I felt like he did not take me serious or he thought I can't make decisions without my partner. Overall we had a good time in the hotel

Such an amazing experience at this all inclusive resort. The staff was extremely polite and charming and very attentive to all of the guests. Also the villas are clean and well taken care of

We got our keys at 4pm and we arrived in our room and suprise suprise room was not ready. For a Hotel that claims its 5* I can only imagine what is going to be next

The service at the bar was excellent, Ronald, Albania and Jose Eliezer gave us an excellent service. They were attentive and always made sure we had what we asked for. They all knew our drinks before we even asked them

We’ve heard a lot of good things about this place from multiple people so we decided to stay for a week. Everything about the resort is great

In addition, what was our surprise upon arrival that this particular hotel was only for adults (without children), for us specifically this was a BIG plus, since we did not see such a description of the hotel on the website

Loved this place! So peaceful and fun at the same time. It's not too big so after some days you start feeling as a big family. The entertainment team is simply the best! I want to be back pretty soon

I would also like to note the good work of the staff in the restaurant; you could always choose what to eat and choose what you liked

, and if you get bored, you can always go on cool excursions, we didn’t regret taking advantage of the excursion, cheerful guide and many beautiful natural places. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends

They have fun excursions available for all varieties of guest, as well as yoga and tennis on site. If you're looking to recharge, get away from the noise, and immerse yourself in nature, absolutely come here

Look great on paper but it's the little details like low water pressure on shower, underpowered AC, NYC fancy restaurant prices for dinner quality dishes, constantly buzzing balcony Jacuzzis, incredibly slow and constantly dropping wifi

Beautiful yet overpriced hotel. If you come for the beach - you better off staying at Coson. If you come for the comfort and fancy then you will miss expected level of privacy

I might be spoiled but there are better and more sophisticated options to choose from at mutch better price/ value point

Only very few rooms will see ocean from the balcony yet all the neighbors will be seeing you

I give this Hotel 5 stars!!! The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and attentive! My stay included breakfast, which I must say was very tasty. The hotel has a nice big pool with outside bar and executive beach

I was there from June 18th through June 25th, 2022 with my cousin Nubia and a whole group from BAILAMAR Bachata Camp, we had a wonderful time, the food was delicious Morenita and Estela are great cooks, we went everywhere in Las Terrenas, beautiful beaches, bars restaurants, dancing places every night, very friendly people!!!!

Fantastic hotel, nice ocean view, quiet place, friendly and compliant staff. Joseph, the owner, was fantastic, ready to help and gave us great advice about Samana.. I recommend this hotel and for sure we will come back.

Close to the beach and easy access to the town centre, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, loads of bedrooms and bathrooms, very spacious and airy, rustic and quaint building but with all modern conveniences

I went to Las Terrenas with my wife and our kids without booking any place beforehand and we found Castillo Romano by chance. The service was so great that next time we visit we're staying there

It is very peaceful on a hill and yet is not more than a 10-minute walk to the beach. I'm looking forward to my next visit and I would definitely stay here again!

Time there was amazing! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, we were 4 people and the space was really good for us. Security, quite and only like 200mts from the beach. I want to go back!!!

Really close to the beach, the area is much better than any other area in Las Terrenas, apartment is big and has all you need. Very good place.

This is a great place to stay, it's very new, just opened in January, but it's one of the best in the area, the pool is great, rooms are cozy and spacious, breakfast is good, our only minor complain would be that the wifi didn't reach very well into our room, but, but everything else was just perfect

We had minor complaints about the room early on but found them to be unimportant as time went by - we were hardly in the room anyways! The breakfast was excellent and we found ourselves looking forward to it every morning

That aside the main courses we chose, fillet steak and a Spaghetti Arabiatta were excellent. These together with a good Spanish Tempranillo that we finished seated in the garden, resulted in a more than reasonable bill

Probably the best choice in Las Terrenas. Service was impeccable and location can’t be beat. Restaurant was top notch also. I absolutely can’t wait to come back. Don’t forget to check out their in-house massage service

This beautiful resort is not a tourist location but a very relaxing and pampering location with a wonderful Italian restaurant that is under Gilda's supervision, and the resort and amenities under Vincenzo's watchful eyes

We stay at costa las ballenas for three-night. The room is nice (mosquitoes friendly 😅). Elena was a super host, always ensuring we needed anything and with multiple recommendations for our next steps at the island.

The houses, pool, food and drinks are unbeatable and the beach is amoung the top that I have ever seen and they are in your backyard. I highly highly recommend this place, it is friendly, welcoming and incredible

Good place to stay, it's a 2-minute walk from the beach and affordable for families. The kitchen is well equipped, water abundant and hot water available. The only issued I've had there it's their upstairs shower drain

is much more of a challenge for a small establishment in a somewhat remote village in a developing nation than say Daytona Beach. I had nothing but positive, friendly, and helpful experiences with the staff at Las Palmas

Were the staff sympathetic? Did they make a reasonable attempt to make it right? Or did they make excuses? Consider please that traveling to the nearest big city to get parts, scheduling repairs, etc

Fully furnished, clean, fully equipped kitchen, hot water, mosquito proof, airy, and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Though there is ample communal areas for outdoor get togethers and barbecuing

I have stayed in five star, high end, exclusive resorts in the first world and had toilets break, shower fixtures malfunction, and other flaws. What makes the difference is how it is handled

Close to the beach and places to eat. Check in was easy- they took temperature of everyone checking in. Needs some updating but nothing that makes you feel uncomfortable

But other than that, the place is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Las Terrenas

In fact it looks all much better in person! The pool has saltwater and get tons of sun, the lounge is super cute with a really good sound system and there is parking within the property

The rooms are very comfortable and Pedro and Melanie make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. They are very nice and did everything they could to make us feel at home and happy while we stayed

we didn’t have salt, we needed a sponge, we wanted to take some basil to make some past from their garden. They literally said YES to everything we asked, with a big smile

Also, I believe there could be better communication between the security and the guest, and the rules should be made clear to all of the guests to avoid any issues

Simply great! Aude is doing a great job here, we felt very comfortable! It was perfectly clean and the breakfast was very good! The quiet location with the pool is also very relaxed! We'd love to come back :-)

Everyone was very nice but the hostess was amazing! She is an incredibly warm, caring and charming woman. She was always at our side with words and deeds. I've never had such a great hostess

A little paradise! It's beautiful at Villa Eva Luna. Great plants and flowers grow everywhere. The pool is beautiful and you can spend the whole day there

The bungalows are well equipped and have the Caribbean style that we wanted. There was a great breakfast every morning

We had a very good stay here. Omar and his wife are very nice and pleasant people who take good care. Very good breakfast was included. The rooms are clean and the pool is sweet! All in all a very good atmosphere.

Only 2 things I will recommend to change: allow guests to change AC temperature in the room since for us it was too cold; Quality of soap - it wasn’t good - ran out after 1 shower

What can I say the owner were great, they treat you as family very cozy hotel, my experience was excellent I would not only recommend but I would be going their more often.

My partner and I arrived on the first day when El Rincon de Abi transitioned to the new owners. We had a very good experience and nice talks with the new owners

A lovely Hotel just steps to the beach but tucked away in a quiet back street. Well equipped common area with full kitchen and pool for entertaining! Reasonably priced.

We stayed in this hotel in February 2021. Value for money is great, even breakfast is included. Owner of the place is super nice! Internet is fast, parking is free

It's neat and clean with the units surrounding a pool in a tropical setting. Close to town and beach. Construction NOISE next door from a house being built. Jan 2019.

Great spot, Maurizio and his crew are great for a quite stay and enjoy the carribbeane beaches. Totally would recommend.

I've come here several timea and the quality of the room has decreased. Still great place to spend the night and search the surroundings.
