Very nice hotel ,The staff are also lovely.

They told us we could but when we sat down to eat, we were told that this was incorrect. Maybe an information book/QR code in the room with this kind of information on would be helpful

The beach was lovely and not crowded Slight cons 1. key card deactivated at every day it it was no where close to my phone. I was told they’re in the process of changing the entire keycard system during checkout

the breakfast is also great and quite colorful! just wish they'd serve actually coffee, instead of some nescafe sachets; but no worries - you can easily grab a good coffee from Starbucks 100m away

the only good thing about the room was the view it was excellent since i was on the 9th floor, but every other aspect of the room did not satisfy me

The front desk service needs a lot of improvement, especially the service in the evening. The other staff are very good. In fact, you must be prepared to tip in all places in Egypt

Old historic hotel so be aware it is not new and up to date luxury hotel. However room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was included and is very good with a large selection of food items

The rooftop bar offers a beautiful view and dinner and drinks were good. Laundry service was very convenient and reasonably priced

There is a bar and a restaurant and a night club. You can buy imported alcohol in the bar, but it is very expensive. Whiskey or foreign rum for a glass is 1100 pounds. There is no swimming pool or spa

No customer focus, they gave me a room with a view of the neighboring building, I asked to check out at 2 p. - they refused, I have never had such refusals in any hotel before

It was a great place to stay. It was very quite. The employees were great. I would definitely stay here again. Be advised it takes 3.5 hours from here to airport.

Breakfast was good at the top of premises with sea view. I think it's over priced compared to other hotels that has sea view rooms with same price

The second, the securities refused to get us in with a taxi and told us to walk it when we walked it another security Said that we werent allowed to walk it and when we said why they said "rules" THESE ARE RULES WITHOUT ANY LOGIC

They don't have card payments so you have to pay in cash (hope this to be resolved soon). Had to ask staff to bring basic staff (towels/tissues) for bathroom despite long waiting for the room to be arranged

Second the rooms were very small not like the pics but the staff were very friendly and managed to get us bigger rooms but the beach is closed. Meanwhile, all privet beaches were opened

First of all, it was really hard to get in cause the main gate was open but securities refused to get us in and it was clear if you're going to palma inn you have to get to this gate
