The staff were very welcomming: reception & room services. Room is really good with sea view but so so so loud ! Open buffet we good too. Food service to rooms very fast & very welcoming our orders anytime of the day

Clean, modern hotel. The best in the area of Alexandria. Has a small pool and beach to the sea where there is a bus (free). Breakfast is included, the rest of the a La carte restaurants.

Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators

The hotel is very good , but Rooms are old . Location is awesome , serves is good , many restaurants and they do have bus to take guest to the hotel private beach . I recommend it for families

If u want to have lunch or dinner inside the hotel, good experience in general, i will go back there again for sure, the hotel has a private beach the take u there by busses the pool was so cold i could not swim,I wish they makeup with heater soon

Nice place, the service was good enough, staff were friendly, but I didn’t like the DJ not because he wasn’t good but I didn’t like the hit’s which he played, it’s good club enough to have little fun

i spend this one night , great location on the Mediterranean Sea. All sea view for all rooms. staff were nice ,Free parking. Restutant also sea view with delicious sea food ... recomended

It is a nice Hotel with direct access to the Sea (which not all Hotels on the Cornish have). Very friendly staff. big rooms. Breakfast could be improved. But in general OK.

It's OK but missing a lot of stuff Trained staff specially in the restaurant Bed covers and sheets need renovation. House keeping are not professional As a whole judgment it is OK for its price Thank you

Quite dirty water, would recommend accessing beach from next door at the boat club. Bathroom shocking, shower over bath, shower curtain unclean, no ability to stop water from flooding bathroom floor while showering

Beach is also very nice for an afternoon swim and some sun probably the best beach experience within Alexandria city limits in comparison to other hotel beaches

Definitely the best hotel in Alex. The service is amazing and the workers are extremely nice and welcoming. The breakfast is really good, the beach is nice however the beach restaurant menu doesn't offer a lot of options

The beach was lovely and not crowded Slight cons 1. key card deactivated at every day it it was no where close to my phone. I was told they’re in the process of changing the entire keycard system during checkout

Unfortunately couldn’t use the beach due to the waves and jelly fish but the pool is nice and clean

Needless to say there are many good restaurants and facilities including indoor , outdoor pool in addition to private beach. Advanced gym 🏋️‍♂️ facilities. Only thing that does not match with this hotel was hotel TV

We stayed here for 1 night and had a lovely stay. We were upgraded to the royal suite and it was beautiful. We enjoyed lunch in the lobby which was very nice. Thank you to the lobby staff for being helpful.

Really great location right on the sea! And near an alive neighborhood where you can discover food and shop. The service is excellent my dad wants to thank Mr. The food was also great with huge variety

Came to Alex for a day trip. Booked a room. It was lovely. I enjoyed the private beach. The room was right by the pool and the restroom was clean.

Cons: Mamoura is located end of beach road so its bit away from city center, it takes you more time to reach the center of the beach road and other center points

you have to pay about 2 US dollars for car parking. the hotel is a little poor but it worth the money. the sea view is awesome

The view is very good, but the service is very bad, the reception embarrassed me to give them 150 Egyptian pounds. They beg too much for money. The furniture is old. And the price was $100 for one night for 2 bedrooms.

Regency hotel is a 3 stars accommodation located on the Mediterranean. Staff are friendly and room size are adequate to meet the standards Needs renovation so far so good for 3 stars in Alexandria

Stayed at the presidential suite overlooking the sea side and Montana h palace. The room is spacious and the view was amazing. All staff were very attentive and welcoming all the time. Gym was good , breakfast was great

Maybe better off with an easier location to find. The prices are not the cheapest. But it's much better than many other hotels in the town. The diving centre is a great addition and definitely an awesome experience

Resturant is quite good for both breakfast & dinner, have not try it for lunch. Hotel doesn't serve alcohol & doesn't have casino. You can have a good view of the sea from the roof

Eastern Montazah Hotel Excellent hotel, good location, trained and respectful staff, rooms, God willing, beautiful and spacious, service top notch, attention to hygiene is number one and breakfast excellent

Internet service very good Al Basin needs cleaning and sterilizing more than this Shower faucet needs good adjustment, cold and hot water as I found it difficult to adjust it, cold or hot water

Service is excellent but the location isn't that good actually. All in all, they deserve every penny and u will feel comfortable staying indoors.

The hotel is fine, rooms furniture is kinda old but the hotel is in downtown and walking distance from everything.

The beds are not all comfortable and you might need to bring your sheets with you to ensure maximum hygiene. Don't expect to be tall and very comfortable when it comes to stretching your legs

The view from the 8th floor is breathtaking where you get a full view of the sea and specifically blue sea. It gets very cold at night but that is what people address in Alex

The apartment is clean and got everything we needed. The personnel are friendly and helpful. Supermarkets and restaurants are all over the place. I would highly recommend and will come back next year.

The space of the rooms and availability of extra bed sheets, blankets and pillows. Also the kitchen is equipped well and clean.
