We have stayed at this hotel three times since 2015. I must say you really can’t beat the location. It’s right in the middle of old town close to the churches market and restaurants. We were there when Nuremberg was having their harvest fest, which is like a Oktoberfest on a smaller scale. The only complaint I have about this hotel is the size of the rooms they are a little snug. Other than that, they are well appointed, have good Wi-Fi, and the staff at breakfast are all friendly and attentive.

Perfect location to Old Town
Hotel is in a perfect location for proximity to Old Town, restaurants, etc. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was available. The room overall was a decent size but the bathroom was very small. The shower was tiny and difficult to get in and out.

The location is ideal if you want a quiet places and all the primary attractions within a 5-10 minute walk. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is typical basic German style. Hotel rooms are very basic as well and do not have a patio or deck like the photos imply. I will be be staying there again simply because the location and staff.

Great hotel very close to dining and tourist options. Few minutes walk from the castle. Good breakfast (terrible coffee - go to a take away cafe for that), clean room and bathroom, nice green view out window. Walls a bit thin is all I would say negative but all the other up sides make this place well worth it.

We are highly interested in booking you hotel, we have actually dropped an email 7 days ago, with regards to the hotel facilities.
In our email: "We would like to kindly request if I could store food in your main kitchen refrigerator during my stay from 22nd Dec 2025 to 25th Dec 2025, it would be a substantial amount of refrigerated food, for our next accommodation. Due to the Christmas Season, many places are closed for holidays, so we will need a place to store our refrigerated food to prepare for the upcoming few days."

The hotel is located in the old town, with an excellent location. It has its own parking lot. Make an appointment in advance. After arriving, the hotel staff carefully guided us until we parked safely. They were very warm and thoughtful. The room was quite large.

I didn't book a suitable hotel during the exhibition. There were few rooms and the facilities were simple. The breakfast was not as good and cost-effective as buying coffee and bread outside. It was far from Nuremberg Railway Station and it was not suitable to walk to the railway station with a suitcase.

Amazing Hotel, friendly staff and directly around the corner for the Christmas market. Rooms are looking similar to the photos online. We booked this hotel because of the location and that there have guest parking. We arrived and the car needed to be below 1.5m high that its fitting in the parking. Now we are parking at a publicly space. We did not get informed upfront about this inconvenience, and if we knew before we would have chose a different hotel.
The rooms are not perfectly insulated, so you will may hear some sound coming of the street, but thats totally acceptable.

Let me start by saying we arrived at 10:38 pm — a full 7.5 hours later than planned! After driving through rain all day without a chance to stop for food, we honestly didn’t expect much to be open. And, as expected, nothing was.
When we walked into the hotel, we were immediately hit with the smell of something delicious cooking. We checked in, and to our surprise, the front desk clerk asked, “Are you guys hungry? Want me to make you something to eat?” Honestly, who does that anymore?! It was such a kind and unexpected gesture.
After dropping off our bags, we were happy to find a clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious room. The king-size bed (a real king, not one of those “Euro kings” 😂) was super comfortable with plenty of extra pillows. Our room had a nice view of the old, charming buildings nearby — a really nice touch after a long day of travel.
When we went back down, the clerk had food ready for us. We had a couple of beers, relaxed, and finally called it a night. It was such a thoughtful and genuine experience from start to finish.
To sum it up, staying here was definitely the right call. The room was clean and comfy, but the hospitality? Next level. Highly recommend!
