I been 2 days ago. i spent 5 nights, the place is a beautiful and safe place, due to police security guard in reception. the staff are polite and friendly but English language can not understand everyone however it is not big drama. The rooms are ok but few thing are not perfect such like towels and toilet rolls are not enough . everyday i asked those things. the Breakfast was good and swimming pool...

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, although I spent nearly thirty minutes trying to find it because Google Maps doesn’t direct you straight there. I suppose that’s not really their fault. Only stayed here for one night, room was very comfortable, staff were lovely and prices reasonable on food and drinks. Dinner buffet wasn't anything special but still good value for money 😀 Would definitely return for a short stay

It's a pretty good hotel for the location, rooms are a little bit small however very clean with spacious bathroom. The vibes are good with the restaurants, however again the pool is very small in size for residents.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen (and I’ve been to 47 countries). The layer of dust, human hair, crumbs and pieces of God knows what everywhere in the room. Service is horrible. Receptionists ignoring you and their job duties. The pool is so cold you can’t swim with 34 degrees Celsius outside. The food is bad.

Reception is slow and cumbersome. Even though we booked and paid for the room with breakfast, they wanted to make us pay for the breakfast again. After an hour's discussion, they managed to prevent the reservation in their system.

People at the reception were kind so if it's your intention to stay talking to them all night - this is the best option they have.

I didn't like the long check in. the staff could not find my payment and said breakfast was not included. After the arrival of the manager, everything was resolved.

We went to have our Breakfast at the MoX restaurant. Food was very good along with the special service they provided. However , they need to add on more variety regards to some of their own specialities as the breakfast was more focused on continental items. I give 4star for food out of 5 and 5 out of for service.

If you are vacationing or looking for a romantic getaway I wouldn't recommend this place because of where it's located there's no view, but if it's business this is definitely the place you should be. I do love the fact that it is really close to the airport. Their staff are lovely and really helpful. Had a good time.

Place is good, but rooms are not up to the mark and maintenance is that good. I can say it's kind of a 2 star hotel but the building and view everything is like a 5star hotel. The architecture of this hotel is very rich, if maintenance is bit improved it will be very nice.

This is not a super fancy hotel but it is great value overall. It's quite clean and has a very nice pool for relaxation. It is also located very close to the pyramids and the new Egyptian museum so you'll have good access there. The breakfast is nice traditional Egyptian food but it has limited varieties.

Hotel has perfect Location in the Center of Cairo. Staff at Check in was quick and friendly. Room was nice and very clean. The Food in the Restaurant was really Tasty and fresh. I loved the hospitality of the staff, especially Donia she is amazing and so polite. She even helped me get a take away of mango juice without sugar or any water. The guard even helped me with the food to take to the room. I swear I didn’t expect such kindness, I am positively surprised. Rooms are very clean. And very comfortable. Great Food options at the breakfast and also good options of the food available at the bar also. Sometimes just sink and plumbing pipes in bathrooms leak. In my bathroom sink was leaking and the pipe at the toilet. Other than that I was happy with the stay.

Only had two beers in the bar but Ali in the shop and Basam in the bar were wonderfully friendly. Basam taught me some Arabic. A joy. Good people. Go see Basam and Ali.

I had so much fun. The staff is friendly and helpful especially Malak the receptionist , everything was clean and neat. The room view was breathtaking and the location of the hotel is in a good area and close to alot of good places. The room was nice and spacious and the service was very good. I would have rated it 4 stars, but the music at the pool restaurant was ridiculously loud even though everyone there was over 40 and nobody was at the pool. Also the Internet was almost non-existent. It wasn't much better in the lobby either.

Resort is really good place to stay in and enjoy the holidays, with trees, plants, spa and swimming pool. Resort is very big in terms of land area. Only problem is the wifi is poor.

The Oasis Hotel was a great spot to stay during our time in Egypt. It was quiet inside the confines of the walls despite the cars and noise out on the street. Every vehicle is checked before being allowed through the gate, and the only entrance in has additional security. Best part is when you have the windows open and the call to prayer begins!

Very helpful stuff and that’s why the 5 stars! We had some small problems with our room and immediately they fixed everything! We have a river room view, the view is amazing. The noise is so loud from the outside thank god we have our earplugs. Also if you’re not a smoker person then you have to ask for non smoking room , the smell between these two rooms is really much different!

This is a hotel full of contridictions. Inspite of the location and the approach this is a great hotel in cairo/giza. Rooms we speciaous with decent amenities. Almost a boutique hotel despite its size. Elegant lobby, classy lounge resembling antique library, clean pool/bar on 8th story. Joe, bartender in Lounge was amazing and helped me so much by speaking English and even bringing me room service with a warm smile. Dining room on rooftop was ok and the ambience of the hotel felt very 1920's Egypt. Would go again and get room facing Giza pyramids, so magical

Price matches quality. It is an old hotel, however it is well kept and clean. Room is clean and serviced daily. We spend sometime around the pool and enjoyed some drinks. They no longer serve Shisha. We ate breakfast at the hotel daily- well presented, continental breakfast, good. We did not eat at the restaurant, just enjoyed the rooftop view. Good value for the price. There is a parking area for the hotel that costs EGP 20 per day. The room has no water boiler so you should bring your own if you wish to have hot drinks in the room. The bathroom is not bad. There is a safe in the room. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very near to the pyramids.
