Radisson Blu Hotel,

We have stayed at this Radisson Blu Hotel several times already and absolutely love it. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable and the location is truly superb.

We have also stayed with our little daughter here several times already and were always impressed by how family-friendly the hotel is. A baby cot was always set up in our room, and at the breakfast restaurant they provided high chairs as well as special plates and cutlery for children. The restaurant staff was especially kind and attentive with our daughter, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

A special thank you goes to the General Manager Guido for his outstanding personal support and for accommodating our specific wishes. It truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay.

We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

3 night break to visit Hamburg. Great location next to lovely park with pretty gardens. You can walk to the river through the park in about 30 minutes. Also 10-15 minutes from the city centre. Great breakfast. Comfortable and clean room with very large and comfortable bed. We are in the rooftop restaurant (26th floor) on a Saturday night - booking is recommended. It offers Middle Eastern inspired sharing dishes. We arrived on a Thursday around 5pm and had no problem parking in the hotel carpark. This is accessed from the main conference centre car park. Having gone through the main car park barrier, you do a number of left turns to go back towards the exit barrier. Just before this, on the right, is the access to the hotel car park through a second barrier. No tickets are issued at either barrier, it is just on vehicle registration and to leave you enter your registration number at a pay machine and pay. The hotel gives you a QR code to scan for a 9 euro per night discount off the 30 euro charge. The top level, one up from where you enter, is mostly EV charging points. There are 5 or 6 levels altogether. The bays are quite narrow but OK for most vehicles. It is also possible to park in the main conference centre car park which is much larger.

Convenient location but inexperienced and indifferent services, surprised to know almost charging more than half day cost for early check-in that normal practice for many frequent travelers.

The hotel is conveniently located and next to it is a beautiful city garden.

Stayed for 6 Nights – Good Experience with a Few Suggestions

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel for 6 nights while attending an event that was held in the same building. Overall, I had a good stay – the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, and the rooftop bar is definitely a highlight with a great atmosphere and views.

The event space worked well, though there are a few things that could be improved for smoother logistics. One point of disappointment was the check-in experience. As a guest staying nearly a week, I expected a bit more flexibility or consideration regarding the check-in time, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.

That said, the housekeeping service was excellent, and the hotel's location is great, with nice surroundings to explore. I’d recommend it, especially for events, and hope the check-in process becomes more guest-friendly in the future.

The location is very good. It is very convenient to take the train in Damm BF early in the morning. The hotel has a good view and the scenery is good. The hotel breakfast is also good. There are free fitness facilities on the second floor.

Wonderful room. Roman at the front desk didn’t follow up with us regarding our lost luggage. Very noisy and busy breakfast buffet but good food. Wonderful roof top patio. Our room had a great sunset. Comfortable beds.

Radisson Blu Hamburg is truly one of a kind. The location is perfect—everything you need is within walking distance. There’s a lovely park and a beautiful garden right next to the hotel, which makes the area feel peaceful and refreshing. If you’re not driving, the train station is literally next door, making it super convenient to get around the city.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They’re a bit older in style, but still well-maintained and pleasant to stay in. Overall, a great place to stay in Hamburg—beautiful surroundings, convenience, and a relaxed vibe.

The room has a great view, the sauna is great, the breakfast is delicious, and the service is great! Satisfactory accommodation experience!
