Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators. Rooms are not bad and bathrooms need renovation.

Despite the fact that I visit this place often. However, this time the stay was exceptional. Ranging from the service during the first until the last day. I would like to thank everyone I met during my stay, really professional staff smiling faces. Both receptionists I met on the first and last day were named Ahmad and both were absolutely outstanding and professional.

I had an amazing experience at Sheraton Montazah. The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything during my stay was flawless. The breakfast buffet was the highlight—absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of options. Everything you could possibly want was there! Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are excellent. No issues with them. The room however was very disappointing. The shower door didn't fully close. The fridge didn't work. Broken tiles under carpet that needs a steam clean. TV is 14 years old and doesn't allow smart view to stream from phone. Decor is very dated. Windows were filthy and need a good clean. Lastly we had a pool view from room 443 and needed the balcony door open...

We stayed here for 1 night and had a lovely stay. We were upgraded to the royal suite and it was beautiful. We enjoyed lunch in the lobby which was very nice. Thank you to the lobby staff for being helpful.

Every time I come to Alexandria, I stay at the Four Seasons Hotel, which is on the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Now the breakfast has been changed to outdoor dishes that are not fresh, and the experience has become worse.

The hotel is high-end and luxurious, with a magnificent atmosphere. The house is exquisitely decorated, beautiful, practical and generous, with a large living room and balcony. The location is excellent, the scenery is beautiful and charming, and it is definitely worth staying.

The hotel is amazing, luxurious, very clean everywhere. As if you are not in Egypt. The rooms are luxurious. The service is at the highest level. We will definitely return to such beauty.

Had an amazing two nights at this hotel- staff are very helpful and attentive. The hotel is truly 5 stars in terms of interior facilities and service. Food was ok to be fair not the best I’ve had at a 5 star. Unfortunately couldn’t use the beach due to the waves and jelly fish but the pool is nice and clean. Hospitality from the parking to the reception and during the stay was so warm. Housekeeping and many request can take sometime due to the high season occupation with a little amount of staff. I suggest increasing the manpower during high season for a complete perfect stay.

Perfect get away destination for families and couples, staff are very helpful and friendly food quality is super - especially a las carte menu. They can get overwhelmed during high season. But a great over all experience that I am willing to repeat anytime.

Quality of service was very poor. Every time when you eat or drink at the restaurant, they insisted to pay and settle the invoice. Even when I asked to charge it to the room. From my point of view, this property has everything in average, on the other hand the area around it is dirty. If like to chose this on for any reason is, I recommend to stay just for two or maximum three days only.

We stayed in an apartment on the 16th floor, it was a studio with 3 beds. Clean apartment, has everything you need. The window offers a magnificent view of Alexandria. Nearby there are shops, cafes, benches, attractions. There is an electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator. We lacked some kind of electric stove to cook breakfast ourselves. Breakfast was taken for an extra fee - standard for Egypt....

Decent hotel, but don't let the pictures fool you, the hotel is only 2 floors on one of the buildings in the pics, only the ground level and the 11th floor are the hotel. Amazing reformatted old style hotel at first row to the beach. The rooms are spacious, very tall ceilings, very beautiful decoration and ambient. The breakfast is very tasty and on the 6th floor with views to the beach and with a very nice breeze. Decent hotel with vintage theme, rooms in higher levels can suffer from AC chillers sound, AC was generally old but works just fine. Maybe being a historic building makes it hard to maintain all high tech requirements of modern hotels but overall a decent place. There is a bar and a restaurant and a night club. You can buy imported alcohol in the bar, but it is very expensive. Whiskey or foreign rum for a glass is 1100 pounds. There is no swimming pool or spa. Suitable for a stay of several days.

The hotel is very basic but it is centrally located very close to the train station and the library of Alexandria which is within walking distance, it also has several convenient stores to buy water and sweets. The bed was very hard and the noise from the street came into the room. The room was also very cold. And it smelled a lot of tobacco on the 5th floor. Unfortunately I got sick from the smell...
