Excellent location, very good hotel

Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators. Rooms are not bad and bathrooms need renovation.

We stayed here for 1 night and had a lovely stay. We were upgraded to the royal suite and it was beautiful. We enjoyed lunch in the lobby which was very nice. Thank you to the lobby staff for being helpful.

Really great location right on the sea! And near an alive neighborhood where you can discover food and shop. The service is excellent my dad wants to thank Mr. Ahmed Salem for huge efforts. The food was also great with huge variety.

Sadly our room in this hotel suffered from external noise, which whilst not the fault of the hotel directly. I did feel that better efforts could have been made to sound proof the rooms. The hotel services were absolutely fine as were the room internals. A good cooked and continental breakfast was offered.

Every time I come to Alexandria, I stay at the Four Seasons Hotel, which is on the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Now the breakfast has been changed to outdoor dishes that are not fresh, and the experience has become worse.

The hotel is high-end and luxurious, with a magnificent atmosphere. The house is exquisitely decorated, beautiful, practical and generous, with a large living room and balcony. The location is excellent, the scenery is beautiful and charming, and it is definitely worth staying.

The hotel is amazing, luxurious, very clean everywhere. As if you are not in Egypt. The rooms are luxurious. The service is at the highest level. We will definitely return to such beauty.

Had an amazing two nights at this hotel- staff are very helpful and attentive. The hotel is truly 5 stars in terms of interior facilities and service. The hotel is located within walking distance from Al Montazah Park. The room was nicely cleaned, but the bed linen was old and in spools. We asked for wine glasses, but they only brought us plastic cups, which was disappointing. I would not stay in this hotel for more than one night.

Decent hotel, but don't let the pictures fool you, the hotel is only 2 floors on one of the buildings in the pics, only the ground level and the 11th floor are the hotel. Average stay, but it's too noisy: don't stay there on weekends or you'll suffer the loud music in the hotel and in the nearby club if there's a wedding.

Very kind people, quiet place, but the rooms are equipped from a slight distance of time, so more care to validity of bathroom equipments, air conditioner, light system, floor smell will be helpful.

Rooms are fine..not the most prestigious..yet are ok in regards to the cost of it. You might enjoy the lagoon view as well. Make sure that the AC is working properly in the room. Last but not least the working group is very friendly and helpful :))

The hotel was OK, but it's far from the sea and doesn't even have a pool. Not recommended for holidays, you can go there only if you have business near by. As the area is so crowded.

Hospitality from the parking to the reception and during the stay was so warm. Housekeeping and many request can take sometime due to the high season occupation with a little amount of staff. I suggest increasing the manpower during high season for a complete perfect stay.

Quality of service was very poor. Every time when you eat or drink at the restaurant, they insisted to pay and settle the invoice. Even when I asked to charge it to the room.
