Excellent location, very good hotel

Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators. Rooms are not bad and bathrooms need renovation.

Every time I come to Alexandria, I stay at the Four Seasons Hotel, which is on the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Now the breakfast has been changed to outdoor dishes that are not fresh, and the experience has become worse.

The hotel is high-end and luxurious, with a magnificent atmosphere. The house is exquisitely decorated, beautiful, practical and generous, with a large living room and balcony. The location is excellent, the scenery is beautiful and charming, and it is definitely worth staying.

I had an amazing stay at Hilton Alexandria Corniche. Everything was perfect from the warm welcome to the beautiful sea view and spotless room. The hotel is located within walking distance from Al Montazah Park. The room was nicely cleaned, but the bed linen was old and in spools. We asked for wine glasses, but they only brought us plastic cups, which was disappointing. I would not stay in this hotel for more than one night.

Hospitality from the parking to the reception and during the stay was so warm. Housekeeping and many request can take sometime due to the high season occupation with a little amount of staff. I suggest increasing the manpower during high season for a complete perfect stay.

Perfect get away destination for families and couples, staff are very helpful and friendly food quality is super - especially a las carte menu. They can get overwhelmed during high season. But a great over all experience that I am willing to repeat anytime.
