Nice area, very nice to walk, very safe only thing negative, l found the shower head broken reported and they never change it, but beside of l recommended

The hotel stay was okay overall, but there were several major issues that impacted my experience:
1. The shower door did not close properly and had to be lifted and forced shut each time.
2. The Wi-Fi did not work in my room and was only accessible in the lobby.
3. Fresh towels were unavailable if I missed the housekeeping team.
4. My room’s front door stopped locking after the first day, which was a serious safety concern. I had to place a chair against the door as a precaution.
5. While the staff was generally polite and willing to help, service was very slow. For example, when my toilet stopped flushing, it took about 40 minutes before assistance arrived.

They were under construction in the layout of the lights in the room were uncomfortable. You couldn’t turn the lights off and have the fan running so if you turned off the lights, the fan would turn off, which makes no sense. Why wouldn’t the fan be able to run independently from the lights on the other side of the room that was a bother.

The bed was very soft and comfortable.
AC was fast cooling down the room.

First off, you can’t go wrong with by staying here! The staff are amazing and attentive truly making your stay more enjoyable and convenient. The stay comes with free breakfast, there is an indoor pool, and a rooftop with a view of Santo Domingo. We stayed in an ocean view room which had great ac and a nice balcony. The location is relatively quiet even though located near the ocean and a main road. For the price this hotel should be on top of your list.

I have dtsyed at RIG properties before, including this location. This was the wordt hotel experience. Not only is there a huge construction project going on, my room had no towels and no toilet paper. Repeated requests finally solved the problem. The remote for the AC was missing and the room was cold at night but couldn't be turned off without the remote. I won't go back

Very rubbish. Rubbish among rubbish. The environment is extremely bad. There are rats in the room. It was a disgusting experience.

Overall Review
I've traveled to many countries, but this was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. I'm relieved that I only booked one night.

Great place! I will absolutely stay here again. Clean environment, the staff was helpful from beginning to end. Complementary breakfast was good, dinner food was delicious.
