Room was very small, you only get the basics. The parking situation was extremely difficult to navigate. Air conditioning system makes a constant buzzing noise. Nevertheless I slept very well after all the neighbors went to sleep and stopped with the footfalls and banging. Great location for walking around downtown. the room was beautiful and spacious, and breakfast was adequate, though some variety would have been a bonus. quiet location away from the hustle and bustle was something we appreciated! however, perhaps we’re not used to this, but no water and no fridge were provided. also, there was a constant sewage smell from the toilet bowl. overall, still a pleasant stay and good value for what we paid:)

I did not know what to expect and was very impressed with the whole experience. Checking in was fast and very friendly despite the language difference. Everything from the lobby to the room was neat, orderly and very clean. I haven't stayed in a Best Western in Europe but definitely showed up the US locations.

Very easy access to city center with direct subway right in front of it. Taxi can cost up to 15 euro and take long as there are many red lights and can be traffic. The breakfast is good but only until 9:30 which can be a bit tight. Staffs are nice.

Not much to say. It can all be summarized to a very clean room, a decent location (walking distance from the old town) and as one of the nosiest hotels I've experienced in my life, you simply can't get any sleep. 100 euros/night for non stop noise are too much in my opinion.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We were there for 7 days. Room was spacious, staff were friendly and the hotel was quaint. The location of the hotel is central which is handy. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that it got very hot at night time ( we were there in July) fans were provided but not sufficient. Perhaps blackout blinds and aircon would do the trick.

This hotel is a great stop while travelling through Germany. They allow a stop for a night. Reception is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are nothing special and the walls are quite thin, so there might be some issues if you're a light sleeper. The free parking down the back is great and the city is near enough.
