Very bad experience. I donot recommend for anyone .room is very poor,unclean,bathroom isn't clean,no iron machine.when we asked for no-one responding for 4 days
Very bad quality food.staff are Rude. One cup of water when u ask for water .I got gastritis and fever and stopped to eat from the restrants for 3 days
The hotel rated 5 stars ..I donot know ??!!!.I gave them one to 2 star maximum.bad management .
Also the manager told us to leave the restaurant however we did not finish our lunch ..his way was very tough..they donot know anything about hospitality

The bathub wasn't cleaned ever! I had to do it myself to guarantee the hygiene with hot water and chlor; the toilet wasn't brushed for a while, although its clean but the bottom is not shiny as its supposed to be.
The pillowcase covers were dirty.
The toilet at the reception is a nightmare.
Breakfast: cheese isn't of good quality; there is no coffee machine, only sachets of nescafé.

Nice hotel with a view of the Nile. Clean rooms. And nice staff. It does look older in some parts but the rooms are updated and great. Also the gift shop is a great spot to buy suvenior a without the hassles.

Nile views especially at sunset. Hospitality of the staff. Being close to the Touristic Market and most of the facilities.

You will find the basics, clean bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast not that good and you may nees to bring something with you to eat specially for snacks. Room service is slow and don't have exact rime for cleaning. Most of rooms have a nile view which is magnificent.

A bit overpriced, clean.and tidy, but not luxurious or even half-luxurious, breakfast is okay

The hotel has a lot of stairs before reaching the reception or your room area. They should install a small lift. As in big stores. Other than that it is a very very nice hotel with shops, delious drinks at poolside. River Nile view and boots to take you to see smaller villages. The rooms are good and comfortabele. Right next to the pool.

Nice location in the downtown just at the Nile front , friendly staff , nice clean rooms in the middle of gardens some rooms have a Nile view , spacious restaurant but breakfast is below avarage and needs to be improved , nice swimming pool area

A nice hotel, definitely better than some of the others on offer in this area.
Showers are nice and spacious as is the bathroom. Staff can be a bit hit and miss in terms of service but generally good and friendly. Wifi is pretty much non existent, doesn't really work unless you go behind resteurant and even then is spotty.
Beds are nice though and clean inside. Generally quite happy with this spot.
