I had a great stay at Motel One Köln-Neumarkt. The hotel is in a fantastic location, conveniently close to the city center and right near public transport, making it easy to explore the area. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay pleasant and relaxing.

This place is ok and price for the room especially with the location in connection to Christmas markets was excellent. The breakfast situation is pretty terrible. They have one little bar of food and many many people coming down at the same time. We decided on the second day to go out and find breakfast. The room was small but ok for 2 nights. Not much of a view but why not put netting over the window...

Stayed in December for Christmas markets. Great location. About 15-20 minute walk from the train station. Rooms are fine and modern. Bed was a little hard, but that's just my preference. Lovely bar area and enjoyed the continental breakfast. I would recommend staying here

Great contentious experience while staying at Holiday Inn Express, Colonge, Germany. The amibition, helpful staff, thoughtfully designed the services that required at each occasion of the daily needs. Good hotel clean new. Location is ok. Breakfast is OK. Airconditioning is not so great (i Like really cold airco) the drapes are 100% light resistant but on the top it doesn't really close that well so you see little light coming through. Overall a good hotel.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had booked for day use (10am-5pm) rather than overnight. My room wasn’t ready for my check in so they let have the room until 6pm instead which was great.

Spacious room, that's nice. Bathroom was not clean enough (traces of toothpaste and shaving cream at the sink). Floor of the room was too dusty, apparently not vacuumed. I solved this myself by wiping the entire floor with a wet towel. That was disappointing because otherwise it is a nice hotel.

This is a chain hotel that is clean and comfortable. The rooms are small, though they don't offer many amenities. The air conditioning was adequate despite the hot weather in June. For independent travelers, the ample parking is a plus. The hotel's parking lot costs 12 euros a night, and there are plenty of free parking spaces outside the hotel. KFC, a supermarket, and a gas station are all nearby...

Stayed at the hotel for the third year in a row and really enjoyed it. Incredibly easy to reach from the station and a great central location to explore the city from. It has become my home away from home whenever Amphi festival is on and I'll definitely be back next year.

For someone with more Wealth is in the shower is a challenge... The bed I have slept in the I, knarxt... is simply outdated already... I then placed the mattress on the floor to sleep then on the ground, it was bearable...

OK hotel, especially when you consider price. They are refurbishing the outside during daytime. Note the backside is looking over the Cologne central station and tracks which is quiet from around 2300 until about 0500, so be prepared for some noise outside those hours. We booked the family room which was large and clean. We had our own space as did the kids. But even after taking the elevator we still had a flight of stairs to climb with our luggage. Keep that in mind if you book this room. It was very basic but suited our needs fo callr our one night stay.

After I got stranded on my way to Italy I had a layover here and called them in middle of the night and the woman was very nice to fix a room, beds are great and it’s clean! The breakfast have many varieties. It’s a bit like coming to someone’s living room, shes is very service minded and helpful. Strange experience here. When I arrived, with a reservation, to the hotel (about 10pm or a little earlier) it was completely shut with no one there. This was by far one of the weirdest hotels I've stayed at. First off the location was great, and the service from the workers was great. Room quality was on the contrary though. The beds were way too firm and the pillows are horrible. Bathroom size was okay but the shower pressure was too aggressive. Best to say you get what you pay for, and if you end up staying here enjoy and bring you're own pillow
