The Marriott Gardens is a very nice place to have a decent breakfast or a drink. Suitable for family and friends gathering, or a couple's outing. The palace is also an amazing place to explore and take pictures
Well located in the most exclusive Cairo neighbourood. Plenty of excellent afordable restaurants. Rooms are spacious an comfortable, classic style
Good service and great food (Hard to come by in Cairo)
Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but it still feels premium enough to warrant 5 stars
If you are sensitive to the second hand I'd recommend going into the room and testing it out before you settle in. Because I switched rooms I realized that each room is pretty much set up completely different
They even have gluten free bread available if you ask at all the restaurants, room service and always available at the complimentary breakfast
The rooms were tough - I ended up switching rooms once but my colleague switched theirs 4x because it smelt like smoke

We stayed in Cairo on a quick layover. This hotel is great - the staff were super friendly and it is located near the Nile and other areas such as the Egyptian museum. We could actually see the pyramids from our window
It wasn’t a clear view but they were on the horizon. Also, worth mentioning the breakfast buffet was fantastic - included many different eating options
Do not hesitate to book this hotel. The Nile view from the room was amazing! All the common areas well kept and the room super clean
Started renovating the hotel so after a little-while it will be great hotel. Samual at the reception was very helpful
Their attention to detail, hospitality, and personal engagement made me feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend the Hilton Ramses to anyone visiting Cairo—whether for business or leisure
Wonderful the way she approached me and asked me what I like was a smile. I was surprised of the great hospitality in that hotel KK. I have forgotten to mention the breakfast. It's wonderful it's not a breakfast

The hotel is located next to the mall and has direct access to the mall. The environment is particularly good with a unique Egyptian flavor. The swimming pool is pyramid-shaped and the breakfast is also good.
Egypt is a place that is hard to describe. Entering the hotel is a civilized world, clean and tidy. Walking out of the hotel is a primitive society with dust and dilapidated houses
Facilities: The lobby and the swimming pool are nice. I don't know which "Tiancai" designer designed the room. The room is small, but the balcony is triangular and very small. Two adults can barely stand together
The breakfast was wow staff
However I came in 2009 to Egypt and I was since the time I said I might not visit again but this time it’s totally different especially with this special hotel keep it up and soon soon soon you will see me in January, planning to bring my family over here to enjoy the timing here
Booked an ergonomic twin room, which turned out to be a newly renovated room. Valet parking is free at the hotel entrance
Great Stay! Highly recommended.

Rooms are nice, I had a great view to the Nile and could see the pyramids! breakfast was outstanding and service was amazing. Special thanks to Abdelrahman Mohamed for being such a great host for us
I feel welcomed from the first moment. All stuff has been extremely friendly and helpful. Great Sheraton Club with exceptional view all the way to the pyramids. The rooms look completely new renovated
Mr Omar in the restaurant is always helpful especially over breakfast. We are regular visitors and he never forgets us. Mr Ahmed Gamal and Miss Omneia Wali ensure our experience is always positive
Clean, comfortable and near all the sites
Especially enjoyed going to the Botanicals lounge and being taken care of by Amira. She was wonderful and the drinks were delicious. Highy recommend the Date Old Fashioned
Nice clean rooms and comfy beds. Excellent breakfast with almost too many choices. Had supper in the bar srea twice. First time beef tenderloin, tasty, tender snd done perfectly to order
Very friendly, thoughtful and helpful staff, rooms are immaculately clean. Restaurants are among the best I’ve ever eaten in. It was my birthday during my stay and they even delivered a birthday cake to my room

The Rooms were excellent. Spacious rooms. Good view of Nile river from Balcony. Bath tub available in room. Swimming pool, Gym, Restaurant, Casino and many more facilities. Had an excellent stay for 4 nights.
The towels/gowns etc were the rough cotton texture as opposed to the soft luxurious feel you'd expect from a Hilton hotel. The food was lovely but most items weren't as warm as you'd hope
It is like being in the US except for the music they play. Safe, clean, and Nile river view. Make sure your reservation says Nile river view and not partial river view, with the first one you can see the piramides 😉.
Especially in not letting rubbish laying around (goes for other areas too, even the lounge) and acknowledge your presence (some just don't greet you or almost ignore you)
All the rest was perfect and met Conrad expectations. Executive lounge is very nice and the team was very accommodating
Bit slow waiter service at breakfast. team needs some training and coordination

Took about another 20 mins for them to finally find our room, which sadly, was not two queen beds as advertised but only two double beds. Room was also only set up for 3 with 3 sets of towels
Our recent stay at the Intercontinental Cairo Semiramis was nothing short of outstanding!
After a long day of travel, we unfortunately missed both breakfast and dinner, but Ramadan made sure we were still well taken care of
looked forward to breakfast every day! The selection was fantastic, and everything was well-prepared. Abdul Wahab went above and beyond to make our mornings pleasant. He truly made a difference with his friendly attitude
Adel was an amazing host and made the night enjoyable. We had amazing food along the Nile and enjoyed the meal. I would definitely come back and would love to have another meal here. Thank you for everything.
Excellent breakfast experience! From fresh fruits to hot dishes, everything was top quality. Abdul Wahab provided outstanding service — very polite and professional. He really made us feel welcome
Delicious breakfast with a great variety to suit all tastes. I especially appreciated the warm and helpful service from Abdul Wahab. He made sure everything ran smoothly each morning

The rooftop pool is perfect for relaxing and enjoying views of the city and pyramids. I recommend this hotel to those looking for a luxury experience in the heart of Cairo
The sky pool was super nice too! 5 stars all the way
Great hotel, loved the rooftop pool and Mi Amie
We lost a bag, and the hotel took over tracking it down and getting it delivered to us. They also provided clothes and amenities to get us through. Everyone has been incredibly pleasant and focused on our satisfaction
The location also met our needs nicely. Thank you, Fairmont, for a wonderful stay. An area of improvement could be adding Netflix/streaming options to the TV. But, still had plenty of channels to choose from

I stayed here for five nights, where I enjoyed the view of the Nile from the 35th floor, great breakfast, and definitely helpful and courteous staff. Our child also enjoyed the stay, including the outdoor pools
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the lovely hotel that boasts not only impeccable service but also breathtaking views. The room service was prompt and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile
Though I didn't partake, the mere presence of such a thoughtful amenity spoke volumes about the hotel's dedication to providing an exceptional experience for its guests
Additionally, the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks available throughout the day added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay
Breakfast buffet was wonderful with plenty of options to choose from, everything delicious!
We also booked a massage and enjoyed the spa! Staff were very nice
The only negative matter is some staff needs to learn how to deal equally with every guest, not just the people they know they gonna give them tips

The staff were super, the service was more than amazing, the breakfast varieties were super and very delicious, the pool is clean and staff were super friendly and they always accommodated our requests
It was my first visit to the Hotel in Cairo, and it was an amazing one! The location is convenient, close to the airport and away from the busy area, yet its easy to move around the city because of its centralized location
everyone was happy smiling and super helpful! I'm defiantly coming again to this place! I wish you all the best and keep the service amazing always!
Attractions are 20 minutes away by car from it, and this timing is very normal in Cairo due to heavy traffic around
The receptionists all of them were great! I cannot find on mistake with their services to be honest
I had a great time, honeymoon, The staff has great ethics.

Great location, grand hotel, upon entering there are lots of security checks, no one can enter without going through scanner, this is fairly large hotel with a pool and swim up bar, there is a restaurant with live entertainment, and cafe on the main floor
Very satisfactory hotel, with a swimming pool downstairs, a good lobby environment, and many restaurants on the first floor. The room environment is very comfortable
I will stay here again when I come to Egypt in the future
It is very close to the Cairo Convention Center. There are also many restaurants in the hotel with considerate service.
This was hands down the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Egypt. It was clean and had everything you’d want in a room and more. Huge bathroom too. Great staff. It was on a busy street but not loud.
Disadvantages: The room facilities are a bit old, the wash basin is loose and shaking; the quilt cover and bed sheet are pilling, and I asked to change them twice before I got a non-pilling one

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The service was warm and attentive, the facilities were well-maintained, and the atmosphere made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout my stay
Everything from the room cleanliness to the quality of amenities exceeded my expectations, making my visit truly enjoyable. I would gladly return and recommend this place to others
J W marriott was a total disappointment in many ways, we stayed four nights in which we could not use the beach or other pool (except one) as all the time they were closed because there was weddings going on, in which the lobby the salon the room the hallway of our suite were noisy because of the wedding guests music etc
The hotel doesn’t deserve 5 stars as it needs to be renovated, the furniture was...
Outstanding among all. Staff ، service , guest relations... Well done team.
Swimming pool and spa open 24/24 very practical for relaxing. Very nice hotel located in Egypt. Very comfortable The rooms are well laid out, have plenty of room and are perfectly clean
Super cold hotel and they are in need of a renovation. Sound proofing is very bad and you can hear everything. Clean and location is near to the airport and the festival mall.

Absolutely loved this hotel - one of my favorite Four Seasons Hotels in the world - we walked in with a group and on check in the General Manager pulled me aside and greeted me by name and said "welcome back" - totally unexpected but clearly they had researched the types of rooms we've booked before, the types of things we like in our room and the types of food we liked to eat and they very much accommodated...
It is a luxurious hotel in every sense of the word, quiet and elegant. I enjoyed breakfast every morning while watching the view of the Nile. In the evening, we had dinner at a Lebanese restaurant by the pool
To all those at the pool side (lifeguards, waiters, managers) and a special thanks to Islam, thank you for always welcoming and helping my sons and I - you went above and beyond
My third time booking at this hotel
and i wouldn't choose any other in Cairo..
truly always the best stay!
from house keeping, spa to front desk..
everyone makes you feel welcome..
keep it up and will be back soon.
Excellent experience staying here. Lovely (if slightly dated) hotel with great amenities and a full service staff. Great room, we had a city view that was better than expected. Nice variety of dining options
They serve shisha, which is very good. The staff there are respectful and very kind. There are shops in the hotel for the most famous international brands, such as Fendi and Valentino

The quilt in the room was very wet and sticky, and there were signs that someone had slept on one bed. My daughter and I slept on the other bed with bath towels on
There are many rooms, but not enough waiters
From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the grandeur and elegance of the hotel, and every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. Regis Cairo is a true testament to luxury and sophistication
This hotel is beautiful and breathtaking! It has an amazing pool and restaurants. However it is far from city center, it’s about 30-40 minutes away by taxi
The room was very nice and big. It was only an hour away from the airport. It was very convenient to book a car in advance at the front desk. Very suitable for friends who want to live in New Cairo

The views from the room and the whole property is beautiful. Check-in and check-out is easy. Food is good with separate buffet restaurant. Pools available for adults and children
They were patient when it came to answering my questions. Everything taste better here (more real and healthy). The environment was clean and safe. The staff and managers were welcoming and kind
I especially appreciated the bathroom, which featured a great tub setup with good water pressure. the dining experience was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious and well-prepared meals
The rooms are spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect mix of comfort and elegance. The pool area is stunning and ideal for relaxing, and the hotel’s location near the airport is super convenient
I also loved the variety and quality of food at the restaurants, especially the breakfast — it was amazing every morning. The service throughout my stay was prompt, friendly, and professional

Hotels of this size stand out when they have remarkable staff like these two gentlemen. The food was outstanding, the swimming pool area was excellent, and every aspect of the service exceeded our expectations

The rooms are spacious, and the view of the pool is wonderful, apart from the life guard who are there all the time and are always watching people, especially children. The stuff is very classy and easy to deal with
One small point only , i didn’t like the way of service i had yesterday from the lady in the lobby’s coffee shop, her name is Sara , she was not hospitable at all with bad attitude comparing to the other ladies who were so polite , like Jihan a very sweet lady
We had an event today at the palm ballroom, the view was amazing, green areas all around, spacious and super clean. Also the service was amazing (Mohamed El Gazzar) was so helpful and attentive to all our needs
I have stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Honestly it was outstanding especially after visiting downtown 5stars hotels. Dusit is your choice if you’re looking for luxury, relaxing and away from the crowds
The hotel was perfect in every single detail, i really love it , great service great staff. Big thanks to Mohamed the house kipping who was cleaning my room , he was so hospitable and helpful

this hotel has a swimming pool and a gym and after a day and Cairo you need to kind of decompress in a pool. I would stay here again this is my go-to hotel in Cairo. I paid $125 a night including taxes with breakfast
I like the staff the rooms are good but some of the views are just terrible. If you can get a view of the Egyptian museum or the pool. The views can some time kind of depress me
I stayed at this hotel five times. Family for the location the fact that it has a swimming pool. Food here for breakfast was not too good because it upset my stomach
The stay was good and the hotel has a lot of positives, only the carpets in the rooms and the chairs need attention in addition to the towels
4 of us tried to play cards in the open area beside the pool as the room is stuffed with air freshener smells, but unfortunately we were asked to leave and do it in our own room
Location is at Cairo Downtown. Quite noisy as it is near the main street. Rooms were clean and neat.

However, the customer service and communication weren’t the best. At check-in, the receptionist told us that breakfast was not included, which was not true — I had specifically booked the option with breakfast on Booking
Breakfast was top grade, with an adequate professional team to our disposal. Concierge very knowledgeable and helpful
I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Cairo, and overall, the experience was very good. The location is perfect — ideal for getting around the city and visiting the main tourist spots
The pool was also a real highlight: very clean, peaceful, and with a great atmosphere. We also loved the room and the view — both were amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable

Towels had marks, bathroom was dirty, the shower glass was uneven so water will filter underneath, the coffee table wasn’t clean at all
It had coffee marks…anyway, we complained to reception and they changed the room for us. Also, the breakfast is too expensive I believe. 16 dollars each person, here in this app it says 13 dollars
Decent kitchen that is not unimportant, cleanliness is so-so but tolerable, Internet without problems, swimming pool, gym at no additional charge, bars and restaurants offer the minimum assortment necessary and what is not bad
I’ll be honest, I had higher expectations for this hotel. The service was great, people really wanted to help you
Excellent mattress and pillows allowed me to sleep well. I stayed for one night between flights. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the airport. Breakfast is varied and delicious

She made sure every detail was perfect—from the warm welcome to the thoughtful surprises that completely exceeded my expectations
Sabah always greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her dedication and positive attitude reflect the high standards of the hotel and made my stay so much more enjoyable
Very good service and courteous staff. Pool area and restaurants highly recommended. Room and room service very good.
Whether it was the smiles at the front desk, the housekeeping staff checking to make sure I had everything I needed, or the restaurant team remembering my favorite drink, every interaction was filled with warmth and hospitality
