Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators. Rooms are not bad and bathrooms need renovation.

The place is amazing and has a private beach and shopping mall. The breakfast has a lot of variety, and the smell of the hotel was awesome. There are two swimming pools and spa facilities inside the hotel. All the team are friendly and willing to serve with smile.

You can relax yourself in many ways at this premium hotel. Room is nice and all hotel staffs are kind and friendly. Needless to say there are many good restaurants and facilities including indoor , outdoor pool in addition to private beach. Advanced gym 🏋️‍♂️ facilities. Only thing that does not match with this hotel was hotel TV. Not NO1 TV and small size TV.

I stayed in the hotel in late June 2024 for 2 nights. I chose the place for the location and the sea view . Staff was great. The gym is very bad, completely dysfunctional and dangerous to be in. Air condition not working, no tissues or wipes let alone towels, machines are not working, weights are not organized, dust on machines, tv is not working. Machines are very old, not maintained and dangerous...

It is a wonderful hotel, with an outstanding location and amazing staff. The restaurants are clean and have many choices, the pool is clean and the beach is very good. The rooms are also very tidy and are worth the price. Really recommended for business and tourism trips.

Great hospitality, Beautiful vintage rooms & suites, cleanliness is highly considered. A lot of varieties of food in the breakfast. The view of the sea view rooms is wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. I only recommend them to pay more attention to the usage of the elevator by the housekeeping especially during the breakfast hours as this causes some delay to the guests and isn’t nice.

The whole experience was amazing. It is a hotel with a history, a unique location and a breathtaking view. The staff are friendly and professional- always obliging and offering help. Madonna checked us in, and when I needed some first aid for my injuries during a mooring jog, she sent me a nurse (or an actual doctor?! Decent hotel with vintage theme, rooms in higher levels can suffer from AC chillers sound, AC was generally old but works just fine. Maybe being a historic building makes it hard to maintain all high tech requirements of modern hotels but overall a decent place. It gives the feel of a vintage hotel, and the elevator ride was a unique experience. The service was excellent as we reached pretty late and had a smooth check-in. The room could have been better as we had a hard time with the lock, but I am sure the hotel team would have taken care of it, but we did not bother as it was too late. I stayed there once and paid an arm and a leg, not a good value for the money especially with the poor level of the place. nowadays I am staying in a humble motel like place called Mandara Hotel next to Mandara train station, it is for egp 80/night and much better than this one.

Had a nice vacation with my family in Hilton Green Plaza Hotel. I stayed in the hotel for four nights in B&B basis. The Hotel is strictly following COVID-19 precautions and rules. Room was clean, cozy and spacious. Hotel is literally on top of a shopping center, which is a good/bad thing according to your opinion, it was good for myself. Regency hotel is a 3 stars accommodation located on the Mediterranean. Staff are friendly and room size are adequate to meet the standards Needs renovation so far so good for 3 stars in Alexandria

Location is perfect .. everything is nearby .. grocery .. fish .. gad .. azza .. domino's pizza... The view is incredible ... The food is awful 😞 Everything is overpriced with low quality ... Juices .. coffee ... Tea ... Meals are so so expensive The beach is too small and smells so bad ... Never stay in a room without balcony .. the laundry is always wet ....

The view is very good, but the service is very bad, the reception embarrassed me to give them 150 Egyptian pounds. They beg too much for money. The furniture is old. And the price was $100 for one night for 2 bedrooms.

The rooms are old, its an old hotel. The rooms close to the street can be noisy. The service was excellent and I have to mention the care taken by Maha, samuel, malak and abdelfadel.

Very nice hotel and staff friendly. The major problem is construction of the beach line and traffic. The beach is all but impossible to use. Hotel has good location with shopping close by. Restaurants outside of the hotel is a little difficult to get to by walking. If you're just going to enjoy the beach I would say maybe look somewhere else.
