. Personally I'm not a fan of showering in the tub, but it worked. Breakfast rates are ridiculous in my opinion. Almost €30,- for a cup of coffee and a bowl of yoghurt is overrated. Parking rates could be less too, imo.

Great Hotel in perfect location for the exhibition hall but nothing else. Fantastic leisure facilities, good food and staff all super helpful and friendly. Pity the costs were so high with the Euros on but would stay again for sure but book well in advance as 1700 euros for 3 nights was expensive by any standards

We had what is called a deluxe room on the website. The price was okay and the staff was great. The room was not in a great condition. Long black hair on the floor in the bathroom, white and yellow paste on the walls of the bedroom, dust on the coffee machine. We were very happy to stay here for one night. The park and small animal farm close by are a very nice visit if you like walking and feeding deer. Great beds, loveley breakfast and very nice staff. The rooms are older, however still comfortable and clean There are also nice restaurants on walking distance. We will come back.

Overall not bad hotel, location is nice, 2 issues were: old carpets started to smell in hotel corridors and 1 coffee machine is not enough in such big hotel. A gym would also be useful somewhere.

The hotel is perfectly located, just a 5-minute walk from numerous bars and restaurants. The Dorint is exceptionally clean, with excellent staff and an awesome bar and lounge. Its central location makes it ideal for enjoying all the fun activities Cologne has to offer.

Rooms are very comfortable and quite big. Some of them are quite noisy because of the street. Reception was very friendly. Check out, can't said the same. I ask for a Taxi and receptionist where are we going but he didn't share the information with the taxi and they took us to another ship terminal not the one we wanted. Hotel is very well located to cisit Cologne.

Excellent service by professional hosts. Fantastic breakfasts and spacious rooms with fitting facilities. The A/C broke during our stay, but this was beyond the hotel’s control, and they offered us great replacements to cool down our rooms. Definitely a recommendation when staying in Köln!

A great hotel in very central Cologne. The rooms are large and luxurious, bathrooms come with a bath and large shower. Overall this place was pretty good. The location was ideal for what we wanted. Walking distance to everything we wanted to see in the city. One of the best parts was that they had a parking garage directly under the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the Cathedral and public transport. There's a good variety of restaurants nearby and the staff is helpful. However the rooms need to be renovated. Pro: Close to 1980 restaurant and you can easily walk a few blocks to a few main streets full of shopping etc. Rooms a good size, came with coffee. We went there for Thermal experience, it was clean and hygienic, many Sauna options, I loved the outside sauna with special treats. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great experience 👍🏼👌🏼the rooftop is also a recommended option.

The location is central but still in a decently quiet neighborhood. Rooms are fine everything works and is available but might need some more cleaning on parts of the walls. Check-in and check-out we're quick and easy and the private parking was very convenient as well.

The rooms are too small, even for one normal-sized human. Rooms use a card system to turn on the power. This buzzed loudly and intermittently in the night so I had to leave the power off. So I had no lights nor could I charge anything. The shower is good but sprays water on the floor. Breakfast was good, but a little too much sugar. You can leave your luggage and they actually check that you are taking...

Amazing (and affordable!) hotel close to the train station! Lovely, clean rooms with cozy lighting and great windows. We loved the view from our room. Great stay at Urban Loft while in Cologne for a conference at Media Park. The room was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The location is tough to beat, as it is close to the train station (don’t worry, the rooms are incredibly well sound proofed), the Cathedral, and a few subway stops that can take you anywhere you want to go. In September 2023 I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff members were very nice and helpful. The breakfast box was delicious and nutritious. On my departure day my train was very early in the morning before breakfast time but they arranged a box for me which was a very nice gesture. The location is also superb. Overall highly recommended

We booked this hotel for our long weekend stay in Cologne, and it was a good destination. Less than 15 walking mins away from the old town, situated right at the river and with lots of dining options around, it offered everything we needed. The room was very spacious, with sort of a balcony just above the canal, with comfy beds.

I had 2 days in a conference at the hotel and also spend those 2 days there. My room had a nice view to the river and was also very comfortable/big. Everyone was super nice and the food was delightful. There is also a terrace with an amazing view. The hotel is also close to the main station and the Cathedral.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and courteous staff - definitely to be recommended. Lovingly furnished rooms - free Wi-Fi - there is always a place to park. Little gem.

If you go to Cologne, you need to know a lot. First time staying at this hotel, I was very pleasantly surprised. The room where I slept had a jacuzzi. The interior has a great design. The hotel has a bar where you can also have a drink. The breakfast here is also very good and you can directly see the Rhine from the promenade. Very good value for money. Highly recommended....

Very charming, small, nice hotel. Whether it's a drink or an overnight stay, this is an incredibly good recommendation. Mega stylish, luxurious interior and absolutely clean. Super nice, cozy atmosphere with very hardworking, polite staff. We felt very comfortable. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!!!

Apartment comfortable, well appointed and equipped. On the banks of the rhine the views from our balcony were impressive up the river. The access to the car park and apartment are simple but not straight forward, once sorted it's fine. I would certainly recommend. Cologne centre seems to be in walking distance, about 3k, we will find out tomorrow.

High quality rooms in a building with character. Even tho the room was on the smaller side, everything was high quality and the beds were very comfortable. A breath of fresh air after staying in hotels of large multinational chains the nights previous. Hotel a 5–mins walk to where the city's many beautiful building and squares begin. In the other direction you have a lovely river walk along the quays

Everything perfect for me ! Good location no taxis or trams required! Exceptionally clean, relaxed ! Pool and sauna were a bonus ! Rooms exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable! Would stay here again and would recommend to anybody!

The hotel was clean, the rooms also. The shower was great, lots of water pressure. There is no lift so have that in mind if you have low mobility. The pool was a bit cold but not freezing. The buffet was good, with wide variety of food. 15 min walking to the kölner Dom so was pretty handy for us.

The breakfast buffet was not refilled so you paid a lot for very little food and juices. The elevator was broken the entire week so it was tough for my partner with knee issues to walk up the narrow curving stairs. There was no privacy between the bathroom and the room. Only a curtain you could pull but it stopped no sound or light.

On one of the main squares and a 5-10 min walk from the station. Modern hotel, friendly staff. My room faced the square and it was a little noisy but fine. Breakfast was very good. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Good value. Lots of similar hotels nearby

Excellent Location, right in the heart of Cologne Old Town. Room is big and clean. Good breakfast. The only issue I was facing is the sofa bed for the 3rd person, the couch can't be flattern, a bit difficult to sleep on even for a 12 yos child.

This is the perfect place to stay if you like a clean, small hotel that is walkable to everything! The staff is exceptional. Daniel greeted is when we arrived, and he was so helpful throughout our stay, as was the entire staff.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Hotels location is perfect. Hotel is clean & modern. Rooms amenities are good. Breakfast is fine, but the hot selection is small and doesn’t change at all - we were staying for a week and so this became rather repetitive very quickly.

My husband and I spent 8 nights In Cologne in this lovely hotel! The staff are marvelous and the room was spacious and beautiful! An added plus is the cafe and 24/7 room service for drinks. Every interaction with staff from the assistant manager to the staff delivering drinks to our room was one of cheerfulness and graciousness. The hotel is close to the Cathedral (The Dom) and also to the Main Train Station in the City centre. The food was good and we enjoyed a hot breakfast.
