Very good hotel with air conditioning and heating

At first glance this hotel looks really nice. But never judge a book by its covers, because this book is literally one of the worst. It doesn't take more than opening the first page (door to the room) to realize this place is not as sleep friendly as you would thought; The room has no air and no air condition at all (even though for example Google says there is). It has this unit to turn on air but it is not on. So you'll need to open up the window to be able to breath.
The beds are a nightmare too, rock solid would work, but rock solid with strings poking your back here and there...? Not really.
Since sleeping without a window open is out of the question, here comes the next problem; the next door logistics company starts working at 06.30 in the morning and it is LOUD and its not going to stop... So trying to fall asleep after that? Good luck. It is impossible to get air and a dark room at the same time and with that horrid noice you'll have a perfect cocktail of wake-you-up (see videos for examples of the noice).
There is literally nothing close to the hotel, and to take the metro/train is ten minutes of walking.
Since the primary task for a hotel to achieve is to give their customers a good night of sleep... I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel, and I would definitely NOT return.

The room is quiet, not far from U2 and Sbahn station Passing, about ten minutes walk, convenient transportation to the city center. The room is relatively quiet, with basic facilities, and there is a 24-hour small water bar downstairs, which is ok.

It's about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The room has a lovely balcony. The room is very clean. They also helped us store our luggage. The service staff is very kind.

Apart from the expensive 6.5 euro bottled still water, everything was fine. Studios are superb. Would be great if parking was free for hotel guests.

The hotel is very nice and modern. You can't complain about the price either, but what we found very unfortunate was that there was no bottle of water in the room as a "welcome greeting" when you checked in, but you had to buy one at reception. Another thing we would complain about was the breakfast. Unfortunately, there wasn't much choice. No sausage such as salami, ham, Lyoner, etc. The bread was also a bit hard, so you could hardly cut it. Otherwise, the stay was very quiet and comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Thank you for that!

The hotel I booked to participate in the exhibition is relatively convenient from U2. My colleagues are very satisfied and like it very much. The conditions are very good in all aspects. Ctrip booking is also very convenient.
