A good, comfortable hotel next to a beautiful bridge. The beach is quite nice as well.

i spend this one night , great location on the Mediterranean Sea. All sea view for all rooms. staff were nice ,Free parking. Restutant also sea view with delicious sea food ... recomended

It is a nice Hotel with direct access to the Sea (which not all Hotels on the Cornish have). Very friendly staff. big rooms. Breakfast could be improved. But in general OK.

The view is Excellent. The facilities and the atmosphere are very good. Staff are very hospitality

The staff were very welcomming: reception & room services. Room is really good with sea view but so so so loud ! Open buffet we good too. Food service to rooms very fast & very welcoming our orders anytime of the day

المطعم رغم انه كبير لكن يضيق علي النزلاء فوجدنا عند الافطار ان المطعم ممتلئ تماما ولا يوجد اماكن وكذلك عدد العاملين بالمطعم لا يكفي

Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators

If u want to have lunch or dinner inside the hotel, good experience in general, i will go back there again for sure, the hotel has a private beach the take u there by busses the pool was so cold i could not swim,I wish they makeup with heater soon

In the afternoon, after returning from the pool and showering, we realized no towels had been provided. I had to go find the housekeeper, who explained that the towels weren’t ready but eventually brought them to us

The beach was lovely and not crowded Slight cons 1. key card deactivated at every day it it was no where close to my phone. I was told they’re in the process of changing the entire keycard system during checkout

Unfortunately couldn’t use the beach due to the waves and jelly fish but the pool is nice and clean

The place is amazing and has a private beach and shopping mall. The breakfast has a lot of variety, and the smell of the hotel was awesome. There are two swimming pools and spa facilities inside the hotel

Spa was amazing and the massage was even better! Sadly I left my ring on the table on the lobby and have tried to contact the hotel since but not heard back from anyone and I am unable to call directly to the number now I’m back in the U

! Would be great if someone can come back to me on this that would be great. I have since tried to contact the email address supplied to get in touch but it seems like that doesn’t work either as it bounced back

Had an amazing two nights at this hotel- staff are very helpful and attentive. The hotel is truly 5 stars in terms of interior facilities and service. Food was ok to be fair not the best I’ve had at a 5 star

It was except for little annoyances (plug in bath and scales did not work. No ironing board in room, etc). Good sized rooms with balconies, sea views and beaches). Great place to relax and chill

The location is superb with an amazing sea view in Montazah. Lovely parks all around. The staff was friendly and tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The heated pool is a plus in winter. Good value for money.

Superb view from the room! The room is very clean, the staff were great and sent us a cake for my husband’s birthday. The location is nice if already know alexandria otherwise it’s a little bit far from the center

Super location , I think all rooms have a great view of the sea and the garden. Rooms are clean , has kits and supplies There is a water access to the sea and decent sized pool Car parking is for 50 EGP per night

Came to Alex for a day trip. Booked a room. It was lovely. I enjoyed the private beach. The room was right by the pool and the restroom was clean.

Cons: Mamoura is located end of beach road so its bit away from city center, it takes you more time to reach the center of the beach road and other center points

you have to pay about 2 US dollars for car parking. the hotel is a little poor but it worth the money. the sea view is awesome

The view is very good, but the service is very bad, the reception embarrassed me to give them 150 Egyptian pounds. They beg too much for money. The furniture is old. And the price was $100 for one night for 2 bedrooms.

Restaurants outside of the hotel is a little difficult to get to by walking. If you're just going to enjoy the beach I would say maybe look somewhere else

Stayed at the presidential suite overlooking the sea side and Montana h palace. The room is spacious and the view was amazing. All staff were very attentive and welcoming all the time. Gym was good , breakfast was great

Internet service very good Al Basin needs cleaning and sterilizing more than this Shower faucet needs good adjustment, cold and hot water as I found it difficult to adjust it, cold or hot water

Maybe better off with an easier location to find. The prices are not the cheapest. But it's much better than many other hotels in the town. The diving centre is a great addition and definitely an awesome experience

The only reason I ate it was because I was so hungry. If I had asked for a well done rump it would have been good. Reception takes too long and the men are a bit aloof but otherwise very good for the price

The beds are not all comfortable and you might need to bring your sheets with you to ensure maximum hygiene. Don't expect to be tall and very comfortable when it comes to stretching your legs

The view from the 8th floor is breathtaking where you get a full view of the sea and specifically blue sea. It gets very cold at night but that is what people address in Alex

Close to facilities and downtown so it saves the cost of transportation and the hassle of the traffic jam. Again, five is for the service, good stay we had there

The five-star rating is only there for the service. The receptionists are very friendly and understanding. They offer the best service and way of handling

The place may need to be renovated but you pay for where you stay so it isn't a big deal. The bathroom has a heater and a sea view, yeah

The apartment is clean and got everything we needed. The personnel are friendly and helpful. Supermarkets and restaurants are all over the place. I would highly recommend and will come back next year.

The space of the rooms and availability of extra bed sheets, blankets and pillows. Also the kitchen is equipped well and clean.
