Although the carpet in the rooms could use a shampoo for the price it is more than acceptable. Service is better than other hotels that charged twice the price. Always with a smile and very accommodating. Hoosam and Marwan were excellent representatives of both their country and establishment. I was met with juice on checking in and a boxed breakfast on check out. I highly recommend this place.
The atmosphere is very bohemian and being just a minutes walk to the souk was very convenient. The Nile River was beautiful to gaze at during breakfast and stroll along in the evening. All in all, book this place for an authentic Egyptian experience.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Even though it’s a 3-star property, the service and comfort felt much higher. The staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean and cozy, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Everything I needed was available, and the location made my stay even more convenient.
Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay I’d definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to others looking for good value and great service.

It's just ok, personnel are friendly but the rooms have LOT of noise from the Street even from the 3rd floor we were in, WiFi works, breakfast is just ok. Shower hot but floods the rest of the bathroom if you are not careful, AC works very well. Probably wouldn't stay here again, but also I wouldn't come to aswan a third time

I was treated very well by Yara, Hossam, and the boy at the reception, whose name I think was Anas???! The service was polite and pleasant, and they kindly answered all my questions! It was also great that I could get to the hotel from the station through the arcade where they sell souvenirs! (The arcade road is smooth, so it's easy to roll a carry-on bag.)
I also liked that I could book a tour to the Abu Simbel Temples at the hotel! It was also great that I could have breakfast even if I left early in the morning for the tour! Also, the hair dryer was super fast, the best hair dryer I've ever used.
It was a great hotel! I'd love to stay again!

I stayed here for two nights in October 2025 prior to a cruise.
It is not the four seasons but the hotel itself is fine, I had no issues besides the water in the shower was going from hot to cold sometimes (but it's Egypt, what do you expect?). My room was clean and nice, not dirty and no bugs. Of course it's a bit older hotel, in terms of finishes, but for the price it's fine.
The location is really good, it's right next to the market street, the waterfront shops, but the entrance to the hotel is not on the main strip so it's a bit more quiet. I see some reviews complaining about noise or trash, but again, it's Egypt, what do you expect? I didn't find the entrance area to smell like horses or too noisy.
The breakfast is good, it's served on the top floor in a kind of Nubian style room which is unique and I enjoyed that. I would get the option with breakfast just to experience it once since it's very cute.

The reception was very friendly. The breakfast box was also good. I checked to see if there was hot water in the room. I changed rooms once.

This hotel is in a great location, offers good value for money, and is generally decent. The staff is friendly and the Nile River view is excellent. The only downsides are that the lock on the door was old, making it a bit difficult to lock, and the hot water in the shower was difficult to adjust.

A beautiful hotel. Nice location. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The furniture is not so modern, but everything was verry clean.
