Great hotel. Well located in the most exclusive Cairo neighbourood. Pool service is 5 star. Plenty of excellent afordable restaurants. Lively outdoor area. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious an comfortable, classic style.

TLDR: great complex, decent restaurants, and mediocre rooms. BE AWARE: the cleaning crew/ hotel workers go through your rooms looking for money to steal. The service we received was excellent and the communication was top notch. We had some issues which they resolved or offered solutions immediately such as changing rooms because our shower was leaking water onto floor when we showered. The staff is amazing. We lost a bag, and the hotel took over tracking it down and getting it delivered to us. They also provided clothes and amenities to get us through. Everyone has been incredibly pleasant and focused on our satisfaction. A terrific, well manged hotel.

Rooms are very wide and beds are comfortable. Bathroom is equipped. Tv is big and with lot of channels. I ordered room service but they didn’t bring salt and pepper and it took him 10 minutes to get it so I ate without it which wasn’t good. Also I went to the wedding in the club house they bring tea without sugar. I think waiters need training.

The breakfast at the Kempinski is excellent, with a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. What stood out the most was how welcoming and gracious the staff were. The hotel is right on the edge of the Nile River, with beautiful scenery, convenient transportation and very good service. The restaurants, shopping mall, and swimming pool in the hotel are very good. Very satisfied, I have always liked Four Seasons Hotel. There is also a Japanese restaurant on board that is not expensive and of first-class quality.
