They can always improve the conditions of the place, but it was a lot of fun on the weekend and the help in the kitchen that is included was very good

Beach clean and cosy, excellent beach restaurant with breakfast at the beach. Pool clean and well maintained, water sometimes a little bit to hot!, rooms cleaned daily,towel service and cleaning by room maid. Many moskitos. Excellent hotel to relax . Only negative point: road sometimes very noisy, quality of music from neighbour hotel Eden disturbing due to defectiv components / ampli or loudsp

Best beach bar in town of the 5 right on the beach from portillo side to ballenas side....pricing and service best on average... Mosquito beach bar way down other side too but bit higher pricing...

I enjoyed my experience here. Nice pool and rooms are clean. Overall good experience. I did find comparable better priced hotels a little farther from the beach.

Perfect getaway and feels like home but better.

Quick resolve by staff to our queries, standing out were Hugo and Pedro Pablo. In general all staff is very friendly and forthcoming. Our two bedroom suite was very ample and in good shape, except maybe the furniture on the terrace

Wow, the perfect secluded romantic getaway if you're looking to get away from the crowds and some relatively virgin beaches.

If you are looking for an exclusive and opulence in Samana, look no further. Great restaurant, beach and pool area. Close to everything yet far enough to have privacy for couples or family. Highly recommended.

Great location right on the beach! Room was comfortable and clean. And Anita, Lucila, and Marivel took great care of us each morning for breakfast.

Spacious and clean. Pool is very large and perfect to swim in. Breakfast Buffet is good and they make eggs to order. Staff is helpful and kind.

Hotel is clean, well taken care of, and has all amenities needed. Pool is very good and beach is a few steps away. Special kudos to the ladies at the pool bar.

LOVE this place. Their spa is wonderful. I use their waxing service which uses home crafted natural sugar wax! Mani and pedis are also lovely on the covered terrace next to the turtle pond.

Great resort in Las Terrenas, clean rooms, good breakfast. The spa is very convenient and gives lots of options. I recommend this hotel.

At first when I got to the check in the staff was rude and didn't make me feel welcomed because I made a "late" reservation through a third party company and they didn't have any room ready for us. We just got back from Las Terranas! We stayed with a group of friends (four couples) at the Albachiara. Two couples had their own room and we shared a two-bedroom room with another couple. All the rooms were clean and super cute! We especially loved our two-bedroom. Very unique, nice little decorative touches, breezy and comfy patio, and really nice pool. The staff were also very helpful and nice....

Great place, I highly recommend. Close walking distance to everything. Fantastic salt water pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a one bedroom apartment. Cant say enough about the place. Would definitely stay again!

It's an amazing place surrounded by nature. The whole complex has a river filled with animals running below it which is pretty neat. Only reccomendation would be to bring your reppellant since at night mosquitoes get fiesty in las Terrenas

We had such a good time. My kids loved the large pool. It was so spacious and not crowded. The beach was only a few yards away from the pool. Everything was kept neat a d clean from the common areas to the apartments. I can't say enough about the staff. They were friendly kind and understanding. I plan to go back.

Excelent place to stay if you have the chance, the beach is beautiful, the building are with an eco-friendly design, leaving the mangrove swamp as it is and constructed around them, pretty close to las Terrenas beach and a few really good restaurant. The only downside is that the beach club doesn't sell breakfast nor dinner and that the are no signs to know where things are (got lost a few times)...

Work in progress, new owners will make this happen. Beautiful sand but the water is too shallow.
