Nice place, the service was good enough, staff were friendly, but I didn’t like the DJ not because he wasn’t good but I didn’t like the hit’s which he played, it’s good club enough to have little fun

i spend this one night , great location on the Mediterranean Sea. All sea view for all rooms. staff were nice ,Free parking. Restutant also sea view with delicious sea food ... recomended

It is a nice Hotel with direct access to the Sea (which not all Hotels on the Cornish have). Very friendly staff. big rooms. Breakfast could be improved. But in general OK.

It's OK but missing a lot of stuff Trained staff specially in the restaurant Bed covers and sheets need renovation. House keeping are not professional As a whole judgment it is OK for its price Thank you

It is a wonderful hotel, with an outstanding location and amazing staff. The restaurants are clean and have many choices, the pool is clean and the beach is very good. The rooms are also very tidy and are worth the price

Beach is also very nice for an afternoon swim and some sun probably the best beach experience within Alexandria city limits in comparison to other hotel beaches

Perfect hotel for an Alexandria getaway that truly lives up to the "Royal" name from the minute you walk in you feel like you enter an oasis of luxury and tranquil. Premises are spotless clean and very well maintained

Rooms could use a tiny bit of refurbishment but nevertheless they are very clean and comfortable with the most amazing views. Breakfast is good with multiple options all made with high quality ingredients

Bonus bit is that the hotel offers free tours to locations inside montazah palace such as the royal tea island which is a very nice experience

Staff are very well trained and corteous always looking after their guests without being pushy

Kala is very elegant and serves A1 food. Clean elegant bathrooms and elevators. All the cafes and restaurants serve amazing food. Only coffees and some drinks aren't the best. Also the parking saves you the effort

The beach was lovely and not crowded Slight cons 1. key card deactivated at every day it it was no where close to my phone. I was told they’re in the process of changing the entire keycard system during checkout

Had an amazing two nights at this hotel- staff are very helpful and attentive. The hotel is truly 5 stars in terms of interior facilities and service. Food was ok to be fair not the best I’ve had at a 5 star

The food and service at the beach lounge at night was subpar 3

Toilet flushing go system was a bit odd I chose the hotel due to its proximity to my conference and gym availability but was also very happy when the room turned out to be great

The hotel location is very good, its location beside San Stefano mall is wonderful so you can find a lot of shopping and dining places

Old historic hotel so be aware it is not new and up to date luxury hotel. However room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was included and is very good with a large selection of food items

Excellent value for money for this little gem of a hotel. The entrance is very unpretentious at a narrow street near a Greek church. Yet the rooms are spotlessly clean. Towels are delivered in sealed plastic cases

Alexandria Biblioteca is about 1km away and Quaitbay Fortress is also about 1km away ,while the middle of the bay is about 500m away. And the price was surprisingly low for such quality

It was a great place to stay. It was very quite. The employees were great. I would definitely stay here again. Be advised it takes 3.5 hours from here to airport.

Visited the rooftop restaurant many times. One of the best places to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with a sea and city view. Friendly staff. Ideal place for relaxing

Everything perfect except staff are not controlled by any superior , me & a freind stayed at the cafe outside , the stff are hanging around talking to each others and after 20 minutes i asked some of them to pring a drink but after again 15 more minutes no drink

Breakfast was good at the top of premises with sea view. I think it's over priced compared to other hotels that has sea view rooms with same price

The second, the securities refused to get us in with a taxi and told us to walk it when we walked it another security Said that we werent allowed to walk it and when we said why they said "rules" THESE ARE RULES WITHOUT ANY LOGIC

They don't have card payments so you have to pay in cash (hope this to be resolved soon). Had to ask staff to bring basic staff (towels/tissues) for bathroom despite long waiting for the room to be arranged

Second the rooms were very small not like the pics but the staff were very friendly and managed to get us bigger rooms but the beach is closed. Meanwhile, all privet beaches were opened

First of all, it was really hard to get in cause the main gate was open but securities refused to get us in and it was clear if you're going to palma inn you have to get to this gate
