Cleaning is bad, Dusty rugs that is not cleaned properly , Towels are so old that you can feel it, Toiletries not regularly provided , hairdryer is missing, had to request it , Iron is not cleaned and iron board is dusty , Can't use iron . Water kettle is leaking and spilling water when water is heated. Only 2 water bottles for a day. extra water needs to pay.

Rooms are very wide and beds are comfortable. Bathroom is equipped. Tv is big and with lot of channels. I ordered room service but they didn’t bring salt and pepper and it took him 10 minutes to get it so I ate without it which wasn’t good. Out of the 4 hotels i stayed during my time.in Egypt this one was the least guest friendly, service was definitely not the greatest, utensils and napkins at dinner and breakfast time were not clean and overall did not feel welcome here

Top notch service, food and entertainment. It's a popular wedding venue for locals so we witnessed a few of those during our stay. If I am ever in Cairo again I will no doubt stay here.

I booked a room on the Exective floor so that I can use the lounge for meetings with my guests in quite area unfortuantely I was surprised to be informed that I can't have guests in the Lounge. Very nice hotel, close to Cairo airport. The entire staff is very nice and accommodating, specially Omar from reception. The rooms are very clean and furnished with all kinds of amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the Indoor Landscaping, Classic and Soothing Interior, Live Music, Water Bodies, Room Service. I only wish there were more outdoor activities for example say Tennis and perhaps more options on the Buffet.

Exceptional place, service and overall just amazing. They made us feel more than at home, going above and beyond every request. They even made my kids hand-drawn images of them with special treats everyday. Was one of the best experiences we have had. Every staff member knew our names, greeted us and was very warm and accommodating.

A wonderful place to have your vacation home, close to all attractions and city tours. A bit on higher end of bargain but then you get a real royal breakfast free and good rooms for staying like a Pharoh in the middle of everything and every attraction. But be mindful no matter where you live you have to adopt yourself to haphazard traffic in the city. Happy Cairo

First room smelled like cigarettes despite picking no smoking. Second room was an upgrade but it was actually the upgrade I originally paid for. My first room was a downgrade.

The breakfast at the Kempinski is excellent, with a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. What stood out the most was how welcoming and gracious the staff were.
