The hotel was OK, but it's far from the sea and doesn't even have a pool. Not recommended for holidays, you can go there only if you have business near by. As the area is so crowded.

Hospitality from the parking to the reception and during the stay was so warm. Housekeeping and many request can take sometime due to the high season occupation with a little amount of staff. I suggest increasing the manpower during high season for a complete perfect stay.

Quality of service was very poor. Every time when you eat or drink at the restaurant, they insisted to pay and settle the invoice. Even when I asked to charge it to the room. The property is really beautiful but need maintenance as the carpets really needs cleaning. Beachside restaurant is not fancy as it should be. Lot of scope for improvement.

The hotel is located within walking distance from Al Montazah Park. The room was nicely cleaned, but the bed linen was old and in spools. We asked for wine glasses, but they only brought us plastic cups, which was disappointing. I would not stay in this hotel for more than one night.

Amazing reformatted old style hotel at first row to the beach. The rooms are spacious, very tall ceilings, very beautiful decoration and ambient. The breakfast is very tasty and on the 6th floor with views to the beach and with a very nice breeze. Decent hotel with vintage theme, rooms in higher levels can suffer from AC chillers sound, AC was generally old but works just fine. Maybe being a historic building makes it hard to maintain all high tech requirements of modern hotels but overall a decent place. There is a bar and a restaurant and a night club. You can buy imported alcohol in the bar, but it is very expensive. Whiskey or foreign rum for a glass is 1100 pounds. There is no swimming pool or spa. Suitable for a stay of several days.
