Hotels with beach in Las Terrenas

The staff are pleasant and love to help! There are so many things to do and the beach, the water… let’s just say we never made it into any of their beautiful pools. We spent all day by the water

Beautiful resort, the food was fantastic. Staff were good and friendly but not many had very good English. You can walk on the beach for miles and miles

The beach is beautiful, those bright blue waters that I think everyone wants to see in their life! There are areas in the resort that are louder and more energetic if that's your vibe - for us we wanted to be in quieter areas, and there was space for that

About 25 minute walk down the beach towards Las Terenas you come to a cool restaurant and bar called El Mosquito. We were there Nov 2025 and will be going back next year. Excellent resort for all ages

The buffet food was just okay and after a week it gets to be a bit much, saying that the restaurant itsrlf is lovely and having the a la carte options for 3 nights is great and the restaurants were very good! The location is very pretty it's a lovely beach, but you really are not close to much, you'll have to rent a car or get a taxi into town which is not cheap, but if youre not doing it every day...

Beach is beautiful, and you can take long walks on both sides of the resort

But is like a hidden beach so it Took me a few minutes to find it. However there’s really nothing around but villas

One of the best beaches in DR. One area the water is so calm it resembles a pool. Rivals Siesta Key in Florida

Spectacular sunsets over a sea so calm it could virtually be a mill pond. The tranquillity of the sea is matched by that of the point itself, palm fringed, rarely many people and no traffic noise

An ideal spot from which to contemplate the sunset in all too rare peace and quiet

I recommend, (if you’re a not staying in the area) bring food and water spend the day and watch the sunset

We just got back from Las Terranas! We stayed with a group of friends (four couples) at the Albachiara. Two couples had their own room and we shared a two-bedroom room with another couple

Carmen is a star, great stay! Carmen, who worked reception, was so wonderful and nice and helped me with everything. The room was simple but had everything I needed plus a large balcony with a great ocean view!

However, our air conditioners were not working properly, and it took almost an hour for the maintenance person to come check-it out and that was after we went to the front desk to ask for an update

The breakfast was very limited. The restaurants lunch/dinner menu has great variety available for purchase. The outside space is well maintained. The pool chairs and tables should be changed they're old

Wonderful and beautiful resort with amazing staff. We were here for their Mother’s Day. The grilled buffet included seafood, ribs, fruit and vegetables. Delicious pastries available also

It’s a very quiet hotel with a beautiful property full of trees and plants, located right on the beach and beach path

Wonderful beach property displaying a Spanish colonial architecture, great beach views, with a beach sidewalk shared with other restaurants and hotels to walk and enjoy a different scenery

They arranged taxi services for us, and the housekeeping team was incredible—going above and beyond each day to keep our room spotless. There are lots of great restaurants and drinks just steps away

The good : The location is nice, the hotel is beautiful. The bad: The beach front of the hotel isn't much to write home about especially considering the dirty sun beds and the beach in general in front of the hotel

Very nice hotel for chilling & unwinding, staff is friendly, and location is prime (amazing beach front and 15 min drive from Pueblo de Pescadores a nice bohemian style beach town). Fully recommended

) But all of the casitas have thatched palm roofs and lots of openness to the outside. If it's windy you're going to hear it and feel it. Some of the roofs are too old and dawn sunlight enters

This beautiful resort is not a tourist location but a very relaxing and pampering location with a wonderful Italian restaurant that is under Gilda's supervision, and the resort and amenities under Vincenzo's watchful eyes

Recently opened, they apologized for the seasonal high temperature and that were in the process of installing ceiling fans, which would certainly make for a more comfortable ambience

Excellent place, extraordinary accomodations, beautyfull view, I felt most confortable Like in my own house, kids enjoy the Pool and the Beach, restaurant os amazing, i am just waiting for the next long weekend to come back

Close to the beach, beautiful vegetation and quiet location. Unfortunately I was not able to sleep. The air conditioning was set so cold and there were no blankets. Additionally there was no access to internet.

Inside, the lighting was terrible and the linens and towels needed a refresh. Don’t expect cleaning or extra tp or any basics like dish soap… it was a basic Airbnb experience

Alivio is in walking distance to one of the best beaches in Las Terrenas Playa Puna Poppy. Good restaurants again with in walking distance east or west. I rented a 4 bedroom apartment and all had bathrooms

All the staff is always friendly and helpful. The picture perfect beach is directly across the street

Supernice apartments, we had one with two bedrooms. Very clean. Beautiful surroundings and two pools. Close to the town center, which makes it easy to go out at night by foot. Would definitely stay here again.

We have rented a penthouse, and it was absolutely stunning. The space was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay
