The Marriott Gardens is a very nice place to have a decent breakfast or a drink. Suitable for family and friends gathering, or a couple's outing. The palace is also an amazing place to explore and take pictures

Well located in the most exclusive Cairo neighbourood. Plenty of excellent afordable restaurants. Rooms are spacious an comfortable, classic style

Good service and great food (Hard to come by in Cairo) Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but it still feels premium enough to warrant 5 stars

If you are sensitive to the second hand I'd recommend going into the room and testing it out before you settle in. Because I switched rooms I realized that each room is pretty much set up completely different

They even have gluten free bread available if you ask at all the restaurants, room service and always available at the complimentary breakfast

The rooms were tough - I ended up switching rooms once but my colleague switched theirs 4x because it smelt like smoke

The hotel is located next to the mall and has direct access to the mall. The environment is particularly good with a unique Egyptian flavor. The swimming pool is pyramid-shaped and the breakfast is also good.

Facilities: The lobby and the swimming pool are nice. I don't know which "Tiancai" designer designed the room. The room is small, but the balcony is triangular and very small. Two adults can barely stand together

Service: During Easter, there are many guests and almost no service. The food in the riverside restaurant is really unpalatable. I ordered a barbecue, and it was covered with a pile of black residue

When the waiter saw the almost untouched dishes when checking out, he asked if there was anything wrong with the dishes? I forced a smile and said nothing. I was too lazy to say polite words

The hotel is very close to the mall. And there are a lot of people in the hotel, like a supermarket. Half check-in is more than 10 minutes

It was obvious that the barbecue net was too dirty, and the meat residue stuck on it

The pool area was a welcome respite from the Cairo heat. Overall, the Ramses Hilton offers good value, primarily due to its location and views, but don't expect a modern, luxurious experience

Cleaning is bad, Dusty rugs that is not cleaned properly , Towels are so old that you can feel it, Toiletries not regularly provided , hairdryer is missing, had to request it , Iron is not cleaned and iron board is dusty , Can't use iron

I felt a bit suspicious about a very small number of staff, but everyone was friendly, and I especially encountered Mohamed Adel several times in the hotel, who helped me many times

However, the noise of cars and horns in the center of Cairo was always loud, and this hotel was no exception. If I have business in the center of Cairo again, I will stay here

Beautiful bustling hotel. Our room overlooked the Nile river. Bed comfy, nice strong warm showers (cold season now). Room was nice & warm when we entered.

The hotel had a convenience store, a bank, and a Starbucks, which made it very convenient. There was also a lounge where drinks were available at any time

The room looked newly renovated, with new facilities, clean and hygienic, and there was a security check at the entrance. Although it was a pool view room, the Nile River could still be seen from the balcony

Very good gym - commercial standard. Swimming pool though not big but functional and heated during winter. Rooms well maintained - stayed premium room with balcony facing Nile river

Very friendly, thoughtful and helpful staff, rooms are immaculately clean. Restaurants are among the best I’ve ever eaten in. It was my birthday during my stay and they even delivered a birthday cake to my room

The hotel staff was very professional. The price was relatively low among the five-star hotels near the Nile River, and it was cost-effective. It was a safe haven in the chaotic city of Cairo

It's a good 45-minute walk to the main centre whilst other similar classes of hotels like Semiramis were much closer. Staff were polite, but the service was poor. The waiting time at checkin exceeded 40 minutes

The towels/gowns etc were the rough cotton texture as opposed to the soft luxurious feel you'd expect from a Hilton hotel. The food was lovely but most items weren't as warm as you'd hope

It is like being in the US except for the music they play. Safe, clean, and Nile river view. Make sure your reservation says Nile river view and not partial river view, with the first one you can see the piramides 😉.

This is really a five star hotel. I am so impressed that they have accessibility toilet. Their meals is so rich and their customer care is the best I have ever seen. This is a very good place to be

Attractions are 20 minutes away by car from it, and this timing is very normal in Cairo due to heavy traffic around

We had an event today at the palm ballroom, the view was amazing, green areas all around, spacious and super clean. Also the service was amazing (Mohamed El Gazzar) was so helpful and attentive to all our needs

One small point only , i didn’t like the way of service i had yesterday from the lady in the lobby’s coffee shop, her name is Sara , she was not hospitable at all with bad attitude comparing to the other ladies who were so polite , like Jihan a very sweet lady

Something about the architectural layout of the hotel forces you to go thru the lobby to get to the main pool or thru the back crossing kids playground. Taxi service for a 20 min drive thru the hotel is USD 40

We ended up just calling the front desk and describing what we wanted and that worked. The French bakery was a highlight of our stay. We had the breakfast buffet which was really very good with a large variety of foods

Non-dairy milk and creamer choices along with decaf coffee and tea options would have been great, but, in general, those are hard to come by in Egypt. Overall a very lovely stay and we hope to visit again

The security team at the back of the hotel (museum side) is not really helpful as well. They only know how to chase you out and not guiding you to come from the front of the hotel (Nile side)

They also upgraded our room to Nile View, which is perfect!. The location is walking distance to the downtown and Egyptian Museum(which is still open regardless of new museum opened in Giza)

The hotel is right on the edge of the Nile River, with beautiful scenery, convenient transportation and very good service. The restaurants, shopping mall, and swimming pool in the hotel are very good
