Hotels with pool and beach in Las Terrenas

The staff are pleasant and love to help! There are so many things to do and the beach, the water… let’s just say we never made it into any of their beautiful pools. We spent all day by the water

Considering it was a swim up bar the water seemed pretty clean with all the chlorine pumping. The beach was great, we went during the start of hurricane season (end of June) and the tide was pretty low

The bars are understaffed (especially the beach and pool bar), there were times where there would be 10+ guests and only one staff member. Jorge at the beach bar was amazing and deserves a raise

Definitely a place I would come again

This is the second Bahia Principe we have been to. The rooms are very dated with no outlets. So we had to take turns charging devices. the main areas of the hotel have all been renovated and are very modern and beautiful

All the days we had quite decent waves but if you want calmer waters you can walk 7-10 minutes to a neighboring beach where with almost no waves

The beach was beautiful and clean and the service was wonderful. Everyone was attentive and friendly very caring staff

This is the first time we have chosen the Dominican Republic for our holiday. Not having the slightest experience in this republic, we honestly chose the presence of a beautiful beach and were right

In addition, what was our surprise upon arrival that this particular hotel was only for adults (without children), for us specifically this was a BIG plus, since we did not see such a description of the hotel on the website

One of the best beaches in DR. One area the water is so calm it resembles a pool. Rivals Siesta Key in Florida

Spectacular sunsets over a sea so calm it could virtually be a mill pond. The tranquillity of the sea is matched by that of the point itself, palm fringed, rarely many people and no traffic noise

But is like a hidden beach so it Took me a few minutes to find it. However there’s really nothing around but villas

An ideal spot from which to contemplate the sunset in all too rare peace and quiet

I recommend, (if you’re a not staying in the area) bring food and water spend the day and watch the sunset

The houses, pool, food and drinks are unbeatable and the beach is amoung the top that I have ever seen and they are in your backyard. I highly highly recommend this place, it is friendly, welcoming and incredible

That aside the main courses we chose, fillet steak and a Spaghetti Arabiatta were excellent. These together with a good Spanish Tempranillo that we finished seated in the garden, resulted in a more than reasonable bill

Recently opened, they apologized for the seasonal high temperature and that were in the process of installing ceiling fans, which would certainly make for a more comfortable ambience

Great ambience, open air and 50 metres from the beach. Beautiful Caribbean decor, a varied menu and attentive service

Very nice hotel for chilling & unwinding, staff is friendly, and location is prime (amazing beach front and 15 min drive from Pueblo de Pescadores a nice bohemian style beach town). Fully recommended

Both the hotel and restaurant were perfect. The staff is incredibly thoughtful. The whole experience was amazing! Great breakfast. The fish at dinner was the best meal we've ever had.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now. It is one of my favourites hotels. The beach, the service and the view are outstanding. The food is delicious. The rooms are perfect. Alundra and the other staff are great.

Because service was good, I'm going to be nice by saying dinner left a lot to be desired. Nothing a table of 15 ordered was worth repeating imo.

If you go during summer months this will be one of the most beautiful beaches you will ever see right in front of the hotel. Great food with Peruvian flavors, good breakfast, comfy rooms but not luxury by any means

I had to continuously pester them to get replies, they then told me to bring extensions to add volume to the style, and then was told later by someone else NOT to bring them…

Let me say this first, this is a review of the SPA. The property was amazing and the staff were a delight. The spa manager, not so much

It was truly a beach paradise, the rooms are huge with 2 bathrooms, 2 televisions and large balconies with lounge chairs overseeing the beautiful pools, the food is Michelin-quality all the time and they even have daily specials of fresh catch of the day and barbecue, the staff is beyond helpful and extremely friendly, particularly Felix, Alexander and Augusto, who can't do enough for you

This was a lovely place - it felt boutique and the staff were very good, kind, attentive and helpful

Being completely comprehensive, the food and the pool were not 5 stars but the beach and the service/other food options made up for it. Would def recommend and was an oasis we’d return to

There is a restaurant and two pools on site as well as a spa and is well placed in terms of the town centre and a wide range of restaurants

The beach is just across the road, the proximity of the road a noise of the traffic is pretty much the only downside, but unfortunately this is the same for all the hotels and apartments on Punty Popy beach

) Cleaning team was good, but always seem to come after 5 pm when we were back from the beach, so it was a bit awkward to ask them to stay whilst we wanted to shower and get ready

It is a ocean front property since it is across the street from the beach but it doesn't have a beach club or direct access to the beach, I ended up going to different places to access the beach

Excellent apartments, well furnished, equipped and maintained to a high standard. The complex has a range of one, two and three bed apartments ranging up to duplexes with large roof terraces, so something for all tastes

All the rooms were clean and super cute! We especially loved our two-bedroom. Very unique, nice little decorative touches, breezy and comfy patio, and really nice pool. The staff were also very helpful and nice

We just got back from Las Terranas! We stayed with a group of friends (four couples) at the Albachiara. Two couples had their own room and we shared a two-bedroom room with another couple

It was so spacious and not crowded. The beach was only a few yards away from the pool. Everything was kept neat a d clean from the common areas to the apartments. I can't say enough about the staff

The only downside is that the beach club doesn't sell breakfast nor dinner and that the are no signs to know where things are (got lost a few times), is seems that the new administration is working on solving that so you may find this solve when you come

Excelent place to stay if you have the chance, the beach is beautiful, the building are with an eco-friendly design, leaving the mangrove swamp as it is and constructed around them, pretty close to las Terrenas beach and a few really good restaurant

It's an amazing place surrounded by nature. The whole complex has a river filled with animals running below it which is pretty neat

Only reccomendation would be to bring your reppellant since at night mosquitoes get fiesty in las Terrenas

The rooms are spotless, large and tastefully decorated! The property offers a tranquil setting to kick back and enjoy a tropical drink or a cool glass of chardonnay pool side
