The hotel at very good location in downtown, the breakfast is special and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I went for a work visit and it was simply very convenient. With little maintenance to the bathrooms inside the rooms it shall get my 5 stars definitely.

Friendly staff, very nice and clean in its category and price . It's in the centre of the city . But it's very noisy with a lot of traffic sounds all day long. There were 2 beds , one was broken, the toilet was clean but very crowded and narrow. There was a restaurant in the same floor with very nice food with reasonable prices. Wow location! Best value accommodation with amazing view! Clean cosy rooms with a decent balcony, the restaurant serving simple good breakfast, but the view, the balconies overlook the Tahir square, the Egyptian museum, the Nile! The price is also really great for the complete experience this hotel has to provide.

Location is definitely great. You can see Tahrir square and the museum from the resturant. The place is of course dated and needs reinovation but it is acceptable. Rooms are tidy but not the cleanist. The staff are nice and friendly. They are always trying their best to content the resident. Breakfast is OK not fancy. When you booking two days or more they have an one way (to or from airport) car service for free. Everybody here were kind and helpful. Location is unbeatable, in front of Cairo museum, views to Tahrir Sqr. The breakfast has a good quality. This is an old building then some things needs to be improved. Transpotation is reachable with walk distance Metro, Buses and taxis.

We had a wonderful stay here in this luxury hotel that is about as close to the pyramids as you can get. The view from our room was really amazing and uninterrupted. We were able to see the whole light show in the evening from the rooftop restaurant and from the terrace in our room. A very special place and nothing was a problem for the staff! For the price, Great Pyramid Inn is a solid choice. I can vouch for it, especially after hearing from friends who stayed at other nearby hotels and weren’t thrilled. Great location directly facing The Great Pyramid of Giza. You can get the best view having dinner or breakfast from their restaurant (food is basic and below average though). Many local shops in the area as well so you can take a walk and get the things you need without hassle. The staff are kind and attentive. The room is small but it has everything you need.

They don't provide basic toiletries, same breakfast every day, nothing other than brake fast prepared in kitchen. Bathroom not suitable if you are with kids as there is no privacy.

My stay here was excellent. I had a great view of the pyramids from my room. Best part of the stay was meeting Hassan, the waiter/server on the roof. He took great care of us, talked to us, and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. A good representation of how kind , friendly, and talkative Egyptians are.

The highlight of the hotel is the location and the view to the pyramids. Located in old Cairo, don't expect fancy room and room amenities. Nearby area have options for food and drink. The hotel staff were very accommodating in our request for late checkout. Breakfast and other food items are free for hotel guests which was a great plus. At night expect a lot of dogs barking.

In front of the pyramids, amazing view but the neighbourhood is not the best, locals are trying to sell camel or horse rides every time. The breakfast is very good! Enough and very tasty. I wouldn’t recommend to eat much the first days, at least wait a bit until the stomach get used to the Egyptian diet. Remember Egypt is country no.1 for traveler’s diarrhea.

Marco Halim was a grate host. My girlfriend lost 3 rings and he found them and helped arrange to transport them to Dahab where we stayed after Cairo. That says a lot about the honesty and service mindedness of the hotel i would say.

Great no fuss hotel. Rooms are nice size and clean. Located at the entrance to the pyramids. You can watch the sound and light show from the rooftop terrace. Just like other hotels in this area there is no lift, so if you can't climb a few sets of stairs this is not the hotel for you

We had a wonderful stay in the Giza inn, our room was situated directly opposite the pyramids. Seeing them through our full glass window was breathtaking evertime we looked. They seemed close enough to touch. Giza itself doesn't offer the finese and cleanliness of Cairo central, however no amount of clean streets could detract from the stunning daily vista. This is an excellent little hostel in Downtown Cairo. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at home. The area is safe. There are little shops in a minute's walking distance. The Nile (via Tahrir Square) is a ten minute walk, and it is close to some beautiful Coptic Churches and a historic Mosque.

Hostel is centrally located near to Tahrir Square, Egyptian Museum, the Nile River, and more. The hostel is clean and the air conditioning us a lifesaver in the Cairo heat. It has a very good location near to everything and was a saver to be able to check in at 2am after a long travel. It was clean and good one but could be a little bit cheaper to meet the expectations. I didn't catch the breakfast so, I cannot judge it.

Location of this hotel is nice and the owner is a decent person, always ready to help you. Beds were bigger than many hostels I have been to and these were comfortable. Lifts were not working and I had to walk through the stairs with my heavy luggage. Bathroom was good but it could have been cleaner.
