The price was a little bit high and the more confusing thing that the checkout is 11:30 AM !! Which is not even 12 as all hotels.

The reception staff were not welcoming. The lobby were tiny.

The Room were nice but there is no sandals for the bathroom! Toiletries are not available at the bathroom. The AC was not working properly, I had to open the windows to get more cool air!

The Breakfast was perfect and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend you to go even if you did not book here.

The hotel has Gym and it is 24h which is great.

The hotel room is located directly above a truck delivery warehouse, making it extremely noisy all night and impossible to sleep. The soundproofing of the room windows is also very poor. Doesn't the owner understand the importance of guests' rest? We hope they can improve the soundproofing of the windows!

Location isn’t bad about 20min walk from Marienplatz. Room was extremely small, rollaway bed was a thin mattress on top of a small sofa. Only shampoo and soap in the bathroom, bring your own conditioner and body lotion. Customer service was terrible. Waited in line at the reception desk 3 times and each time the different staff member called the person behind me in line. No employee smiled, said good morning, have a good day, etc. breakfast dining room was over crowded and there was no staff helping direct to seating. Not the normal holiday inn experience.

The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The walls of the rooms are paper thin so you can hear everything your neighbor says. The room decor is uninviting and spare and we weren’t able to control the temperature in our room so we roasted.

I had a great stay here as a solo female traveler. Felt safe and comfortable. The hotel is huge. They have a nice little snack area that you can use self checkout to pay for in the lobby. Location is good, in walking distance to a lot of public transport and the old town. Only complaint is that check-in was a bit chaotic due to a large tour bus of guests arriving. There was a bit of a lack of crowd control but thankfully I was able to get ahead of the group.

rooms are spacious.
we stayed two night, so far so good. but no restaurant nearby. have supermarket near by but close on Sundays like most supermarket in Munich. It is close to Munich museum, and the starting point of Munich Venice bike trail.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as it was clean, spacious, and the free breakfast is sumptuous. Outside the hotel is a bus station that allows you to go to your destination with ease. The lobby is spacious. This hotel is highly recommended for business people and even those family traveling. Internet connection is fast.

Hotel is close to bus stop of 190/191 which can easily take us to Berg am Laim metro station. And it then only takes about 15 minutes to Marienplatz. Room is spacious but there’s no free bottled water. Breakfast is really good, with many kinds of food. We stayed for two nights and after came back on the second day we found that room was not cleaned then I called the front desk and was told they didn’t do the cleaning on for the first day of stay, which I was not informed upon my check-in. But later they sent someone to grab the trash and brought new towels. Except this, all is good.
