The hotel was OK, but it's far from the sea and doesn't even have a pool. Not recommended for holidays, you can go there only if you have business near by. As the area is so crowded.

2nd time staying, and I'll be back. Amazing experience starting from the staff recognition, special welcoming, to all of the facilitation to make my stay comfortable. Thank you Mr. Moh Galal, Omar (front desk- all front desk reps are astonishing), and Mahmoud Ragab.

A shopping centre is 5 min walking, out of that... No entertainment provided and taxi required to move somewhere else. Important!! Free WiFi

Not good and not bad. Overpriced compared to service quality. Food is acceptable but I had better experience in other hotels which are supposed to be lower quality than this one.

Excellent breakfast with an extensive buffet, polite and fast staff, slightly average new furniture, but overall comfortable. But Wi-Fi was slow. Distance from the center and airport.

Very good. Restaurants are well appointed although quality of the actual food could be better. My fillet of beef was a trimmed rump at best, I asked for medium rare and received well done. The only reason I ate it was because I was so hungry. If I had asked for a well done rump it would have been good. Reception takes too long and the men are a bit aloof but otherwise very good for the price.

Had tonoay an arm and leg, nowadays I am staying in a good motel like place close to the Mandara railway station. It is called Mandara Hotel and it is for EGP 80/night

Nice hotel. Lovely staff. Good food. Maybe better off with an easier location to find. The prices are not the cheapest. But it's much better than many other hotels in the town. The diving centre is a great addition and definitely an awesome experience.

I've been there two times, never regret my choice, if you want a view, this is not for you. But if you want a good place with a good service and fair prices, then you've reached a suitable place. Great hospitality, Beautiful vintage rooms & suites, cleanliness is highly considered. A lot of varieties of food in the breakfast. The view of the sea view rooms is wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. I only recommend them to pay more attention to the usage of the elevator by the housekeeping especially during the breakfast hours as this causes some delay to the guests and isn’t nice.

The whole experience was amazing. It is a hotel with a history, a unique location and a breathtaking view. The staff are friendly and professional- always obliging and offering help. First of all, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I liked their attitude very much. The location is amazing in downtown Alexandria. The food is nice. Amazing reformatted old style hotel at first row to the beach. The rooms are spacious, very tall ceilings, very beautiful decoration and ambient. The breakfast is very tasty and on the 6th floor with views to the beach and with a very nice breeze. The staff are very attentive and nice, Christina welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed at all times!

Old historic hotel so be aware it is not new and up to date luxury hotel. However room was very comfortable and clean. Decent hotel with vintage theme, rooms in higher levels can suffer from AC chillers sound, AC was generally old but works just fine. Maybe being a historic building makes it hard to maintain all high tech requirements of modern hotels but overall a decent place. Breakfast is amazing on the roof with a great view Staff was really hepful and polite. The hotel manager really cares about the feedback...

The hotel location is good on the sea. Rooms were too small and tight to contain a couple. Old fashion room decor. The food qualify and variety were very good. The staff was high comptent and Friendly.

Dated décor with plenty of old school charm, this feels like staying in a museum. Very professional staff in old fashioned uniforms. I felt like a queen for a day. Only giving 4 stars though, because our room wasn't for 3 persons as advertised and we received no compensation for having to buy an extra room.

Lovely historic hotel with an authentic lobby, rooms and artifacts. Staff are genuinely friendly and location can't get better with minutes access to everything (double Decker bus stop is across the street). It's a 100 year old building so expecting some nuances is only logical. Would come back again for sure.

Breakfast was great, the room was spacious and had all amenities, but the best part is the gracious, professional, and friendly staff who helped deal with our unruly Uber driver demanding more money. Everything perfect except staff are not controlled by any superior , me & a freind stayed at the cafe outside , the stff are hanging around talking to each others and after 20 minutes i asked some of them to pring a drink but after again 15 more minutes no drink ... i went to talk to the casheir and he said i will send some one but after more 10 minutes still the same ... we left the cafe to my daughter...

First of all, it was really hard to get in cause the main gate was open but securities refused to get us in and it was clear if you're going to palma inn you have to get to this gate. Second the rooms were very small not like the pics but the staff were very friendly and managed to get us bigger rooms but the beach is closed. Meanwhile, all privet beaches were opened. The only downside is the beach, the water is not as clean as it should be. Otherwise, the staff are excellent, the food is great (breakfast) and the room is delightful.

Sweet, wow, and it has a private beach for free, and cleaning is periodic, and every day they change towels and put water, shower, shampoo, tea and sugar. Reception 24 hours really were great days
