I needed a room near the airport at late notice and the price was not bad for a last minute booking. The rooms are simple- the bare essentials. There was no milk or coffee with the kettle so you would have to bring your own (there were two herbal teas). I booked a single room and it was quite small. But it was very clean.

Had no hot water in the shower. Was not informed about the lack of hot water when checking in.

The hotel was excellent. The receptionist (secretary) was very professional and friendly. The breakfast was great — delicious and well-prepared. We stayed for one night, and when we returned the next day, we received a two-hour service, which was very accommodating. The staff was always helpful, friendly, and professional. We really appreciated the hospitality.

Rooms needed an update time ago! Outdated carpeting, worn out mattresses, no hangers, no small fridge, very modest breakfast with cheap food assortment.
WiFi internet 3mb in the evening and 15mb in the morning (ask at the reception as there is no hotel info in the rooms at all).
Unsupervised parking under the hotel walls 10€.

Nice hotel, room is nice but had a bit of a funny smell. Also the carpet allows stains to be visible so it looked a bit dirty though the room is very clean actually. Breakfast is good, has many options and all fresh. The price-quality ratio is really worth it. They do advertise to offer free toiletries, but in the room only soap/shampoo is offered, and when requesting toothpaste they told they do not offer anything, which is then a contradiction.

This place was below what you would expect on all aspects. Dimly lit hallways and worn down interior. Bathroom moldy looking and generally unpleasant. And they are actively trying to remove bad reviews by claiming defamation under German law.

Did't like the place at all. Rooms are tacky and hallways dimly lit. I had a room in the basement or at least partly below street level which i didn't really like. On top of this the street door did't close properly so it was open for non-guests all night.

Positive - hotel is close to airport, staff was friendly and room more or less clean. Negative - hotel clearly needs some refurbishment. Stains on carpets that can't be removed, very poor visual quality in room, missing bulb in bathroom lamp (in addition this lamp was covered with thick layer of dust), etc, etc. Overall experience is poor - way too expensive for offered quality.

The rooms are clean and comfortable.The staff were really friendly and Helpful.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.great location with inclusive breakfast!
