Hotel Smile offers good prices. It is genuinely child friendly. The location is great. The street and it's appearance is not prepossessing. But it's ok and the location is on edge of old city. Breakfast is ok, with choices. Room was simple but good.
However - I took a breakfast treat for my bag for later walking in town. Yes, I was wrong. But the manageress came and angrily told me off in front of everyone. I am old enough to be here father. She was busy at that moment, and stressed. But hotelling is a people business and her approach was wrong too.
But, if you like the price and the location, and don't take biscuits away, then this place could be for you

Great small hotel in a super location, next to one of the city transportation hot spots. Super friendly owners, spacious rooms and small interior details that make it a cozy place to stay while enjoying the city.

It is not a hotel- rather a 'gasthaus' but rooms are nice and extremely clean, service- just wonderful! When you add very convenient location and very good breakfast you will know it is a place for you

The best location in the city, very close to the center. There's a private parking on the premises where you can leave a car while taking a pedestrian tour around the town. The he-host is extremely friendly, very helpful and smily :) The hostess is neutral and it looked like she wasn't very happy to have us but anyway the stay was very pleasant. The room was spotless clean, breakfast good and diverse. All the hotel is nicely done in one theme. Five stars!

Small well priced hotel with extremely helpful and friendly owner and staff. All necessities in the rooms and more probably available at request. Breakfast ample and plentiful. Not the chickest of decoration and furnitures. Cleaning of room, bed, and bathroom was good.

Nice simple hotel almost in the heart of Nuremberg. Owner was extremely kind and helpful, even though we only stayed for one night.
