I had a top notch stay from check-in to check-out. As a Titanium Elite member, my room was upgraded and I received some in-room refreshments as a welcome gift.
By the way, Karsten is one of the best Marriott employees that I've ever interacted with. He was super friendly at check-in, made my wife and I complimentary welcome drinks, and he even gave me some ice for my cooler. If anyone from Marriott is reading this review, promote Karsten ASAP!

Hotel pretty average Moxy, room rate was steep but we were coming to see Adele.
There was a door banging somewhere in the hotel which would cause our room door to resonate almost constantly for an hour in the morning and evening which ruined the stay for us.

It's a great place, if you want something minimalistic.
It's industrial look can be appealing.
Quiet area.
Good rooms.
No closet for clothes.
No refrigerator.

I booked a one night stay at Moxy Munich Ostbahnhof via Marriot bonvoy on 25 Apr for 1 night and had a late check in.
1. i have informed the reception that I will make payment via cash and undertsand hotel usually hold a credit card as a formality. However, a charge has been made to my credit card without my consent even though i paid the room stay in cash the next day when i checked out.
2. the reception didnt provide any platinum member servive during check as she didnt know i have booked via marriot bonvoy app
3. the rooms are not particularly clean
Overall quite a disappointing experience with this Moxy stay though i have had great experience in other Moxy hotels in Germany.

Rooms are simple and functional. Staff were friendly and helpful. Located within walking distance of the train station and downtown Munich.

Great location. Can be accessed easy by train and bus. Great hospitality. We got welcome drink, and farewell drink with croissant and chocolate. I used to have welcome drink in most of the hotels before, but never had farewell drink and being offered food. Just a small gesture but reflecting the sophisticated service. Bravo the team !!!

Moxy München is one of our option to find a location near train station, since we use points from Mariott Bonvoy, this hotel pretty much has affordable price.
Smooth and independent reservation process, very friendly service at the desk, clean & large room for two - they even provided you with digital key.
What I love the most is their very quiet neighborhood with a walking distance supermarket.
Bonus : on my last day of stay, we got the perfect snow! - a very pleasant stay at the heart of München, in the southern of practically everything!

Great hotel!
Great design, nice ambience, cool staff and awesome location.
They even got a little gym downstairs and you can unlock the room with your smartphone. I’d come back any time! Highly recommended!

We were in town for Oktoberfest and had a great stay. Right off a major train station so transport was easy. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We didn't get breakfast because 18 euro is a bit much. But overall we had a great time!

Good budget hotel. Small but stylish rooms. The Moxy's urge to be trendy comes at the cost of impracticality - hanging your clothes on an improvised steel rebar grid may give a cool look but doesn't do wonders for your shirts and trousers. There's a nicely sized TV that allows you to stream from your phone.
Nice place but trying a bit too hard to fit in with a younger crowd.
