The service at the bar was excellent, Ronald, Albania and Jose Eliezer gave us an excellent service. They were attentive and always made sure we had what we asked for. They all knew our drinks before we even asked them. These guys work super hard and deserve the best! Thanks for all the service.

This resort was a nice one for families and individuals looking for a beach vacation on the ocean. However, the hotel is advertised as a 4.5/5 star. This is not a 5 star resort. Food & restaurants There are a total of 7 eateries on the resort, 5 are a-la-carte restaurants that require a reservation. If you plan dining at any of these restaurants, I would encourage you to reserve immediately upon arrival...

Best resort ever the food is amazing, the shows are spectacular, and the rooms are so comfortable even including fast room service! The staff also have energy every day and are very friendly even with little kids. They also have the best staff service. To sum it up, I totally recommend this is the best resort I've been to.

It's been a great week with family almost time to head home. I would definitely come back. Clean resort, people are friendly. It would be nice to see the waiters and waitress visit a few more times at the à La carte dinners. That was honestly the hardest place to leave a tip. Everyone else was easy to leave something for. Overall, a well maintained hotel with good food and a nice pool/beach setup. One flaw is that the hotel doesn't respond to messages sent to the email listed on their website. I sent several to try to line up a shuttle bus to arrive but received no reply (I was told that their customer service ticket system is not always functional) The lineup for breakfast was also an issue a couple of mornings....

The beach was beautiful and clean and the service was wonderful. Everyone was attentive and friendly very caring staff. Unfortunately we got very sick for 3 days, the medical staff were wonderful and the medical attention was outstanding. The room was comfortable. The food was ok too. It was a bitter sweat experience but overall happy we got to visit such beautiful place.

I was there from June 18th through June 25th, 2022 with my cousin Nubia and a whole group from BAILAMAR Bachata Camp, we had a wonderful time, the food was delicious Morenita and Estela are great cooks, we went everywhere in Las Terrenas, beautiful beaches, bars restaurants, dancing places every night, very friendly people!!!!

I went to Las Terrenas with my wife and our kids without booking any place beforehand and we found Castillo Romano by chance. The service was so great that next time we visit we're staying there. The owner is very diligent and the staff is kind and welcoming. The whole facility is spotless and since the hotel is on top of a hill, the view is incredible. Highly recommended.

The place is amazing!!! Morena was a friendly and welcoming host! Can't recommend it enough! Absolutely loved our stay.

I had a very nice stay at Castillo Romano. Morena and Teo were fantastic and the owner helped organize a going-away lunch for a couple I had spent the week with. It is very peaceful on a hill and yet is not more than a 10-minute walk to the beach . I'm looking forward to my next visit and I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic hotel, nice ocean view, quiet place, friendly and compliant staff. Joseph, the owner, was fantastic, ready to help and gave us great advice about Samana.. I recommend this hotel and for sure we will come back.

I give this Hotel 5 stars!!! The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and attentive! My stay included breakfast, which I must say was very tasty. The hotel has a nice big pool with outside bar and executive beach. You will only be a 15 minute drive to center of it all Las Terrenas. Really close to the beach, the area is much better than any other area in Las Terrenas, apartment is big and has all you need. Very good place.

Wow, the perfect secluded romantic getaway if you're looking to get away from the crowds and some relatively virgin beaches.

If you are looking for an exclusive and opulence in Samana, look no further. Great restaurant, beach and pool area. Close to everything yet far enough to have privacy for couples or family. Highly recommended.

We just got back from Las Terranas! We stayed with a group of friends (four couples) at the Albachiara. Two couples had their own room and we shared a two-bedroom room with another couple. It's an amazing place surrounded by nature. The whole complex has a river filled with animals running below it which is pretty neat. Only reccomendation would be to bring your reppellant since at night mosquitoes get fiesty in las Terrenas

We had such a good time. My kids loved the large pool. It was so spacious and not crowded. The beach was only a few yards away from the pool. Everything was kept neat a d clean from the common areas to the apartments. I can't say enough about the staff. They were friendly kind and understanding. I plan to go back.

Excelent place to stay if you have the chance, the beach is beautiful, the building are with an eco-friendly design, leaving the mangrove swamp as it is and constructed around them, pretty close to las Terrenas beach and a few really good restaurant. The only downside is that the beach club doesn't sell breakfast nor dinner and that the are no signs to know where things are (got lost a few times)...
