I was on a conference for two days. Awesome place. Very huge parking slots. The food and beverage for breakfast and lunch are more than excellent with different varieties. Stayed for a few days, clean and neat, beautiful interior design in the main entrance, helpful staff all around 24 hours. A wonderful hotel.in the centre or Cairo and close proximity to the major sites, with mazing first class service. $6 parking fee is good for the centre of the city. It is like being in the US except for the music they play. Safe, clean, and Nile river view. Make sure your reservation says Nile river view and not partial river view, with the first one you can see the piramides 😉.

Rooms are very wide and beds are comfortable. Bathroom is equipped. Tv is big and with lot of channels. I ordered room service but they didn’t bring salt and pepper and it took him 10 minutes to get it so I ate without it which wasn’t good. Hotel is very nicely located in the the heart of downtown Cairo. Not quite up to modern standards of some of the luxury hotels in the area but great for short stay or business. Staff are very friendly.. Maybe too friendly. I got very annoyed at being called every other day to be asked if I needed anything.. Yes, to left alone as I was either working or sleeping! Food at the restaurant was pricey compared...

Perfect location - near to everything in the city center. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Room service neat. Laundry service super fast. High security measures. SPA and sauna are great, outdoor pool and bar superb. Staff is really attentive and professional. We were satisfied with everything except the food. Breakfast is decent though could be much more advanced - not much to choose from and somehow...

The hotel is impressive! It’s very clean, quiet and comfortable. The place in the middle of Cairo which is good to reach everywhere very easy and room views are very good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in Cairo and have peaceful holiday.

Their exceptional service made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I am very grateful to the staff at the Novotel Cairo Airport for helping me to recover some items I accidently left behind in my room. The housekeeping found them, set them aside with an identifier at the Lost & Found. The reception staff and the manager of the hotel were then able to return the items to me. THANK YOU SO MUCH! And throughout the entire process they were all polite, helpful and courteous...

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, although I spent nearly thirty minutes trying to find it because Google Maps doesn’t direct you straight there. I suppose that’s not really their fault. There was a slight issue with the entrance, as I had to walk all the way to the main gate to get my cab. The rooms are cozy, but they feel a bit worn. The breakfast was plentiful, and the customer service was excellent...

Only stayed here for one night, room was very comfortable, staff were lovely and prices reasonable on food and drinks. Dinner buffet wasn't anything special but still good value for money 😀 Would definitely return for a short stay

It's a pretty good hotel for the location, rooms are a little bit small however very clean with spacious bathroom. The vibes are good with the restaurants, however again the pool is very small in size for residents.

Amazing staff who truly live up to the Accor heartiest values. Excellent service, excellent facilities and rooms. Definitely would stay again but next time much longer! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen (and I’ve been to 47 countries). The layer of dust, human hair, crumbs and pieces of God knows what everywhere in the room. Service is horrible. Receptionists ignoring you and their job duties. The pool is so cold you can’t swim with 34 degrees Celsius outside. The food is bad.

Reception is slow and cumbersome. Even though we booked and paid for the room with breakfast, they wanted to make us pay for the breakfast again. After an hour's discussion, they managed to prevent the reservation in their system.

People at the reception were kind so if it's your intention to stay talking to them all night - this is the best option they have.

I didn't like the long check in. the staff could not find my payment and said breakfast was not included. After the arrival of the manager, everything was resolved.
