Hotels with pool and beach in Las Terrenas

The beach is beautiful, those bright blue waters that I think everyone wants to see in their life! There are areas in the resort that are louder and more energetic if that's your vibe - for us we wanted to be in quieter areas, and there was space for that

There's a quiet pool for anyone that doesn't want the craziness of the big pool at the front of the resort, and you can walk along the beach and find quiet areas where you can just relax! Everyone is lovely, we have had an amazing time!

The property in beautiful The beachbis amazing the pool is clean,the sports bar is great to relax and have drinks. But I will say the rooms are very outdated ac wasn't working in our 1st room and had a horrible odor

About 25 minute walk down the beach towards Las Terenas you come to a cool restaurant and bar called El Mosquito. We were there Nov 2025 and will be going back next year. Excellent resort for all ages

The buffet food was just okay and after a week it gets to be a bit much, saying that the restaurant itsrlf is lovely and having the a la carte options for 3 nights is great and the restaurants were very good! The location is very pretty it's a lovely beach, but you really are not close to much, you'll have to rent a car or get a taxi into town which is not cheap, but if youre not doing it every day...

Unfortunately, the smaller kids’ pool was problematic because swim diapers were not mandatory, and some babies soiled the pool, forcing it to close regularly. Swim diapers should be mandatory to prevent this issue

All the days we had quite decent waves but if you want calmer waters you can walk 7-10 minutes to a neighboring beach where with almost no waves

The beach was beautiful and clean and the service was wonderful. Everyone was attentive and friendly very caring staff

This is the first time we have chosen the Dominican Republic for our holiday. Not having the slightest experience in this republic, we honestly chose the presence of a beautiful beach and were right

In addition, what was our surprise upon arrival that this particular hotel was only for adults (without children), for us specifically this was a BIG plus, since we did not see such a description of the hotel on the website

One of the best beaches in DR. One area the water is so calm it resembles a pool. Rivals Siesta Key in Florida

Spectacular sunsets over a sea so calm it could virtually be a mill pond. The tranquillity of the sea is matched by that of the point itself, palm fringed, rarely many people and no traffic noise

But is like a hidden beach so it Took me a few minutes to find it. However there’s really nothing around but villas

An ideal spot from which to contemplate the sunset in all too rare peace and quiet

I recommend, (if you’re a not staying in the area) bring food and water spend the day and watch the sunset

All the rooms were clean and super cute! We especially loved our two-bedroom. Very unique, nice little decorative touches, breezy and comfy patio, and really nice pool. The staff were also very helpful and nice

Perfect location in the center of the beachfront strip in Las Terrenas, close to everything, beautiful pool and the living area was very comfortable

We just got back from Las Terranas! We stayed with a group of friends (four couples) at the Albachiara. Two couples had their own room and we shared a two-bedroom room with another couple

However, our air conditioners were not working properly, and it took almost an hour for the maintenance person to come check-it out and that was after we went to the front desk to ask for an update

The breakfast was very limited. The restaurants lunch/dinner menu has great variety available for purchase. The outside space is well maintained. The pool chairs and tables should be changed they're old

The hotel is in a great area easy to walk to nearby beaches and other restaurants

Carmen is a star, great stay! Carmen, who worked reception, was so wonderful and nice and helped me with everything. The room was simple but had everything I needed plus a large balcony with a great ocean view!

The staff makes sure your stay is everything you could ask for. Restaurant is lacking in taste and options for lunch and dinner

It’s a very quiet hotel with a beautiful property full of trees and plants, located right on the beach and beach path

Wonderful beach property displaying a Spanish colonial architecture, great beach views, with a beach sidewalk shared with other restaurants and hotels to walk and enjoy a different scenery

They arranged taxi services for us, and the housekeeping team was incredible—going above and beyond each day to keep our room spotless. There are lots of great restaurants and drinks just steps away

The good : The location is nice, the hotel is beautiful. The bad: The beach front of the hotel isn't much to write home about especially considering the dirty sun beds and the beach in general in front of the hotel

That aside the main courses we chose, fillet steak and a Spaghetti Arabiatta were excellent. These together with a good Spanish Tempranillo that we finished seated in the garden, resulted in a more than reasonable bill

This is a lovely property with many pluses including absolute seafront location. The individual casitas are spacious and well appointed (though without basics like kettles and hairdryers

Also, two of the three nights I spent here there was loud music or loud dirtbike noise in the middle of the night from neighboring villas. There are local roads bordering both sides of the property

Recently opened, they apologized for the seasonal high temperature and that were in the process of installing ceiling fans, which would certainly make for a more comfortable ambience

Close to the beach, beautiful vegetation and quiet location. Unfortunately I was not able to sleep. The air conditioning was set so cold and there were no blankets. Additionally there was no access to internet.

Supernice apartments, we had one with two bedrooms. Very clean. Beautiful surroundings and two pools. Close to the town center, which makes it easy to go out at night by foot. Would definitely stay here again.

Alivio is in walking distance to one of the best beaches in Las Terrenas Playa Puna Poppy. Good restaurants again with in walking distance east or west. I rented a 4 bedroom apartment and all had bathrooms

The service was exceptional, with great attention to detail, especially the wonderful housekeeping every other day. The beautiful garden added a touch of serenity, and the view of the ocean was simply gorgeous

We have rented a penthouse, and it was absolutely stunning. The space was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay

We are definitely planning to come back in the future. Although there was no washer in the penthouse, it was not an issue at all

There was a laundry facility just a block away that offered wash and fold services for less than $10 for the whole family
