Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators. Rooms are not bad and bathrooms need renovation.

The staff were very welcomming: reception & room services. Room is really good with sea view but so so so loud ! Open buffet we good too. Food service to rooms very fast & very welcoming our orders anytime of the day. Thanks Heba for the service you were very welcoming & fast!

Had an amazing two nights at this hotel- staff are very helpful and attentive. The hotel is truly 5 stars in terms of interior facilities and service. The place is amazing and has a private beach and shopping mall. The breakfast has a lot of variety, and the smell of the hotel was awesome. There are two swimming pools and spa facilities inside the hotel. All the team are friendly and willing to serve with smile.

You can relax yourself in many ways at this premium hotel. Room is nice and all hotel staffs are kind and friendly. Needless to say there are many good restaurants and facilities including indoor , outdoor pool in addition to private beach. Advanced gym 🏋️‍♂️ facilities. Only thing that does not match with this hotel was hotel TV. Not NO1 TV and small size TV.

Staff are excellent. No issues with them. The room however was very disappointing. The shower door didn't fully close. The fridge didn't work. Broken tiles under carpet that needs a steam clean. Sadly our room in this hotel suffered from external noise, which whilst not the fault of the hotel directly. I did feel that better efforts could have been made to sound proof the rooms. The hotel services were absolutely fine as were the room internals. A good cooked and continental breakfast was offered.

The only downside is the beach, the water is not as clean as it should be. Otherwise, the staff are excellent, the food is great (breakfast) and the room is delightful.

Sweet, wow, and it has a private beach for free, and cleaning is periodic, and every day they change towels and put water, shower, shampoo, tea and sugar. Reception 24 hours really were great days

Average stay, but it's too noisy: don't stay there on weekends or you'll suffer the loud music in the hotel and in the nearby club if there's a wedding.

Very kind people, quiet place, but the rooms are equipped from a slight distance of time, so more care to validity of bathroom equipments, air conditioner, light system, floor smell will be helpful.

Rooms are fine..not the most prestigious..yet are ok in regards to the cost of it. You might enjoy the lagoon view as well. Make sure that the AC is working properly in the room. Last but not least the working group is very friendly and helpful :))

The hotel was OK, but it's far from the sea and doesn't even have a pool. Not recommended for holidays, you can go there only if you have business near by. As the area is so crowded.

I had an amazing experience at Sheraton Montazah. The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything during my stay was flawless. Had a nice vacation with my family in Hilton Green Plaza Hotel. I stayed in the hotel for four nights in B&B basis. The Hotel is strictly following COVID-19 precautions and rules. Room was clean, cozy and spacious. Hotel is literally on top of a shopping center, which is a good/bad thing according to your opinion, it was good for myself. Very good. Restaurants are well appointed although quality of the actual food could be better. My fillet of beef was a trimmed rump at best, I asked for medium rare and received well done. The only reason I ate it was because I was so hungry. If I had asked for a well done rump it would have been good. Reception takes too long and the men are a bit aloof but otherwise very good for the price.

I stayed there once and paid an arm and a leg, not a good value for the money especially with the poor level of the place. nowadays I am staying in a humble motel like place called Mandara Hotel next to Mandara train station, it is for egp 80/night and much better than this one.
