The staff were very welcomming: reception & room services. Room is really good with sea view but so so so loud ! Open buffet we good too. Food service to rooms very fast & very welcoming our orders anytime of the day

In the afternoon, after returning from the pool and showering, we realized no towels had been provided. I had to go find the housekeeper, who explained that the towels weren’t ready but eventually brought them to us

Customers recommend staying here. The room is nice, the bed is too soft, the bathroom facilities are very old, and the bathtub is blocked. The swimming pool downstairs is very crowded

Excellent location, very good hotel

Then, in the middle of the night, the air conditioning began leaking, soaking the floor and creating a serious slipping hazard. We had no choice but to pack up and move to another room in the early hours of the morning

They told us we could but when we sat down to eat, we were told that this was incorrect. Maybe an information book/QR code in the room with this kind of information on would be helpful

Great location in a mall. Perfect if you are there for a short stay with kids and need to do some shopping. Pool was ok.

Very nice trip with a family gathering

The room was clean and tidy, but the overall facilities were old and the room was small. As for the environment, since it is close to the sea, you can see the general situation and it is also close to Montazah Park.

I spent the last 10 nights at sheraton. This place deserves not only 5 stars , it also must be recognized as a landmark of alexandria Egypt as it is well kept and maintained during its years of operation

A big shout out to Mr Ahmed at the front desk who helped us on our first night. And Nourhan from the back office who called to make sure our stay is comfortable and pleasant

Room is super clean and it has everything you need but it is too small. Service is superior all staff are helpful but they need to be more friendly and smile at guests faces

Instead of cleaning room to fill end constantly coming back knocking with water or towels or tissues not as relaxing as I had hoped. Carpets not hoovered once while there for five nights

It was so far my best experience with hotels in Alexandria. Room was spacious, I had a bathtub and shaver. Stuff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Making my wedding celebration in Paradise inn hotel was a Very positive experience! The place is very beautiful and the staff were very nice and helpful. The wedding planner (Menna) made everything easier for me

The pool and beach staff are friendly and responsive. However, the receptionists don't listen attentively to what's being said. I asked for a queen or king sized bed, and got two twin beds instead

The rooms could use an update, but the room is consistent with the reasonable price. Staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet had a good variety with protein options, which I liked.

Maybe better off with an easier location to find. The prices are not the cheapest. But it's much better than many other hotels in the town. The diving centre is a great addition and definitely an awesome experience

The whole team are like a family and genuinely I feel Home being here the warm welcome, the outstanding experience, greetings with a happy smile from all the staff to the extent that I see that contagious even FS guests had same positive vibes everyone is greeting and smiling

Like heaven sure we have our bad days and burdens but when you visit Four Seasons San Stefano they vanish at least for the time we stay there. Thank you to every single person working at FS not even one negative comment

Needless to say there are many good restaurants and facilities including indoor , outdoor pool in addition to private beach. Advanced gym 🏋️‍♂️ facilities. Only thing that does not match with this hotel was hotel TV

It may be best to shower in your room, but I did appreciate the spa option and I used the shower inside the spa. Mom loved the marble floors and having a bathtub

The room type selected by this hotel has a peculiar smell when staying in. The room is spacious. I paid extra to change to another room type. The sheets and bedding are not clean.

Aifu resort Alexandria is a three star hotel located in front of elmontazah royal garden have 86 different rooms category most of them are facing the fabulous garden view with a direct pool view and the Mediterranean sea partial view

I came here for swimming pool, but not feeling fascinated about it plus it closed during night. Meanwhile other equipped gym, cinema & sauna were closed

it's not luxury enough but have a very wide room space and provide a high level of service, the staff there is very professional and so kind they try everything and do their best to exceed the expectations of the guests, on the other hand they have a two nice restaurants (AIFU & JASMINE Restaurants) which provide a variety of different kinds of both the international & the oriental food

We had a great stay in this decent, clean hotel with a bright room. The manager is very friendly and always accommodating. We had massages which was nice. We even booked one more night for wellness. We recommend.

Good view, very hard to reach the site, good reception, food is good but beverages were not, accommodation was nice except for loud music that lasted till about 3 am make it hard to sleep.

The second, the securities refused to get us in with a taxi and told us to walk it when we walked it another security Said that we werent allowed to walk it and when we said why they said "rules" THESE ARE RULES WITHOUT ANY LOGIC

Second the rooms were very small not like the pics but the staff were very friendly and managed to get us bigger rooms but the beach is closed. Meanwhile, all privet beaches were opened

First of all, it was really hard to get in cause the main gate was open but securities refused to get us in and it was clear if you're going to palma inn you have to get to this gate

Breakfast was good at the top of premises with sea view. I think it's over priced compared to other hotels that has sea view rooms with same price

The hotel was clean and comfortable, in good location with a short Uber to the tourist attractions and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was not brilliant.

We asked for wine glasses, but they only brought us plastic cups, which was disappointing. I would not stay in this hotel for more than one night

I was at the resturant there, which is a good one compared to the resturants in North coast in Egypt. As this is a sea side place, caters for temporary guest the food was good. Can't say that for the service.

This was an exceptional experience, starting from booking with Ms Marian, who was begond helpful from the first call, despite that we already had issues from another reservation platform, she was extremely helpful and professional, making sure she gives us all the support that we needed
