This just cannot be called a 3-star hotel. If it was positioned as a very cheap hostel, I would not have any complaints. But advertising yourself as a 3 star hotel is a real scam in this situation. I cancelled the booking as soon I saw the building and the room, which was tiny, old, not very clean and extremely cheap. The view from the window was looking at the dirty backyard wall in 1 meter. So, I would definitely not recommend it. Although, the hosts were understanding people and we agreed on cancellation in a friendly manner

Service, was excellent, staff (ISLAM) went above and beyond to please, a huge thank you.. MARWAN thank you for lovely service nd making our stay pleasant, To all other staff (kitchen nd Desk..) thank you for taking great care of us during our stay... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Good location and room is very clean and high hygiene stuff is very friendly.

I recently stayed at this hotel in downtown Cairo, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore iconic landmarks like the Egyptian Museum, Tahrir Square, and the bustling Khan El Khalili market.
The staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was seamless, and they even provided helpful tips for navigating the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable bedding.
The on-site restaurant served delicious Egyptian cuisine, and breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options.
What stood out the most was the genuine hospitality of the staff and the hotel’s attention to detail, making me feel at home throughout my stay. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice for a memorable stay in Cairo.

SHADY BUSINESS ALERT!
Dear fellow tourists, do pay attention to the bad ratings of this place. This really IS NOT an honest business. And there is nothing Delux there. As other foreigners said it.
Good ratings are mostly egyptian, so i guess the fake ones.
These people are scammers. They wanted to charge us more than stated at the Booking site. We did not want to, so they started telling lies, etc. Like to write to Booking that we waive the booking fee to them (that does not exist), than that the card machine is not working, bank account suspended, only to find out that they cancelled our reservation themselves (although we stayed there for 2 nights) so that they do not pay the fee to the Booking.
Booking should not be working with scammers like this.
And not to mention that the place is in an old and dirty building, noisy street, horrible bathrooms. Would never ever step my foot there if my life depended on it.
It is really sad to see that this is the way to do business in that country.

The room was fine. The shower was broken. It was either freezing cold ur it would burn you. The electricity had problems all the time. When we checked out they made us pay for a “broken” soap holder. Which we did not broke.

First off, its Africa welcome to mosquitoes, and they do spray daily. The hotel is definitely old, circa 1910's and the upgrades are minimal. However the AC works, the toilet, sink and shower worked fine for me. I went all inclusive and the home cooked meals are more than a normal person can eat. All Egyptian and very good. The bed is comfy, nothing spectacular, but its a bed. I walked to most places I wanted to see (20 - 30 minutes) but Uber'ed to the Pryamids (obviously) and the market (massive road). There are shops, stores and little markets everywhere close by. If you dont want to spend an arm and a leg, and experience "old Cairo" this is the place. Dont let the elevator scare you.

Excellent Location: The hotel's location was absolutely perfect. It was central to everything I wanted to see and do, making my stay convenient and enjoyable.
Friendly Staff: The staff members were a highlight, always greeting with a smile and eager to help. Their friendliness made for a more pleasant stay.
The Bad:
Mosquito Menace: The room was unfortunately teeming with mosquitoes, which made for an uncomfortable and itchy stay. It was a constant battle keeping them at bay.
Broken and Unopenable Window: The room's window was broken and couldn't be opened, which contributed to the stuffy atmosphere and the mosquito problem.
Run-Down Bathroom: The bathroom clearly showed signs of wear and tear. It was rundown and in desperate need of renovation.
Worn-Out Towels: The towels provided were totally worn out, detracting from the overall comfort and feel of the place.
Unclean Bedding: Cleanliness was a serious issue, with the duvet and bed covers not being clean. It made for an uneasy night's sleep.
Mosquito Skeletons: Adding to the discomfort, remnants of previous mosquito battles were evident all over the room, which was quite off-putting.

The hotel is not clean. Bad treatment. There is no good service. There is constant disturbance from the hotel staff and there is no respect. A very poor level of service and cleanliness. Very bad and very annoying laws. Regardless of the bad and annoying laws, there is no good cleanliness. The pictures here are not all new pictures, but rather pictures. The hotel is old and very ugly

Just take a look at the picture of the deluxe family room ( most expensive one). Hope it says everything. Bedsheets dirty. Mosquitos everywhere. And this is a good accomodation in this city. Just imagine.
