Great hotel. Well located in the most exclusive Cairo neighbourood. Pool service is 5 star. Plenty of excellent afordable restaurants. Lively outdoor area. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious an comfortable, classic style.
TLDR: great complex, decent restaurants, and mediocre rooms. BE AWARE: the cleaning crew/ hotel workers go through your rooms looking for money to steal. They have safes in the room, but… they control the safes, so be careful what you leave lying around. They did not mess with our electronics or documents. We know this because a member of our group caught a hotel worker going through his bags and...
After reading some negative reviews on here I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is gorgeous and in a top location. It is an ugly city and this place is like an oasis. Good service and great food (Hard to come by in Cairo) Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but it still feels premium enough to warrant 5 stars. For the price it's a steal.
This hotel had a lot to offer! Many restaurants and they were able to make sure I had gluten free options. They even have gluten free bread available if you ask at all the restaurants, room service and always available at the complimentary breakfast. The rooms were tough - I ended up switching rooms once but my colleague switched theirs 4x because it smelt like smoke. Its tough cause they have a no...
We had a wonderful overnight stay. We spent our wedding night at this hotel in 2006, so we celebrated 18 years of marriage on a trip from Australia to Cairo this year. The member of staff who made our stay memorable is Joseph in reception. Thank you Joseph for your outstanding service. We enjoyed the French restaurant for dinner, the garden for shisha and cocktails, the buffet breakfast (exceptional...
THE BEST HOTEL IN CAIRO!! The hotel and surroundings are very fancy and classy and the atmosphere of the bar near the pool at the sunset is basically unbeatable. We did not stay there to sleep but we got the bar as a recommendation from friends and we did not hesitate to order some cocktails. The place is huge and quite and offers lots of tables to have some drinks, food and even to watch some football...

The hotel is located next to the mall and has direct access to the mall. The environment is particularly good with a unique Egyptian flavor. The swimming pool is pyramid-shaped and the breakfast is also good.
Egypt is a place that is hard to describe. Entering the hotel is a civilized world, clean and tidy. Walking out of the hotel is a primitive society with dust and dilapidated houses. Facilities: The lobby and the swimming pool are nice. I don't know which "Tiancai" designer designed the room. The room is small, but the balcony is triangular and very small. Two adults can barely stand together. Hygiene...
Great Stay! Highly recommended.
Booked an ergonomic twin room, which turned out to be a newly renovated room. Valet parking is free at the hotel entrance. There is a passage on the right hand side of the hotel entrance that leads directly to the City Star shopping mall next door. I came here for this. It is convenient for shopping, but many stores don't open until 10:30. The supermarket is open earlier and opens until 2 am! The breakfast...
The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city. It’s within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants. The view from the room was stunning, especially at sunset. The room was spacious and clean, with modern decor and all the necessary amenities
The stay was lovely, The place was clean and very close to the airport. Enjoyed the stay and the professional hotel staff which was so friendly and helpful Meals was fantastic and with very good variety. Excellent destination which i am sure that i will come again.

Started renovating the hotel so after a little-while it will be great hotel. Mr. Samual at the reception was very helpful. Manager at the lobby bar was rude and asked me leave the table if I have finished the coffee, at 10PM on 17th July. I was enjoying the live music but he ruined.
We stayed in Cairo on a quick layover. This hotel is great - the staff were super friendly and it is located near the Nile and other areas such as the Egyptian museum. We could actually see the pyramids from our window. It wasn’t a clear view but they were on the horizon. Also, worth mentioning the breakfast buffet was fantastic - included many different eating options.
Location was perfect, cleanliness was good, however service was terrible, had to call room service multiple time for coffee or vanity kit and still they did not provide. The room service staff was not very pleasant to talk to. They should also have spa facilities.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Hilton Ramses Hotel in Cairo. The location is perfect—right on the Nile with breathtaking views and easy access to the city’s main attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering both modern amenities and classic charm. What truly made my stay special was the exceptional service. Every staff member was warm, professional,...
Wonderful the way she approached me and asked me what I like was a smile. I was surprised of the great hospitality in that hotel KK. I have forgotten to mention the breakfast. It's wonderful it's not a breakfast. Only it's everything you're gonna have breakfast lunch and dinner at the same time and the staff specially youra Hassan. You should see her smile. This used to be the Grand Hyatt one day and was the ultimate sign of luxury within Cairo’s hotels, however not anymore. I attended a conference here and was glad to see it still surviving yet would have hoped that the luxurious edge could have been maintained. Location of this hotel is second to none! Beyond beautiful Nile scenery that is visible from almost every single angle, would wish to experience...
It was a nice experience in the hotel for our Anniversary. Also, The Revolving Restaurant on the 40th floor, is beyond amazing. The only negative matter is some staff needs to learn how to deal equally with every guest, not just the people they know they gonna give them tips. Otherwise, it’s all good.
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which I hardly do at other top hotels. I stayed here for five nights, where I enjoyed the view of the Nile from the 35th floor, great breakfast, and definitely helpful and courteous staff. Our child also enjoyed the stay, including the outdoor pools. I highly recommend this hotel, an all around hotel.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the lovely hotel that boasts not only impeccable service but also breathtaking views. The room service was prompt and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The culinary offerings were a culinary delight, with each dish bursting with flavor and presented with an artistic flair. Additionally, the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks available...
Although the experience of dining on a big boat cruising the Nile with local shows is undeniably unique and entertaining, I must say I was quite disappointed with the food and service at this restaurant. On the positive side, the prices are very...
Great location and fantastic views! Rooms are a little outdated and could do with some more cleanliness but in general we had a good stay. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with plenty of options to choose from, everything delicious! We also booked a massage and enjoyed the spa! Staff were very nice.

Loved our stay at the hotel. Clean, comfortable and near all the sites Especially enjoyed going to the Botanicals lounge and being taken care of by Amira. She was wonderful and the drinks were delicious. Highy recommend the Date Old Fashioned.
Rooms are nice, I had a great view to the Nile and could see the pyramids! breakfast was outstanding and service was amazing. Special thanks to Abdelrahman Mohamed for being such a great host for us. You made it memorable for us and we will come back.
Stayed here as part of a tour. Nice clean rooms and comfy beds. Overlooks the Nile. Great service. Excellent breakfast with almost too many choices. Great outdoor pool. How to say? This hotel is expensive, the lobby is nice, the rooms are big, but the quality is terrible. The room decoration is not good, it doesn't match the price, maybe there are not enough hotels in New Cairo
We had an event today at the palm ballroom, the view was amazing, green areas all around, spacious and super clean. Also the service was amazing (Mohamed El Gazzar) was so helpful and attentive to all our needs. Definitely, will come again
I have stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Honestly it was outstanding especially after visiting downtown 5stars hotels. Dusit is your choice if you’re looking for luxury, relaxing and away from the crowds. Dusit until the next time.! Thank you
The hotel was perfect in every single detail, i really love it , great service great staff. Big thanks to Mohamed the house kipping who was cleaning my room , he was so hospitable and helpful. Beautiful view from riverside rooms. The hotel is a good property for tourists and travellers. Convenient for nearby hangouts. In the evening the lobby is occupied with girls and boys but nobody disturbs you and your privacy. Amazing food and hospitality. The Rooms were excellent. Spacious rooms. Good view of Nile river from Balcony. Bath tub available in room. Swimming pool, Gym, Restaurant, Casino and many more facilities. Had an excellent stay for 4 nights.
Bit slow waiter service at breakfast... team needs some training and coordination. Especially in not letting rubbish laying around (goes for other areas too, even the lounge) and acknowledge your presence (some just don't greet you or almost ignore you). All the rest was perfect and met Conrad expectations. Executive lounge is very nice and the team was very accommodating.
Honestly, I have never had such a poor experience at a 5-star hotel as I did with the service provided here. The overall service falls far below the standards expected of a 5-star establishment. In fact, many 3-star and 4-star hotels offer better service. The only exception was the reception team, who were good.
The service was excellent and the attention of the staff is admirable. I just had one concern and that was that smoking was allowed in the lobby and also people were smoking in the lift. My husband has allergy to smoke and honestly we both felt suffocated to sit in the lobby and in the lift. If this is been taken care of the hotel is the best place to be. I hope this is taken care of. Everything else...

Nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Every single person we came in contact with provided top notch service. The food was spectacular; their breakfast buffet was to die for! We also had 2 meals in the restaurant Saigon (sushi was fabulous) and one at Bab El Nil (wonderful Mediterranean food). The sky pool was super nice too! 5 stars all the way.

I’ll be honest, I had higher expectations for this hotel. The service was great, people really wanted to help you. It’s great to see great service when you stay in a hotel…but I gotta say something, it was very dirty the first room they gave us. This is the worst accommodation I had in my Egypt trip. It's not safe, I had an intruder to my room at midnight. It was scary and horrible. My sons lost around $ 200 in this hotel. For sure I won't do it again
Excellent hotel with good location and great service.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The bedroom was spacious. The Italian restaurant has amazing food. Staff is friendly and tends very well. Overall highly recommend coming here.
Excellent mattress and pillows allowed me to sleep well. I stayed for one night between flights. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the airport. Great staff, great lounge. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Corresponds to the level of the hotel chain. The hotel needs to update the interiors of the rooms, otherwise everything is great.
Location is near the airport with 15 mins(max) drive away. Room is very aged and the old furnitures are falling apart with squeaky sounds. Bed is okay, shower water heat can be hot in a surge from time to time. Make sure to keep all bookings information with you as they do take some effort to extract those. Very satisfactory hotel, with a swimming pool downstairs, a good lobby environment, and many restaurants on the first floor. The room environment is very comfortable. I will stay here again when I come to Egypt in the future
Disadvantages: The room facilities are a bit old, the wash basin is loose and shaking; the quilt cover and bed sheet are pilling, and I asked to change them twice before I got a non-pilling one. Good hotel but the room is different in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The tower rooms are much better than the other rooms in the neighboring building.
