Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators. Rooms are not bad and bathrooms need renovation.

The staff were very welcomming: reception & room services. Room is really good with sea view but so so so loud ! Open buffet we good too. Food service to rooms very fast & very welcoming our orders anytime of the day. Thanks Heba for the service you were very welcoming & fast!

The hotel was OK, but it's far from the sea and doesn't even have a pool. Not recommended for holidays, you can go there only if you have business near by. As the area is so crowded.

I had an amazing experience at Sheraton Montazah. The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything during my stay was flawless. You can relax yourself in many ways at this premium hotel. Room is nice and all hotel staffs are kind and friendly. Needless to say there are many good restaurants and facilities including indoor , outdoor pool in addition to private beach. Advanced gym 🏋️‍♂️ facilities. Sadly our room in this hotel suffered from external noise, which whilst not the fault of the hotel directly. I did feel that better efforts could have been made to sound proof the rooms. Very good. Restaurants are well appointed although quality of the actual food could be better. My fillet of beef was a trimmed rump at best, I asked for medium rare and received well done. The only reason I ate it was because I was so hungry. If I had asked for a well done rump it would have been good. Reception takes too long and the men are a bit aloof but otherwise very good for the price.

Great hospitality, Beautiful vintage rooms & suites, cleanliness is highly considered. A lot of varieties of food in the breakfast. The view of the sea view rooms is wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel. I only recommend them to pay more attention to the usage of the elevator by the housekeeping especially during the breakfast hours as this causes some delay to the guests and isn’t nice.

Amazing reformatted old style hotel at first row to the beach. The rooms are spacious, very tall ceilings, very beautiful decoration and ambient. The breakfast is very tasty and on the 6th floor with views to the beach and with a very nice breeze. Decent hotel with vintage theme, rooms in higher levels can suffer from AC chillers sound, AC was generally old but works just fine. Maybe being a historic building makes it hard to maintain all high tech requirements of modern hotels but overall a decent place. I stayed there once and paid an arm and a leg, not a good value for the money especially with the poor level of the place. nowadays I am staying in a humble motel like place called Mandara Hotel next to Mandara train station, it is for egp 80/night and much better than this one.
