Room was very small, you only get the basics. The parking situation was extremely difficult to navigate. Air conditioning system makes a constant buzzing noise. Nevertheless I slept very well after all the neighbors went to sleep and stopped with the footfalls and banging. Great location for walking around downtown.

Great location adjacent to Christmas markets. Lovely spacious room. Heating works well, and the staff are helpful and efficient.

The hotel is good, located right in the city center, with all attractions within walking distance. There is parking across the road (reservation required). The breakfasts are decent.

Worst experience on 3 week trip in Germany..We booked the hotel room for 2 nights in advance. We tried for 3 days to reach someone to cancel the reservation. Our train was delayed by 4 hours so we arrived at the hotel but no one was there to show us to our room. We had to stay at a different hotel that night and Hotel5 wouldn’t refund our money or even give us anything at all. They claimed that we should have known somehow that the front desk closes at 11-pm. There was no indication on our reservation or on line about their close time and no accommodation as to what we should do. The hotel room was ok but the hotel management was abysmal. We had one other experience where the hotel didn’t have a 24 hour front desk but there were clear signs of what we needed to do if no one was there.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — very central and convenient, with private, safe underground parking just steps away. The parking spots are generously spacious, which made unloading luggage a breeze.
Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of space to relax after a long day. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.
We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the burgers were delicious, perfectly cooked and flavorful. The mojito was also surprisingly good, a great way to unwind in the evening.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always happy to help with any questions or requests.
If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be that tea and coffee in the room were not complimentary — a minor detail, but it would have been a nice touch.
Overall, highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Perfect location at center of town. Very friendly and friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast! Best parking garage—well-lit, clean and safe. We had a wonderful 3-night stay.

We booked this hotel well in advance over the web after a quite simple google search for suitable hotels near to the Christmas Market. That was almost six months before the event, we travelled here on a reasonably late, delayed flight from Heathrow and turned up at the hotel to be greeted with a big smile and already prepared set of paperwork. Our room is fantastic, just what we needed, we are literally a 2 minute walk to the Christmas Market and the Hotel has its own Bar and Restaurant attached!! I can completely recommend the Breakfast (very good indeed), the menu (if you like Currywurst, try the one here!) and of course the beer :) It’s really refreshing to find great quality, nice helpful people and a super location all in one, well done Hotel FIVE!

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center, with walking distance to all the sights in Nuremberg. Arriving by car is easy, and the hotel offers parking in a nearby garage. We got a large and modern room with plenty of space. Breakfast was served downstairs in the hotel restaurant, instead of a buffet you could order from the menu and have everything freshly made. Nice outdoor seating at the restaurant.
