Beautiful resort, the food was fantastic. Staff were good and friendly but not many had very good English. You can walk on the beach for miles and miles. About 25 minute walk down the beach towards Las Terenas you come to a cool restaurant and bar called El Mosquito. We were there Nov 2025 and will be going back next year. Excellent resort for all ages. Book here, you won't be disappointed!

I visited this hotel at the beginning of October 2025 with my family. We upgraded our room to be closer to the pool and buffet restaurant, which I highly recommend for guests with reduced mobility. The property was ok. The food was ok. There were termites in our room and on the bed due to the cheap wood used on the furniture. The staff took care of it right away but I don’t plan on staying here during our next visit to Las Terrenas. The pool was the best part.

The beach was beautiful and clean and the service was wonderful. Everyone was attentive and friendly very caring staff. Unfortunately we got very sick for 3 days, the medical staff were wonderful and the medical attention was outstanding. The room was comfortable. The food was ok too. Spectacular sunsets over a sea so calm it could virtually be a mill pond. The tranquillity of the sea is matched by that of the point itself, palm fringed, rarely many people and no traffic noise. An ideal spot from which to contemplate the sunset in all too rare peace and quiet.

It’s beautiful. But is like a hidden beach so it Took me a few minutes to find it. Is gorgeous breath taking. However there’s really nothing around but villas. I recommend, (if you’re a not staying in the area) bring food and water spend the day and watch the sunset.

If you are looking for an exclusive and opulence in Samana, look no further. Great restaurant, beach and pool area. Close to everything yet far enough to have privacy for couples or family. Highly recommended.

Great location in Las Terrenas. My girlfriend and I were able to walk into town every night for dinner and go across the street to watch the sunset. The room was perfect size and clean. I'll come back here when I come to Las Terrenas again.

I love this place is the third time I stay here I recommend this place is right in front of the beach. The food is great the drinks and the people that worked there is amazing. My best part was the massage.

The stay is Ok; but I believe that the prices in all that area are exageratedly high, because the soroundings, most of all the roads, are not safe, and the charges are as high and even higher than in the USA and Europe, where rules are enforced and obeyed.

We just got back from Las Terranas! We stayed with a group of friends (four couples) at the Albachiara. Two couples had their own room and we shared a two-bedroom room with another couple. This place is paradise located in a very beatyfull and quiet garden . Close to the towncenter, and the nice restaurants on the beach. A 3 min walking distance to the nearest beach. Good place to stay, it's a 2-minute walk from the beach and affordable for families. The kitchen is well equipped, water abundant and hot water available. The only issued I've had there it's their upstairs shower drain. It's been clogged the two times I've stayed.

Was there to celebrate my cousin's 50th birthday. The owner and staff are the absolute best -- super friendly and accommodating. This review is for the restaurant. Many different options to choose from. Seafood, meats, pizza, etc We went there back to back because of how much we liked it the 1st time. Our dishes were octopus, shrimp and pizza. Friendly staff and good music as well. Very affordable and dinner for 5 was about $4,300 pesos. Will definitely be back when come back to Las Terrenas.

Very simple and clean! The views are spectacular. Located in the middle of everything you could enjoy! The hill is a steep drive so may not want to walk up n down. Owner is very communicative and has staff on site to meet your needs. we missed breakfast since we had other commitments at 8am. fully stocked kitchen so you can cook and refrigerate food. Wonderful and beautiful resort with amazing staff. The breakfast is amazing. We were here for their Mother’s Day. The grilled buffet included seafood, ribs, fruit and vegetables. Delicious pastries available also. The staff makes sure your stay is everything you could ask for. Restaurant is lacking in taste and options for lunch and dinner.

Hotel Atlantis was amazing. It’s a very quiet hotel with a beautiful property full of trees and plants, located right on the beach and beach path. The staff was fantastic. They arranged taxi services for us, and the housekeeping team was incredible—going above and beyond each day to keep our room spotless. There are lots of great restaurants and drinks just steps away. The good : The location is nice, the hotel is beautiful. The bad: The beach front of the hotel isn't much to write home about especially considering the dirty sun beds and the beach in general in front of the hotel.
