Valencia Hotel, Downtown Cairo
Cairo, 1 Seket El Fadl, Talaat Harb Street, Downtown Cairo 🧭 Map
It was excellent experience staying at Valencia hotel Cairo. All the staff very professional and cooperative. Room was neat and clean and breakfast was lovely and delicious
The owner of this hotel takes very good care of his guests and ready to provide useful information about Egypt to his guests staying at this hotel
The staff is the best. They’ll welcome you and treat you like a valued guest. I came to Egypt alone and they helped me a lot
Meeting with him couple of times made my trip much easier and more interesting
The mattresses we slept on were quite firm. The breakfast was free, but service was very slow. So if you are in a rush to go somewhere early in the morning, don't count on the breakfast
There was no selection, and people with dietary restrictions are likely to be disappointed

Cairo, 10 Saif El Deen Mahran, Ramsis Square 🧭 Map
In general, the hotel is suitable for a short trip. You can walk to the city center to Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum
Problems with check in. They told that booking is not paid. And tried to make this with others guest's too. Swimming pool is not working now.
So this is an other worldly experience. English is not a language here. So you must expand your communications abilities. This is just a 5 day what do me need to know the next time me come back here trip
At the top of the list you need an international calling plan
On the 8th floor there is a panoramic restaurant where breakfast is served. The prices in the restaurant are little bit high. For five days there was never a cleaning of the room and a change of towels
Staff: very friendly and helpful It's great that you can book a day use, early check-in, later check-out, etc. There was an issue with hot water. I had to live without hot water for a couple of days

I loved the spacious apartment like room. The view was extraordinary and the people were friendly. I appreciate all their effort and help in accommodating for their international guests.
I only wish it could have been for longer. We were upgraded for free to a suite, once they saw I was travelling with my daughter, which was larger than my apartment! Friendly, welcoming staff and a delicious breakfast
Hilton is hospitality and I found this clearly in this hotel. Five stars service, delicious breakfast, and the room is the best things in this hotel as we got a Nile view suite
Would recommend wholeheartedly
Spacious and Comfortable Location on the Nile. Huge apartments with large balconies overlooking the Nile, including an office, dining and living areas as well as a full kitchen and laundry room
If you're coming from America it says it's four stars but compared to an American hotel it'd be more like two. I have nothing to compare it with in Egypt but it seemed for Egypt it's at least a three to four star hotel

Quietly good, good room service, polite staff, acceptable food, excellent position in Downtown I would give it 5 stars but bad wifi internet service
The hotel is old but clean. They don't serve good quality food and the breakfast menu isn't much full. Though it is perfectly spotted in the downtown area and close to two metro stations

One thing I didn't like was my mattress but my friends said their mattresses were good and had no complaints about it. The room is worth its price definitely and McDonald's is next to the hotel on the left
A home away from home, clean hotel. Well behaved staff net work, good continental breakfast. Secured rooms, superb room services. The price pocket friendly compared to services provided. Makes shopping as easy as ABC
Staff were very friendly and polite. Strong WiFi signal all over the rooms with fast Internet speed. I liked it 👍
Fast food and other food joint just a stone through
The reception was good , very welcoming and polite. The room was good and clean and it had a great balcony

Stayed at the Victoria many times when working in Egypt. No frills, but clean and central. Beware rooms near the mosque muezzin on the front corner. Wish they'd rebuild that old terrace to the side...
I stayed there for two nights, I expected that I would get a noisy atomosphere considering that the motel is located in downtown, it wasn't at all
The experience was good, very near to Al Ataba metro station and Abdel khalik Tharwat St

Amazing hospitality - Bahaa and his staff are excellent. I arrived without plans, which was perfect, and they helped arrange everything for me for an affordable price.
Cairo has so much to offer! The food, sights, & culture keep travelers coming back. Top sights: Pyramids, Khan el Khalili, Egyptian Museum, lunch at the Naguib Mahfouz Cafe, and so much more!
Good location BUT super dirty hotel entrance and hot shower did not work correctly. Also a remodel would be appreciated. The staff was friendly but always wanted to sell you a tour or dinner
The security leaving the airport was a little concerning, but the city was great. Lots to do and see, great food and holes in the wall, but the people were just terrific and very friendly.
Rooms aren't big and really old furniture along with a very low maintenance. (AC is down, only couple of lights working, the only thing in this hotel is nice is it's hostess Mr
Josef who is such an awesome person and friendly

Ordering anything from the reception is challenging and once you order there's a huge chance they won't do it. Other than the staff the hotel is clean, quaint and spacious
The staff is a bit too uncooperative, each floor has one landline to the reception and the 2nd floor line isn't working

The staff was amazing. Right in the centre of the city within walking distance of a lot of places. Clean, spacious & secure rooms.
The location is great it’s safe to stay and it’s cheap and good hotel the problem is Cairo downtown knows of mosquito so be aware to fight back ?
New Palace Hotel prides itself in providing absolute satisfaction to all classes of guests from all over the world. The staff at New Palace Hotel is well trained, very polite and very welcoming as well
Ahmad is absolutely an amazing character, he ensures the sanity and welfare of his clients always making sure everyone in the hotel is very comfortable, safe and convenient
In a nutshell, New Palace Hotel is a place to be for everyone and i must confess i will forever be very grateful to Dr. Ahmad and his entire staff members
The hotel is neat while the rooms and bathrooms are always kept clean. There is a restaurant at the hotel with very affordable meals

Obviously not a five-star hotel, but great value for money - the room was clean, the bed was confortable, and everything was working properly. Cherry on the cake, the staff was very caring
I’d definitely stay there again on my next trip to Cairo
I was at the 7th floor and I could hear honks from the street 18 hours a day. There is no soundproofing at all. Internet barely worked sometimes. At breakfast they only had instant coffe, but the food was good
Rooms are basic. I didn't find towels in my room. Breakfast is good having option for vegetarian. However, location is good, staffs are friendly. In average budget this hotel is value for money.
And when I checked out they added a bunch of things I didn't have to my bill. 🙂 The staff was polite though and the location is excellent from my point of view
Room was generally good some rooms ,not ours, were missing proper heating. Very near to many tourist attraction places. I will come back again next time

Nice and cozy bar/cafe Rooftop of happy city hotel which is a Great gateway during hot summer days. Drinks comes with variety of salads in quite good portion which made me full already. Polite and quick staff
If you're looking for a cheap beer and free snacks along situated in the heart of the great city, This is the place to be. The only downside they stop taking orders at 12 A
Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, great location where you can reach everywhere. It is located right next to the subway (Mohamed Nageeb) metro station. Prices are very reasonable, I would highly recommend it
The roof is great and comfortable. staff are awesome and so friendly. I recommend this place for drinking alcoholic drinks
Love the mood, the staff is so friendly, love the prices and their menu items are excellent. Kofta is highly recommended.

I couldn’t have felt more welcome in Cairo and Egypt. The staff was friend helpful kind. Excellent breakfast loved the Egyptian cuisine. Very accommodating and helpful to anything I wanted to see or do
Great central location, extremely hospitable staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Amazing activities offered through the hotel were priced very well and made the entire experience unforgettable
Quite rooms, definitely would visit again, and good for the money you'd pay. If you wanna visit ancient places ask for Khalid and he'll hook you up, although tourism with them can be a bit expensive.
I’ve learned so much being here and will be staying here again
Would definitely stay again next time in Cairo
The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean. For a hotel in the middle of Cairo, it is a nice hotel that I can surely recommend.

Home from home! On our return to France we stayed one night at the Voyage hotel. Having stayed in other hotels in Cairo around the same price we were not expecting too much. But what a find! A real hidden gem
We have got assistance to find parking place for our car as it was busy and complicated due to the traffic issues. We were very welcomed inside the hotel by the staff. The rooms and bathroom are clean
- The location is amazing just in the heart of the down town area. - the rooms are wide and very clean. - Breakfast is fair and there are many restaurants in the area so food is not a problem
Not only is the hotel based in an amazing building of an historic museum, the room was large, bright and very clean. Our hosts, Anastasia and Mohamed were very welcoming and friendly
excellent place with amazing people very nice big room. the bathroom is very clean and private. room with balcony and city view. closed to all the restaurants also fresh bakery down
The area around the hotel has many shops, food restaurants and very nice bakery. Shopping is also everywhere around and you can find all what you need in walking distance

Location is in the center of Cairo, Egypt. Bit difficult to find the hotel entrance, since it’s in a local walkway. Also , there's no direction on the elevator or on the wall to the reception of the hotel
First i take my days here in egypt specifically in cairo on paradise boutiqu hotel so i have a good time there becouse they have very good servers like in front of the office the reception man called ramez helping my very much and i really recommended paradise boutique hotel

Centrally located , very convenient, cosy room. it would have been better had there been a mirror and a dustbin in the room and a hook to keep the towel in the bathroom. Break fast and coffee are fine
Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff was really appreciativep p(all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in cairo
The breakfast was absolutely palatable. The location was perfect, everything was nearby except pyramid. Everything is available by hotel just make sure to bring 2 pin adapter as in egypt mostly hotel use 2 pin plug
The service of staff especially Mr. Bishnoy and miss Nourhan are excellent
However, it is very well located and I would like to give a special mention to one of the ladies at reception who went out of her way to keep my bag after check out while I visited Cairo
The cleanliness should really be improved as well as the basic equipment of the room (had to ask for towels, no bed covers, no shower gel/shampoo, no breakfast)
