Radisson Blu Hotel, Hamburg

The room has a great view, the sauna is great, the breakfast is delicious, and the service is great! Satisfactory accommodation experience!

The hotel is in a very good location 👍 It is next to the convention center and is within walking distance of the art gallery, European Center, and City Hall. The picture shows the morning view of Hamburg seen from the hotel window👍

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Great views from the rooftop bar but the service up there is unfortunately not the best, despite the high prices. The 24h self serve shop is well stocked and extremely useful. Would certainly stay here again, room rate is reasonable for what this hotel offers

Luca Engel at the Reception made sure our stay was memorable and pleasant. The staff are friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, the rooms were clean with wooden cribs for my babies (requested during booking) and we even got an upgrade to a river view room! :)

Really nice location of this hotel! Very comfortable beds. Room needs to be renovated as you can clearly see that it is not fresh. Breakfast really tasty and it’s great value of money. I recommend it, however customer service of hotel should take opinion to consideration to make some lifting of hotel rooms.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Also the hotel was very clean and tidy, the only little compliment I have is that the air conditioning wasn't very good but it was unusually hot at the time of my visit. Would definitely recommend staying at Radisson Blu.

Update.
After leaving this review I was contacted by the hotel manager who informed me that the Aircon will be inspected and repaired.

It has been a beautiful three nights stay with the family. Two kids, myself my wife, and grandparents.
The location is fabulous, it's in the heart, you are surrounded by beautiful scenery, in the middle or very nearby to so many things and places. There is a very beautiful park, very vivid, we are August, very beautiful, right next to the hotel. Main train station is just right over, however there is no traffic whatsoever, it is hassle free to load your car from main entrance, or pick an Uber or Taxi.
If you k I've walking many out of many and more places are there to see, alleys, many beautiful restaurants in every direction from the hotel. High Street is nearby, it's truly beautiful and well suited when it's about location.
The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, spacious rooms, not perfect, however neat, tidy and clean, furniture is beautiful, modern, genuine, neat, bed is great, height, mattress, pillows, sheets are truly great.
The hotel has 27 stories or floors, chances are most likely you will have a beautiful sight out of your room.
The team we came across are truly fabulous all over, from the moment you arrive, throughout until your departure. They are responsible, they are there to assist you, make you feel comfortable during your stay, truly trying their best and you could sense it and feel it and read it on the faces.
You would always find who complains, many people believe the moment they arrive everyone should be free to attend them, many comment about queues, well simply wait, and consider that the team serving you have been on his feet trying to please every case like you all day long.

Everything is good and convenient. The front desk is also very nice.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to Dammtor Station, and is also close to Alster Lake, Hamburg University, etc. This area should be one of the must-visit areas in Hamburg.

The hotel has more than 20 floors and is a very eye-catching building. I was very lucky to upgrade to a view room on the 20th floor. Every morning and evening, I can see the beautiful view of Alster Lake from the room, with white sails and a mirror-like lake surface.

The customer service manager at the hotel's front desk is very friendly and humorous.
