One star deducted for the lack of WiFi in our room, and the hotel can't be held responsible for the stolen flip-flops in the hotel sauna. Still, it's a shame that something like that spoiled our stay a little

Great location, unfortunately a hotel in need of renovation with too many flaws: -Rooms: carelessly and haphazardly furnished. Artificial flowers, low-quality materials, fittings partly calcified, partly tarnished

-Eating on the roof: here too, the waiters are not friendly, but they are also completely overworked and can hardly do their job. Food only average, sushi rather poor, steak and side dishes OK, fries oily

You sit with a great view of the sea, but more like in a dining room. -Spa: friendly staff, but overworked. According to the staff, the peeling could not be warmed up because it was done "unexpectedly"

I would especially like to thank the team for all the perks & friendly treatment! For instance: there’s a parking fee but cars can remain in the garage after check-out, spa entrance can be gained prior to check-in at the hotel and again after check-out), first mini-bar filling is free, complimentary water in the room and at checkout (not to mention fruit & chocolate, again in room and at checkout!

The best kept secret in Scharbeutz. Wonderful hotel, but made even better by the most wonderful staff. The check in, the restaurant staff, the barman, all brilliant. Superb location, great food, and attached to the spa.

The breakfast buffet is fantastic - everything you could want and then some - one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel stay. The hotel is about 1km from the city so within walking distance to shops, restaurants & bars

I would really recommend it, if you are looking for a little bit of a nicer place you should definetly check this hotell out, the rooms were really nice and you get daily cleaning and room service if you want

A truly superb hotel, deserving in every aspect of their 5-star rating. The rooms were spacious & comfortable (as was the bed!) and the balcony was lovely. Bathrooms are modern & water pressure very good

Nice hotel and a lovely place for Spa and a wonderful sauna landscape free for all guests at the hotel. Perfect for a romantic weekend in the charming village and beach at Timmerdorfer Strand.

Unfortunately we couldn't do the evaluation. But feel free to catch up now 💓 I guess that means something if you still remember the vacation so fondly and positively a year after the vacation

Family excursion Hansapark with 2 nights in this great hotel. The boss welcomes each guest personally + warmly. Unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the great wellness area

Between the two houses there is a beautiful terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden, on which the loungers invite you to relax. Very well suited for a short weekend trip to the Baltic Sea

The hotel is not luxury, but it is decorated and furnished in a maritime style with attention to detail. There is a small free parking lot directly at the house

Very nice staff and friendly service in general. Rooms are ok and clean. The breakfast is too expensive for what it is. Rolls not fresh etc. The outdoor pool is not very clean. The indoor pool is ok.

This is probably due to a shortage of skilled staff. The rooms were well furnished with balconies. At night, it was dim when you got up. The size and furnishings were adequate. We have decided to book the hotel again

We booked a room with a breakfast buffet. The buffet was very extensive and there was something for every taste, very tasty. Unfortunately, the staff didn't always speak German

We spent 3 days at your Golfresidenz, and had a really good experience for the second year. Played one time on the short south course and two times on the north course, both of them spectacular

Cozy arrangement at the golf course. Nice appartment with kitchen and enough space for a Family of four. Breakfast Buffet is good and the restaurants provide a good Option

- The food and service in the restaurant, we experienced a clear improvement on the previous year. - The courses we experienced as good, if the fairway was a bit so-so on the Northern Line

The bar didn't recommend any wine and asked us to look digitally. To sum it up, a nice place to stay

A hotel where you feel comfortable. Here you can relax, go to the sauna and of course use the great swimming pool, which is what we did. The staff very attentive and very nice

The Hotel was really fantastic. As a family and friend with two kids. We came in the hotel very early and our room was ready. Location and service was awesome. It is near also at the beach to take the sun anytime

We stayed at Atlatis for 2 nights and also had our dinner at the restaurant, everything was fine, the room is large and the balcony is fine

Very nice stay Very nice stay. We will return again and again. Especially appreciate the location right on the lovely beach, close to the cozy town, and the hotel has both an indoor pool and a heated outdoor pool.

2 recommendations: I think would be nice also to consider more things for kids, in the pool and especially food. I mean breakfast ist really nice, but dinner doubt you can convince kids with such food such as seafood etc

Pool is so nice, outside and inside, we spend a lot of time there. Beach is walking distance, a lot of food around

They didn’t let me get in before 3pm and they fail to Book halbe Pension (breakfast and dinner) for the day after, so I was thrown out of the restaurant when I wanted to have dinner

Were to eat at the Filou, good food and cakes can be eaten there. But it can take a while to get a seat.

Wonderful hotel - we loved our stay! We had half board and enjoyed delicious breakfast and dinner. Food quality was outstanding with meat / fish / vegetarian options available for dinner

Oh I forgot to mention this hotel hs a spa and the bathrobes and complometary slippers are waiting in your room. Simply brilliant im sure I will come back very soon for a much longer stay

I came by just for a coffee at the terrace and it was quite dissappointing. I mean 5 star hotel and you get a cappuccino from an automat. Please, please, buy a proper machine and employ barista

I've stayed in many hotels where they claim to be 5 star but they were lacking in many areas. That's just not the case here and I'm a little surprised at the harsh comments from other people

I have stayed here on 3 different occasions and it remains one of my favorite hotels. The breakfast alone is worth the trip, but the rooms are well appointed and the staff is very friendly

I go to the appartments since over 15 years, because it is quiet, very close to the beach and you can use the spa of the hotel. There are even a nice swimming pool and saunas in the basement

The pool is amazing! There were a few minor inconveniences (not enough toilet paper, hair dryer broken, not enough trash bags) and the staff was slow to fix these

You can stay with 4 or more persons on the rooms. There are enough parking lots or park close for free, unloading in front of the appartments is no problem

We checked in yesterday in the evening. Great service! Asked for an extra bed for my kid and besides the bed, the receptionist brought all sorts of extras including kids sized bath ropes and small pillows

We enjoy the modern style and were impressed with how quiet it was even though there were lots of young families. The beach was beautiful but to get into the water, you need to walk over many stones

Small and cozy traditional hotel Arrival late needed some call to helpline but beautiful old hotel kept in great shape! Excellent breakfast despite being bit slim in options. Beds bit too soft but no probs though

Unfortunately no aircon, so room was very warm. Bathroom is cramped but everything is renovated in the room. Bad smell in the bathroom on arrival went away with a flush, luckily

Recommended. The location of the hotel is directly infront of the beach. Nice view thought the window with the ferries going from and to the port.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and staff were extremely friendly! Everything was close by; only a few steps to the promenade. We had a great vacation time and will be back.

It was quiet, beautifully furnished and the bathroom spacious. The swimming pool was empty, music was playing, water splashing against the walls. Nearby were four saunas, according to everybody's preference

This is an attractive old-style hotel with wide wooden staircase, high ceilings and grand seafront view. As you climb the stairs squeak in a low tone. We walked to our room through a sinuous corridor

After the abundant breakfast it's advisable to go out for a stroll down on the beach and thread over numerous footprints and imprints of dogs' paws. Seagulls were contemplating on a pier

We stayed in the old part of the hotel in a suite for 5 nights. The rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. The toilet had a bit of a sewer smell but not bad. I didn't enjoy trying to figure out the light switches

A little bit outdated or nostalgic if you like, but rooms are clean and spacious, beds are wide and comfortable. Lot to choose from at the breakfast. Staff is fiendly and bicycles can be stored inside
