Had an awesome time at the hotel and the staff is amazing very helpful for whatever you need plus everything's walking distance between 5-10 depending what you want the breakfastplace about 2-4mins away depending on walking speed

Don’t come here. They May over charge you.

They offer breakfast but the breakfast is outside of the hotel and they take too long to serve you.

The location is good but the service not really.

Also the breakfast is too limited in they menu.

The toilet room didn’t work properly also they bed not really comfortable.

The room is very comfortable, even for stays of several days. The breakfast is the best of this hotel since it is very varied, and the location of the restaurant makes it ideal to start the day. It is a clean, tidy place, very well located, making it a very good option to stay in Santo Domingo.

The location is perfect! We also very thankful for night check in- we had late arrival of the flight and asked to accommodate us at 3 am! For the team it was not a problem. The breakfast in the heart of the city - tasty and healthy

A very central hotel located just two blocks away from Columbus Square. Just a small hotel with few luxuries but equipped with the basic amenities. The towels need to be replaced as they are quite aged and the shower needs to be fixed as it doesn't stand in place. You get what you pay

First impression of this hotel was a 10/10. Lobby is very beautiful and the scent on cleanliness that hits once u walk in is amazing. Rooms are basic but good enough for a night or 2. Wifi was really bad, not suitable if you need somewhere to work from.Location is 10/10. Would recommend if you want to visit zona colonial for a night or 2

I stayed here 3 nights. The hotel is nice and very clean. The crew at the reception are super nice and helpful. Always say helo with a smile. Breakfast is served at a restaurant 4-5 minutes walk away. It shouldn't be a problem, but I didn't like it.
The shower in the rooms are useless. Its either burning hot or ice cold water. Its not possible to adjust the temperature. I told the reception and they tried to fix it but it didn't get any better. I got another room, but there it was the same problem. So if you are planning to shower then maybe this is not the place for you.
