Very good hotel super clean and very nice staff but internet is very very very bad

I would stay in this hotel again only if they upgrade their Wi-Fi. I was in room 206 and the wi-fi connection in that room was really really bad. The Breakfast was good (12 euro for every breakfast), starting from Salmon, several kinds of Salamis, Breads, Butters, Fresh cut fruits, Boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacons. The rooms were cleaned daily.

Shouldn't give any rating! Hotel reception closes at 10 pm. No where it said that reception closes at this time! If you are checking in later than this you need a code. Had to call the hotel and get the code however the code didn't work. The lady who spoke was rude and told me that I am driving her crazy!! They had to come and open the door and that lady herself couldn't find the keys to open the door. The lifts are so small and only one person can fit in and hardly another bag can fit in. I would not suggest this hotel. If you are a business traveler then not recommend.

In the Hotel Aurbacher, I felt very comfortable. Especially the quiet location, the very friendly and helpful staff and the beautiful terrace with a view on a small green garden at Breakfast I liked.
Not far from the Hotel you find Bus, metro and S-Bahn connection and opportunities to go shopping (bakery, supermarket, drugstore). Numerous Restaurants are also within walking distance.
The single room was of an adequate size and very clean, it was daily cleaned the bathroom, made the bed, etc.
Wi-Fi and TV worked perfectly. The equipment of the room is a little older, but has charm and is in good condition.
The Breakfast was very good, but in my opinion with 12 €. But it is made by the Service and the friendliness is almost up. The boss of the hotel is hands-on and is also helpful, and also calls a Taxi for his guests. Warm family run Hotel.

Hotel clean, very cosy, close to the city centre and well served by public transport. the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast plentiful, varied and excellent. The staff is always available for every need.

Can you recommend well! A business guest, 2 nights, single room with Breakfast. Good Address, Close To The Ostbahnhof. Good Prices. Friendly Staff. Nice furnished room, large enough for a Person. Very clean and well maintained. The Breakfast was plentiful. Wi-Fi in the room free of charge. Just Perfect! Thank you!

Beautiful small single room, nice Service and good Breakfast sitting in a very nice Breakfast room with the possibility of outside in the garden and in the middle of the city.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were big, but it turned out to be impossible to get the mini-bar to work. We told the reseptionist on our first day, and she just shrugged her shoulders and said quietly: "None of the mini-bars work..." The next day we tried to talk to the other reseptionist and he said he would fix it right away with a new one. He came up to our room empty handed making a small excuse and placed the broken mini-bar back in our room. (I had placed it in the hallway waiting for the new one).

Nice hotel, friendly staff, small rooms, no seperate beds, very nice bathroom, perfect location, good to reach by car ( there is a nice underground garage) and public transportation. Overall grade: 8
