This Moxy is on the outskirts, and isn't very convenient to anything in the city center. Once inside, I found that the hotel was nothing more than barely adequate. Twin bed rooms are constructed in a way that the beds cannot be pushed together, meaning if you are tall or broad the dimensions of the bed are very tight. The beds are very firm. I also found multiple hairs in the sheets, a transgression for which I would normally require the staff to change the bedding. However, since there were two beds, the other was thankfully less hairy. The toilet paper was overly rough. Pay a few extra Euro per case and purchase a respectable product, please.

As with all Moxy's, you don't stay for the rooms. They are small, but clean, light and new. Normally the lobby is where you spend the majority of your time. This lobby did look nice and it has lot of separate spaces to work or eat in, but the staff lacked a lot. Maybe I am too old for the demographic they are targeting, but every time I asked any question of the staff, it was very painful for them to answer. And the questions were about when breakfast ends, not something too hard.

Stayed one night for a business trip and was disappointed. No soundproofing — could hear doors slamming in nearby rooms. For the price, the room lacked basic amenities: no chair, no desk, no cupboard. It was also very hot on the 4th floor with poor ventilation. Not suitable for business stays.

Excellent service at the reception on 1sr April 2025 15 :00 hours, my original booking was autocancelled due to technical glitch. I realised it when I arrive at the hotel. Guys and girls at the reception found a solutios and got me a room to stay.

In short:
Rooms are sufficient, nice design, very clean, but small things might need a easy repair.
Breakfast is horrible, one of the worst I had in a very long time: soft eggs were hard and looked like they are days old (20min after they opened), scrambled eggs are not fresh but still even preparation somehow is off, breath and stuff is miniature, coffee is horrible, .... In short if you just wanna sleep Great but if you plan to have breakfast there better check alternatives.
Small remark: the way from train station there is not long but be careful to not get lost in the construction side ;)

We loved this hotel. Great location, a few minutes from the station. The room was great, so comphy.

I regret to book 10 days here, today is the second stay. Minimal amenities, hair dryer is super noisy and vibrated when turning on, requested for the exchange in the morning before heading out, no follow up no exchange as promised, headed back to reception for the exchange at night, the staff tried to switch on to experience how malfunction was it.
I stayed in other Moxy in different countries, this is the worst I ever experienced and feel disappointed.

I had a top notch stay from check-in to check-out. As a Titanium Elite member, my room was upgraded and I received some in-room refreshments as a welcome gift.
By the way, Karsten is one of the best Marriott employees that I've ever interacted with. He was super friendly at check-in, made my wife and I complimentary welcome drinks, and he even gave me some ice for my cooler. If anyone from Marriott is reading this review, promote Karsten ASAP!

Hotel pretty average Moxy, room rate was steep but we were coming to see Adele.
There was a door banging somewhere in the hotel which would cause our room door to resonate almost constantly for an hour in the morning and evening which ruined the stay for us.
