Fantastic location to explore the old town. Superb staff at reception! Best breakfast satisfied all three of us. Stayed only two nights and wished it was much more. Our quiet corner room on 2nd floor had great views.

Such a spacious and modern room, nice bath with bubblebath function and the breakfast options were lovely. There are supermarkets next to it and dinner options in the neighbourhood. Very friendly staff!

Very luxurious interior facilities, although a little old, but still very complete, great value for money, there are supermarkets nearby for shopping, very convenient!

Very nice hotel. Very nice and well located hotel. Looks like an art gallery - I loved the atmosphere. Our room was spacious and nice, even had a balcony! Good beds as well. The “lower” rating in comfort had to do with the temperature in the room. Lack of AC made it a bit warm. But all in all very satisfied with the hotel!

Bed after hours check in I checked in after 10 PM and had to call the emergency number as I did not receive after hours check-in instructions as was promised; they arrived at 2:38 AM at night. It was a hassle to check in. The room was great but the bathroom was disappointing: water running from the shower house and a continuous noise from the drainage system.

All good: service, cleanness, room conveniences, parking, places to eat around. We didn't try the breakfast to comment about it, but otherwise it's very much worth the price.

I travelled with car so free parking was a plus, but this hotel is really close to these historic locations and 5min walk to S-Bahn. It was really easy to get there, leave the car and use train to go to Nurnberg not caring for finding a parking place etc. The hotel is all new and comfy, everything was just OK. The place is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located right next to a underground station which makes visiting any central location very easy.

First I liked the fact that the hotel was very near the metro but I did not like that I had to pay for wifi but generally it was a pleasant stay with friendly hotel staff!

The Hotel is not straight in the best area. Pretty loud outside. Rather old, but... Very good price-to-calorie ratio. Chargeable Wi-Fi is not, however, been desolate these days... fortunately, I need it ;)

Clean, quiet, best location in the most beautiful part of the historical city of Nuremberg. Also the internet connection is more than sufficiently fast and the shower and beds are comfortable.

Very close to City Center. Clear and have good breakfast. Has limited park but can be found park area on the streets. Has lift. Balcony is closed in winter time. There is no smoking area.

Very well located hotel, only 5 min away from the burg, providing also a parking spot for guests with cars for a reasonable 6 euros a day. Rooms are ok. We can't complain!

Although I booked a queen bed room, the room given was two single bed bedroom. There was no body to complain about this issue since the checkin was made via a kiosk. Lot of noise coming from the corridor, and even a dog was barking at night(at the corridor). Most probably one of the guests’s dog.

Had the issue of not enough bedding provided for the number of people booked, this time it was fine more over the rock hard beds were updated as well, I can honestly say J had a better overnight sleep than in my own bed with a memory foam topper. It was excellent.

Stayed here one night on the way back home. Good value for money as far as I'm concerned and price includes breakfast which is fine for this class. Rooms clean, a bit small but everything you need. Small vending machine for drinks at the reception. Friendly welcome, person next morning at breakfast was a bit grumpy, he clearly didn't enjoy it as much.

Great hotel, very clean and excellent service. Best part is the steak restaurant within the hotel. Superb foods and great service, we took advantage of our stay and ate there both nights.

Best steak restaurant in Nuremberg. Very good meat quality, very tasty side dishes and great wine. The service is absolutely top! If the wine rack with lighting still existed (which contributed to the nicer ambience), I would have given six stars.

It’s close to the train station. Lots of food options at the station. Take the tunnel S1-23 and you emerge just a minute's walk from the hotel. Unfortunately there was no lift but the staff helped us carry our heavy luggage up. The room was small for the 3 of us. But everything was clean and comfortable. There was no kettle, coffee nor tea. Stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are clean with a good bed. As in every German middle class hotel, the shower room/ toilet has a very noisy fan when the light is switched on. The breakfast is okay. Do not expect more than the standard assortment. The friendly atmosphere in a compact hotel in the city centre. You will receive a good quality of living space with a comfortable bed adequate to price ratio. I found this hotel for a last-minute booking and I was excited about the service. The hotel provides much valuable information bout local tourist attractions in the city.

Lovely hotel, well situated 5 minutes from the heart of the Altstadt. Room and bed were comfortable, well equipped, we were able to borrow a kettle and mugs to make tea. Breakfast was great, too. Parking is at a nearby multistory, with a good discount. Excellent Wi-Fi signal.

The hotel is located in a good position for travelling around Nurnberg. Quite nice and comfortable rooms with a very gentle and kind personnel, that me and my workmate really appreciate for make us feeling like home. Despite the name of hotel Mercure is famous, the satisfaction is not so full. The room is clean and large enough. The water pressure is not so strong. And the bath-towel is very old as its cotton became thin and I did not feel comfortable when I dry my body. And the breakfast is very limited. My train was cancelled due to weather and I was stranded in nuremberg, I saw this hotel was 20min walk from the station and had 24 hour check in, I called up to confirm the set up and was greeted by a lovely woman who explained everything to me, I arrived at 3am and it was really easy getting into my room which was just what I needed and they had a bottle of water waiting and some sweets in my room...

Good location for Messe access Good location for the Messe with a short tramride and a couple of stops on the U-bahn. The pension itselv is unmanned but common areas like kitchen, bath and toilets are cleaned nicely every day. We had a spacious room on the street level but no street noise. The comfort level is equal to a hostel but with nice beds, TV in the room and well equipped kitchen. Only complaint...

There was no wifi in the rooms and the TV didn't work either. The shower had minimal water pressure and the shower head didn't fit on the rod. The breakfast was also rather semi, with little choice and overall the hotel is probably more for older people than for young people.

Bit of no frills bed and breakfast hotel. Room was OK but obviously a smoking room because of the stale smoke smell. The shower was unpredictable and had to step in and out to prevent 3rd degree burns! The old lady who greeted me on arrival, served breakfast and done the check out was very helpful and friendly but slightly over worked.
