The service at the bar was excellent, Ronald, Albania and Jose Eliezer gave us an excellent service. They were attentive and always made sure we had what we asked for. They all knew our drinks before we even asked them. These guys work super hard and deserve the best! Thanks for all the service.

This resort was a nice one for families and individuals looking for a beach vacation on the ocean. However, the hotel is advertised as a 4.5/5 star. This is not a 5 star resort. Best resort ever the food is amazing, the shows are spectacular, and the rooms are so comfortable even including fast room service! The staff also have energy every day and are very friendly even with little kids. They also have the best staff service. To sum it up, I totally recommend this is the best resort I've been to.

It's been a great week with family almost time to head home. I would definitely come back. Clean resort, people are friendly. Overall, a well maintained hotel with good food and a nice pool/beach setup. One flaw is that the hotel doesn't respond to messages sent to the email listed on their website. I sent several to try to line up a shuttle bus to arrive but received no reply (I was told that their customer service ticket system is not always functional) The lineup for breakfast was also an issue a couple of mornings....

The beach was beautiful and clean and the service was wonderful. Everyone was attentive and friendly very caring staff. Unfortunately we got very sick for 3 days, the medical staff were wonderful and the medical attention was outstanding. The room was comfortable. The food was ok too. It was a bitter sweat experience but overall happy we got to visit such beautiful place.

Very stylishly designed and well looked after hotel. Yummy food. Friendly and helpful staff. The pool is gorgeous, but the pool cleaning seems to be a challenge sometimes (on two days out of 5, the water had a milky colour, so PH balance wasn’t right).

Super quiet and quaint boutique hotel. 26 rooms very well appointed. Rooms are very comfortable, has a roof top bar, lounge and pool area.

AMAZING PLACE! We stayed at Hotel Punta Popy for our honeymoon and couldn't be more happy about the choice we made. The rooms are exactly as the pictures show: Beautiful, cosy and well-equipped with a lovely decoration. Absolutely beautiful new hotel with beautiful bungalows. The hosts are super helpful for every question you have, also a really good breakfast . Nice and safe area. We will stay again when we come to Las Terrenas.

I give this Hotel 5 stars!!! The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and attentive! My stay included breakfast, which I must say was very tasty. The hotel has a nice big pool with outside bar and executive beach. You will only be a 15 minute drive to center of it all Las Terrenas. I was there from June 18th through June 25th, 2022 with my cousin Nubia and a whole group from BAILAMAR Bachata Camp, we had a wonderful time, the food was delicious Morenita and Estela are great cooks, we went everywhere in Las Terrenas, beautiful beaches, bars restaurants, dancing places every night, very friendly people!!!!

I went to Las Terrenas with my wife and our kids without booking any place beforehand and we found Castillo Romano by chance. The service was so great that next time we visit we're staying there. The owner is very diligent and the staff is kind and welcoming. The whole facility is spotless and since the hotel is on top of a hill, the view is incredible. Highly recommended.

The place is amazing!!! Morena was a friendly and welcoming host! Can't recommend it enough! Absolutely loved our stay.

I had a very nice stay at Castillo Romano. Morena and Teo were fantastic and the owner helped organize a going-away lunch for a couple I had spent the week with. It is very peaceful on a hill and yet is not more than a 10-minute walk to the beach . I'm looking forward to my next visit and I would definitely stay here again!

Loveeeee this Town

Spectacular sunsets over a sea so calm it could virtually be a mill pond. The tranquillity of the sea is matched by that of the point itself, palm fringed, rarely many people and no traffic noise. An ideal spot from which to contemplate the sunset in all too rare peace and quiet.

It’s beautiful. But is like a hidden beach so it Took me a few minutes to find it. Is gorgeous breath taking. However there’s really nothing around but villas. I recommend, (if you’re a not staying in the area) bring food and water spend the day and watch the sunset.

Nice place to be

Bueno, bonito y barato. Is very clean comfortable to spend a night or two, the pool is great and they have hot water. Is very pretty looking. But on the day we stay (Saturday) the music was loud from the other guest, They had music until maybe 12 pm.

Beautiful location ( restaurant ) with great food and👌drinks. VEGAN food available. -homemade vegetables soup. -burritos -the freshest juices in town. You can Chill out during the day or have some drinks at night.

The staff is amazingly friendly. The rooms are great. No AC but ceiling fans we're fine. Hot water, tv's. etc. It's not a big place. But it has a pool and a bus that takes you into town. The Hotel is a short drive from the beach. The complimentary breakfast is alright. Eggs, toast, cereal and Juice. The food at the restaurant is delicious. I Did not see any cats though.

This place is paradise located in a very beatyfull and quiet garden . Close to the towncenter, and the nice restaurants on the beach. A 3 min walking distance to the nearest beach. The manager was exstreamly helpfull and the staff very friendly and made us feel at home. We higly recommend the cosy small houses with a local touch of colonial style and atmosphere.

Good place to stay, it's a 2-minute walk from the beach and affordable for families. The kitchen is well equipped, water abundant and hot water available. The only issued I've had there it's their upstairs shower drain. It's been clogged the two times I've stayed.
