The personell are very friendly and helpfull, the rooms are well maintained and clean, the Lobby and its culinary offerings are giving you the sense of old, with a flair of new! I picked this hotel in the last minute, and I was very, very satisfied. Absolutely stunning furniture and such a lavish bar. The hotel is well located, one metro stop from Olympia park and it looks quite modern. However they lack organization in particular for the breakfast: the food is average, coffee is not really good and the space is inadequate for the amount of guests the hotel hosts, you have to rub shoulders with other guests when picking up food and eating. Great location, right across from the train station. It’s in the middle of everything but the room was quiet and you couldn’t hear any street noise. One strange aspect was that the shower didn’t go hotter than 45C. Front desk told us it was for safety reasons. Bed was comfortable and the price was good.

Nice modern hotel, minimal furniture in the room. Rooms are on the east and west part of the building so the sun will heat up the rooms. Ceilings are high and the AC vent is set lower so cooling the room in the sun is minimal even with the curtains closed. Nice friendly staff, bilingual, and excellent breakfast.

Located in a quiet shady neighborhood only a short walk from the large park with the English Garden. The room was clean and in good condition and the staff was friendly and very helpful.

Rooms are in two buildings and our family ended up with a one room in each building, which made things difficult. They claim to have AC, but it doesn’t do a thing. It is probably not the best hotel in Munich, but if you are travelling through Europe via train - this is very well located. It is within easy walking distance of the major Train Station; and only a 10-minute walk back into the Old Town. The Staff were very friendly and courteous, and the rooms quite spacious. Delicious breakfast with great variety. Everything was perfect, would certainly return I even had problem with cancelled flight, the accommodated me without any penalties then when my flight was changed the accommodated me again. AMAZING SERVICE! even gave me a great rate for late checkout

I actually thought this was one of the most beautiful hotels we stayed in while in Europe. The room was huge and it had a whimsical staircase leading to a loft where our bed was. Shower was spacious and easy. There is an absolutely amazing Italian restaurant just a one minute walk away. Everything else surrounding the hotel was a bit dodgy. There was a youth hostel next door so people were standing...

No A/C but I think that is normal here. There was a fan in the room that was a life-saver. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. An unexpected treat was the water bottles, which came in handy because all the stores closed.

Excellent service at the reception, the room was clean and tidy, the location of the hotel is near a metro station, in a few minutes you can reach the city center. The disadvantages, there is no air conditioner in the room and it was difficult because of the heat during the day and the windows face a noisy road, so it is impossible to open windows during the night for those who suffer from noise,...

The hotel is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast is good. Two minutes to underground route U3, by U3 there is 8min to city center. We would go there again. I would like to see recycle bins for plastic, metal, glass, paper etc. by the elevator doors.
