Rooms are average however it is very close to the train station and the staff is friendly and warm.
This is a good spot if you plan a short stay to tour downtown and take a train later.

We booked a superior double room, and then they ended up giving us a non superior room. After complaints the guy at the desk said he would talk to the manager and nothing ever happened.
The room was pretty bad, lacking in decor. It was also pretty dirty when we got there (there was a half eaten gummy bear stuck to the chair). The radiator in the room didn't work. When I turned on the Air conditioning it hummed for a second and then started spraying me with water. So overall the room has definitely been the worst room I have ever stayed in.
The breakfast was quite nice, it had all the basics and did the trick. The location is quite close to the city centre, so that's also a bonus.

I would like to praise especially Ludovika at the Breakfast room. She is very kind and professional, always attentive and careful.
Her service is very detailed and efficient. She is always smiling, with a positive approach and willing to assit. Her working attitude makes really the difference! I hope to come back to your beautiful Hotel.

Super friendly stuff, the room was relatively clean although some improvement could be made with the state of the shower in our bathroom, other than that it was all great. There is a lot of construction around the hotel but we heard no noise at all. Super close to all transport and the squares of Munich. I was with crutches and there is great Accessability to it.

Do NOT stay here!!!!!! Had a 2 night reservation, stayed 1 night. They advertise having a/c. It was broken. Front desk guy gave us a fan & said to open the window. We booked the place because it was supposed to have a/c. He did not offer to fix it or move us. We suffered through one hot nite (July) with the windows open. Our view was of scaffolding due to the construction across the street. No sleep due to city noise, street sweepers, and construction starting before sunrise. Upon leaving the front desk lady in the morning was mean. Would not accept our situation was unacceptable and would do nothing to refund us for the night we didn't use. Very argumentative, I'm sure she's had this same conversation many times. I've since emailed them to request the refund, and what-do-ya-know...no response after 7 days. The room was also not clean. Floor was dirty, bathroom shower had mold in the grout, shower door not clean, curtains stained.

The front desk lady is very rude and has no customer service. Even though they have a kitchen and an area for breakfast the front desk lady will refuse you to use it to reheat any food. She is very mean ! Even though you can turn the a/c temperature up and down it’s just for show you can’t really control it. And it barely blows and the WiFi is super spotty! Then at night when I was coming in it was group of rats literally 6 of them run back and forth in front of the gate that use at night. I was so scared and it took me forever to get pass them because I’m scared of rats!

I made a reservation for 2 days and had to leave early. There was a heating problem at the hotel and the employees were so rude & unfriendly.
I requested pay back for the second day which I didn’t stay at the hotel and still waiting their reply.
Room was uncomfortable and the location was bad.
Don’t prefer to stay in this hotel.

No heating in the bathroom nor the sleeping room. Only small heater provided by the staff.

One of the west hotels Ive ever stayed in. Let’s start with the good stuff. The staff were nice and the location is very central. However the service was really bad, I had to wait two nights to get an extra pillow (the bed comes with one pillow) and one day the boiler broke. The room was absolutely disgusting, housekeeping didn’t clean the room properly. The bathroom wasn’t any better, also it’s the year 2024 please use bidets! To top it off there was construction work going on next to the hotel which made it unlivable. Honestly, I would not want to spend a night there ever again.

Reading some of these reviews, it seems others must have been staying in a different hotel. Everyone employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The Thai lady in the breakfast room each morning was kind and very friendly. Front desk staff helpful. Great location, I would absolutely stay again, and hope to do so soon...
