Great hotel. Well located in the most exclusive Cairo neighbourood. Pool service is 5 star. Plenty of excellent afordable restaurants. Lively outdoor area. Friendly staff. Rooms are spacious an comfortable, classic style.

TLDR: great complex, decent restaurants, and mediocre rooms. BE AWARE: the cleaning crew/ hotel workers go through your rooms looking for money to steal. I was on a conference for two days. Awesome place. Very huge parking slots. The food and beverage for breakfast and lunch are more than excellent with different varieties. Stayed for a few days, clean and neat, beautiful interior design in the main entrance, helpful staff all around 24 hours. Took out one star for the the lack of drinking water bottles “ you have to request them in room but they only give two per person “ and it took way too long for water to arrive most of the time. I find the hotel pretty nice. Price for staying not high, rooms are clean and room service is good. They have gym at 1st floor, not big, but enough to take care of your body. As for breakfast I have concerns it is the level of 5-star hotel. Every day the same food without meat, cereal or soup, only tasetless sausages. At the same time, they cook very good omelet and pastries.

Overall good, food, service, cleanliness of the room, but I could have missed something since I was on a business trip and didn’t spend much time in the hotel

Nice hotel, especially pleased with the breakfast, one of the best. Great variety, everyone will find something to their liking. The hotel itself is large, clean, the staff will fulfill your every whim. There is a McDonald's nearby, a pizza hat, convenient location

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Cairo Airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. A special thanks to Yasmin from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and Shams at the front desk for her warm welcome and helpfulness. Their exceptional service made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I am very grateful to the staff at the Novotel Cairo Airport for helping me to recover some items I accidently left behind in my room. The housekeeping found them, set them aside with an identifier at the Lost & Found. The reception staff and the manager of the hotel were then able to return the items to me. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, although I spent nearly thirty minutes trying to find it because Google Maps doesn’t direct you straight there. I suppose that’s not really their fault. There was a slight issue with the entrance, as I had to walk all the way to the main gate to get my cab. The rooms are cozy, but they feel a bit worn. The breakfast was plentiful, and the customer service was excellent...

Only stayed here for one night, room was very comfortable, staff were lovely and prices reasonable on food and drinks. Dinner buffet wasn't anything special but still good value for money 😀 Would definitely return for a short stay

It's a pretty good hotel for the location, rooms are a little bit small however very clean with spacious bathroom. The vibes are good with the restaurants, however again the pool is very small in size for residents.

The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen (and I’ve been to 47 countries). The layer of dust, human hair, crumbs and pieces of God knows what everywhere in the room. Service is horrible. Receptionists ignoring you and their job duties. The pool is so cold you can’t swim with 34 degrees Celsius outside. The food is bad.

Reception is slow and cumbersome. Even though we booked and paid for the room with breakfast, they wanted to make us pay for the breakfast again. After an hour's discussion, they managed to prevent the reservation in their system.

People at the reception were kind so if it's your intention to stay talking to them all night - this is the best option they have.

I didn't like the long check in. the staff could not find my payment and said breakfast was not included. After the arrival of the manager, everything was resolved.

A manager came to speak with us and offered complement but we we are asking for a refund for the first day

I wanted to share my positive experience during my recent two-day stay at your hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and my room was both comfortable and well-equipped. We went to have our Breakfast at the MoX restaurant. Food was very good along with the special service they provided. However , they need to add on more variety regards to some of their own specialities as the breakfast was more focused on continental items. I give 4star for food out of 5 and 5 out of for service.

Breakfast here was very good, variety of foods and freshly made. I liked the omelette station. In addition the staff were very friendly, attentive and super efficient. Nevien and the manager Walla in particular were excellent

If you are vacationing or looking for a romantic getaway I wouldn't recommend this place because of where it's located there's no view, but if it's business this is definitely the place you should be. I do love the fact that it is really close to the airport. Their staff are lovely and really helpful. Had a good time.

Staff are very helpful. The rooms are good, but the carpet can use some renovations. The service is excellent except in the 1122 bar (the lobby bar). Mohammed seemed to have attitude with most of his customer and was always late to bring orders or checks. It was embarrassing when they tried to change the channel for soccer games and it took forever to find the staff member with a receiver access. I...
