After leaving this review I was contacted by the hotel manager who informed me that the Aircon will be inspected and repaired.
The location is fabulous, it's in the heart, you are surrounded by beautiful scenery, in the middle or very nearby to so many things and places. There is a very beautiful park, very vivid, we are August, very beautiful, right next to the hotel. Main train station is just right over, however there is no traffic whatsoever, it is hassle free to load your car from main entrance, or pick an Uber or Taxi.
If you k I've walking many out of many and more places are there to see, alleys, many beautiful restaurants in every direction from the hotel. High Street is nearby, it's truly beautiful and well suited when it's about location.
The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, spacious rooms, not perfect, however neat, tidy and clean, furniture is beautiful, modern, genuine, neat, bed is great, height, mattress, pillows, sheets are truly great.
The hotel has 27 stories or floors, chances are most likely you will have a beautiful sight out of your room.
The team we came across are truly fabulous all over, from the moment you arrive, throughout until your departure. They are responsible, they are there to assist you, make you feel comfortable during your stay, truly trying their best and you could sense it and feel it and read it on the faces.
You would always find who complains, many people believe the moment they arrive everyone should be free to attend them, many comment about queues, well simply wait, and consider that the team serving you have been on his feet trying to please every case like you all day long.

We had a room at 16 floor and even there is a train station near the hotel we didn't heard anything from it.
From the room that we had, the view of the city was amazing.
I will be glad to book it or recomand it with pleasure anytime.
I had a room with a fantastic view over the city. The room including the bed were comfortable and there were plenty of towels.
A kettle was provided and a small assortment of tea and coffee. Would be nice to have a coffee machine maybe.
It’s clearly a very business traveller oriented hotel. The cleaners didn’t miss anything and the room was well cleaned and a fresh bottle of water added hence 5 stars for the ROOM cleaners but not overall due to the restaurant.
I didn’t get to use the sauna or steam room.
The bar Two Six at the top is excellent with enormously helpful and friendly staff. Well done!
The restaurant below Blaustine is spoilt by a very mixed “fusion” menu of sort of Middle Eastern food and steak as well as poor service. The waiter was really pushy to get a tip which I refused. Hence one star less for service.
Reception staff were efficient, room was spotless with super comfortable bed and stunning panoramic view. Room was a free upgrade to Premium room and I was very happy with it! Bathroom isn’t big but fully functional and and a nice bath and powerful shower.
Breakfast was usually sizeable Radisson selection with everything you could think of. Really liked the fact they do filter coffee in silver thermos. Tasted delicious and something a number of Radisson hotels I’ve stayed at don’t do anymore unfortunately. Only criticism is the speed in which the staff clear away your table. Hadn’t finished and my tea that had been brewing vanished within 30 seconds. It’s a good idea to have some sort of place mat indicating it’s still in use.
