Hotel is long past it's best.
Room was poor with grossly stained carpet and furnishings were old and basic being belief.
Breakfast was adequate but at €15 it should be better.
The location was good but this is not a hotel to recommend until it gets a thorough makeover.

The bed was uncomfortable and so bad , overall am not happy only the location was good about 17 min walking from central station.

Overall I think it’s a great hotel for the price, everything is clean and the staff are friendly.

The hotel is a short walk from the main station or a couple of minutes on the tram. Friendly staff on the reception. The room though a little dated was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. I t had a lovely comfortable large double bed. Plenty cafes and eateries close by.

Best hotel in Düsseldorf, staff were very friendly, helpful, kind. Especially tow guys who they work at reception. Location is not close to center but for those who they like walking it’s great, it takes only 23 minutes to get downtown. Happy to stay there..

The room is very small. There is no air conditioning on a hot day. It's so hot. The room faces the road and is very noisy. I wanted to take a bath based on the comments saying that the bathtub is good, but the bathtub is not good. There is no way to block the drain, so it is impossible to take a bath. It is not a 4-star hotel at most 2 stars

This hotel is like 15 min walking distance to the city center. The hotel is old and due for a restoration, as written in many rewies. But we were positively surprised how spacious the rooms are! We had quite a big room with a big bath room (two separate wash basins, hair dryer, bath tube, magnifying mirror). Everything was very clean, and the beds comfortable (with little snacks on the pillows!).There was even a normal size ironing board which came very handy. Furthermore we had a vantilator (besides room a/c) and mini fridge.
The breakfast in the morning was also very good, you could find many different types of chees and ham etc and also a very good coffee sortiment. So in total we were very happy with the service that we recieved. And the price/quality ratio is very fair. So very recommandable!

The room was small but clean. The elevator was old and had to be opened manually. There was a small park on the street, which I could see through the window. There were sounds of children playing, and I fell asleep peacefully with the sounds.
