Nice hotel. Very close to old town. Beautiful cathedral next to it. My room had facilities for cooking, fridge, folding table. Breakfast was lovely, a lot of variety. Very good staff, very kind and very helpful. A nice bar near by. Plenty of chives for food and a shopping mall in walking distance.

Very good hotel, like it should be when you think about Germany and their professional attitude to service:)
Location is perfect, in the center and windows of the room (405) were exactly on the big cathedral.
The room was clean and nice. Only the cattle was dropping a lot and there was condensation on the windows, but it was well noted by stuff and could be fixed if we had told earlier.
Breakfast wasn't Included in our stay. However, there was a place to cook in the room itself, so it's literally living hotel.

I got my periods overnight, when I discussed in reception, nobody helped with the sanitary napkin. This is basic thing for any women on emergency which hotel should have or help. Managed with peraonal emergency kit i carried. Reception phone doesn't work overnight. No dryer, ironbox, paste, brush.. only good thing is security.

We stayed at Living Hotel Düsseldorf for six months, and it was a pleasant experience! 💎 The rooms were spacious and well-equipped; The staff was very friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The location is excellent—just a few steps from the metro station, close to supermarkets, and within walking distance of a shopping center.

Had to come to Düsseldorf and luckily, I booked a room at the living hotel. if I could give it a six star review I would .From the time I arrived the staff was accommodating because I’m was not familiar with Germany. Maria was so helpful and friendly.The breakfast was great and the selection was excellent and all the food was fresh. The rooms are very clean and neat. The hotel is in a great location in the city. I would stay there again.

Hotel is very basic, rooms are decorated very simply. Bed was comfortable but blankets for some reason was really thin.
Breakfast was your typical cereals, eggs, fruits, some meats etc definitely not worth 18 EUR. Personally I would not stay again at this hotel.

You don't need an alarm clock here as the street cleaner will wake you up at 7 AM if You have a room with a street facing window.
Otherwise it's a good place to stay at, U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations are close.

We stayed here for a very long time (1+ month). The rooms are normal size hotel rooms with a tiny kitchen rather than real “living hotel”. Cleaners are rude, entering room while do not disturb and on days not to clean numerous times with no apology. We would not recommend

We booked a long stay for over 5000 Euros and asked for a quiet room in advance (multiple times).
Unfortunately they gave us a very loud room next to the elevator.
We tried changing the room 3 times but the situation did not improve. We feel not taken care of and it seems like our request was not considered. Very disappointing.

Very nice and cozy experience. Staffs were really good. The breakfast spread is massive and amazing. There is a convenience story right across the street. The metro station is also nearby. You can take a 10-15 mins walk and reach the Rhine side market place. Highly recommended as a place to stay in the city.
