Staff were very welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The room was very nice and had speakers in them which I felt was a nice touch. Great design throughout the hotel. Fantastic shower. Breakfast buffet was great

My stay at Leni has been fantastic. Ruby Hotels always have a distinctive atmosphere, and this one is no exception. The building’s history as a theater and its current use as a venue for events create a lively and social vibe.

The rooms are spacious and inviting, with high ceilings adding to the airy feel. I particularly appreciated the in-room TVs with streaming capabilities, a unique feature that I did not find at other Ruby hotels. The added convenience of a floor-level galley for coffee and tea was a pleasant surprise.

The staff, especially Clare and Donatella, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their warm welcome made my stay even more enjoyable thank you :)

Nice small and quiet hotel. Modern design and fancy but very functional. Nice lobby and cafeteria for the breakfast and drinks by night…Thanks to Adri, Donatella, Mia y Miri for being so kind and nice during my stay at Ruby’s…. Always ready to help and cheerful.

Lovely hotel, very comforatable rooms. Good location, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Train service quite near.
Breakfast is very nice but would like an option of some kind of evening food.

The hotel and the room were visually appealing and well-maintained. However, my experience was impacted by a party next to the hotel. The music was so loud that it felt like it was playing inside the room, despite being on the 6th floor, and I couldn’t sleep until 3 AM. On the bright side, the staff kindly offered complimentary coffee the next morning, which I appreciated. Overall, I’ll give 4 out of 5 stars, as the noise issue significantly affected what could have been a great stay.

I had an great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The ambiance throughout the property was cool, with a warm and welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. The location was also nice, close to key attractions and easily accessible.

What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by Bella, Joana, and Amy. These three attendants were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their professionalism and kindness made my stay even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend Ruby to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service with a decent price. I’ll definitely be back!

Very nice looking, clean, small room. The only downside was the unconfortable pillows (way too large), and breakfast was very expensive, 24 euros.

Nice concept, not too kitsch, but enough fun elements to keep it entertaining without being too cheesy. Clean, comfortable rooms and relaxed reception/bar/lounge and breakfast room. Breakfast is good, with a wide choice and freshly made coffee. The Ruby Leni also has a car park, which was covenient, as parking in the city is not easy. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at the Ruby Leni hotel. The rooms are clean and the service is incredible. I had the best service in particular each day of my stay from Clare, Alex, Lio, and Joanna. They all greeted me everyday with a smile and made the most amazing drinks. I will definitely be back to stay at the Ruby Leni again
