Simple and low-budget hotel near the airport, suitable for a business trip for those who don't want to spend a lot.
The rooms are basic and relatively small but clean.
The staff very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast is satisfactory for its price, although it may happen that you need to go to the hotel right next door, which also belongs to the same Group.
There is a possibility that you will have a problem finding a space in the underground car park since this essentially serves both hotels.

It's a 2 star - but who cares - it's clean, 24 hour reception, hot shower, comfy bed and let me take my dog in the room.
The field outside the Novotel was great to run the dog around after a long drive from Poland.
The shared restaurant with the Novotel is a great idea - good food quality and selection and friendly service

Typical Ibis hotel. Fine, but simple. The room was a little bit small, but clean. Free coffee and tea available in the breakfast area, but not in the room itself. The breakfast was nice and complete. One negative thing: the hotel advertises that it offers free parking. However, the number of parking spaces is limited and when we arrived the parking was full. Fortunately we were able to find a free parking space nearby on the side of the street.

I recently stayed at the IBIS Dusseldorf Flughafen and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Tom Kauis at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly and helpful with the check-in process. He made sure everything was smooth and easy, setting a positive tone for my stay.
The room itself was spotless and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing night. It’s clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was nice and welcoming, making it a perfect place to stay whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I highly recommend IBIS Dusseldorf Flughafen and would definitely stay here again!

Arrived around 23:00, tired and ready to walk to the hotel (was advised it was only a kilometre away from the airport), only to find that it was further away. Grabbed a taxi and €25 later were at the hotel.
Although the area appears quite industrial estate like, there are several hotels in the vicinity.
A pleasant greeting upon arrival, the room was clean and well maintained.
Slight confusion in the morning as the hotel itself does not do breakfast, so they have an agreement with the hotel next door.
With it being a buffet style and self serve, I struggled as I’m on crutches, so I ended up only having a coffee. So paying for breakfast was a waste of money and probably the most expensive coffee in my life. Unfortunately, the milk for the coffee is more like cream, which wasn’t that enjoyable, but since I had more travelling to do that day, it was the only caffeine available (if you don’t drink carbonated drinks). Felt disappointed with that particular part of the stay.
To end on a better note, reception staff were really friendly and helpful even organising a taxi to take us to the nearest train station.

You know what you get, when you stay at Ibis. This one is a better one, friendly staff, breakfast together with Novotel. For a stop at the airport a good choice.

In comparison to what you pay the rooms are perfect. The staffs are also friendly. There is a frontline receptionist in the night( I assume he is from Philippine) is really professional! He can speak both languages perfectly and stay calm when there is a huge number of people. His management is perfect. The cleaner from Afghanistan is also really friendly

We stayed there for the Dokomi. Easy and not too long of a trip to the city. Comfortable and clean and generally nice looking

This is a very clean hotel with good location for easy access to airport. Especially very convenient and good for short stays before your flight. As every Ibis hotel, small rooms but this is always expected from this hotel and matches with price.

Close to but not at the airport this ibis is too hi tec for its own good.
Only one socket in the room and the USB sockets for chargers are hidden so we'll it took me 15 minutes of searching to find them.
They may have been having an off day but the person on check in was impatient to the point of appearing rude.
