Hotel Hamilton in Boca Chica

This a place that I would never recommend, not even to my worst enemy. This used to be a decent hotel 4 years ago, but it seems like the main owner has given up on it. Now that place is mainly for junkies, dope heads that stay up all night and make noise, smoke up the place, and since the rooms don't have actual windows and they are just pieces of woods to block part of day light from entering the room, you get to stay up all night with them while you're in the rooms unable to block out the noise and the smell of whatever they are smoking, so don't expect to get any sleep there. Frequent power outages and when that happens, especially at night, you'll be in complete darkness, not even a candle to save your life. The bedsheets, the towels are torn, things that should be thrown away in the garbage are used in all of the rooms. Roof leaks when it rains. The bathroom shower doesn't drain water and creates puddle and causes mosquito invasions. That was the worst hotel experience I've ever had thus far a true nightmare. I have tried my best to disclose most of the stuff that I can remember so this won't happen to someone else. Should you decide to go there, you'll regret your life, I promise.

I requested for someone to clean or did my room for its was 9am they finally send the staff like 1pm that was not ok for me .

The lights turned on automatically and I couldn’t go back to sleep because I heard the door lock. Seemingly this happens when the generator kicks in due to electricity shortage in the town. Scary!

The noise outside is too much and the windows are not designed to keep the noise away, also you can’t turn off the lights in the room completely and both things, lights and noise make the sleeping almos impossible to do
