The hotel served me and my friends very satisfactorily for the three nights we stayed. The rooms would be clean upon coming back at night. It had a coffee machine and complementary water, although for the price we would’ve also expected a microwave or something of the sorts. We were provided with multiple keys so we didn’t need to manage who kept the key. It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were isolated well from outside sound, allowing for quiet unless the windows were open. The price was a bit steep for the location but overall the hotel is recomendable.

I booked this hotel for my Oktoberfest visit. Facility is nice and it's a convenient location to take metro/bus, or drive to old town. I would stay again

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights on our stay in Munich for the Scotland v Germany game, and could nor be happier. When we first arrived, we were greeted by a friendly Dutchman receptionist who introduced us to the hotel and all of its services, and wished us well for the game as well as told us some basic trivia about the stadium and whatnot. Real nice fella. Room spacious and clean, with glasses and a large glass bottle of water left for arriving guests on the table. Good shower, as well as soap and whatnot provided. There is a free coffee machine in the main foyer, (always a plus) and a Sauna in the basement which is the first time I've ever seen that. On the night before we left, we asked to book a taxi, and it was booked. But then on the morning we were meant to leave, the Taxi never turned up, and the receptionist on duty that morning Glady sorted that out for us too. The location is semi far from the city centre, but you are about a 5 minute walk down Rosenheimer Strasse from the Local U-Bahn stop Karl-Preis-PLatz so not much of an issue there. Overall we were extremely pleased with our experience and if we are ever back in Munich we would definitely consider staying here again.

This is my third visit and most probably I decide to make it my last stay at NH hotels specially this branch of Munich Süd. I like this stay since this is very close to my office and very accessible. Bad thing about it is this is pretty old building I had to change my room 3 times before I finally settled down in a room. Luckily two night managers that I met were very polite and good….. they gave me a slight upgrade too… I was still happy … Then I had to extend my stay and had to check in again and it was one of the most horrible experience to meet the person at the counter all good experience that I had went down the drain …. Experience I had talking to that person was horrible hence I have decided not to go back again….

Excellent hotel in relation to the price, which is very low. The service is excellent, the staff is very helpful and in a good mood. The location is excellent, only 5 km from the city center. It is well connected with public transport, and if you are on a bicycle, you will enjoy this location. The rooms are neat and big enough. For the price, I definitely recommend it.

Very basic, but clean. No fridge in the Junior Suite. Receptionist was friendly to store it in the lobby. Good shower.
Tip: the bakery next to the hotel serves breakfast from 06:30 and it's cosier than in the hotel, which is very basic too.

The cleanliness should be more pronounced, it's a lot of dust, breakfast is very good, but the time is short and it's a little unorganized. It was okay. It can be even better!

That it is a 3 star hotel doesnt mean that the customer service has to be so bad. You feel almost insulted in the reception while asking for the room that you reserved. Really unfriendly behavior the worst that I ve had in all my trips and hotel stays. I Don't recommend this place ÀT ALL. Rooms are ok for a 3 star hotel hard couch and pillows and it is clean.
