Four years ago, I have given them a low rating! My recent stay has changed my views toward the hotel! They have improved a lot. They made my stay pleasant and enjoyable

Well located in the most exclusive Cairo neighbourood. Plenty of excellent afordable restaurants. Rooms are spacious an comfortable, classic style

Good service and great food (Hard to come by in Cairo) Yes, the rooms are a bit dated but it still feels premium enough to warrant 5 stars

If you are sensitive to the second hand I'd recommend going into the room and testing it out before you settle in. Because I switched rooms I realized that each room is pretty much set up completely different

They even have gluten free bread available if you ask at all the restaurants, room service and always available at the complimentary breakfast

The rooms were tough - I ended up switching rooms once but my colleague switched theirs 4x because it smelt like smoke

The stay was lovely, The place was clean and very close to the airport. Enjoyed the stay and the professional hotel staff which was so friendly and helpful Meals was fantastic and with very good variety

I particularly enjoyed the pool area, which was a great place to relax and unwind. The restaurant also exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city. It’s within walking distance of many attractions and great restaurants. The view from the room was stunning, especially at sunset

I was on a conference for two days. The food and beverage for breakfast and lunch are more than excellent with different varieties. They have a nice pool that you can check in the picture

The breakfast was wow staff However I came in 2009 to Egypt and I was since the time I said I might not visit again but this time it’s totally different especially with this special hotel keep it up and soon soon soon you will see me in January, planning to bring my family over here to enjoy the timing here

Took out one star for the the lack of drinking water bottles “ you have to request them in room but they only give two per person “ and it took way too long for water to arrive most of the time

The room was great, the lobby was great and the food at the executive lounge was fantastic. Will definitely stay again if ever in Cairo again

This hotel is centrally located in Cairo. Not really walking distance but a short car ride (which is available at the hotel for a charge)

As soon as I entered the breakfast area she would have my coffee ready just the way I liked it. She remebered all our wants and needs and catered to it with grace. Her heart warming personality made our mornings

Do not hesitate to book this hotel. The Nile view from the room was amazing! All the common areas well kept and the room super clean

The matress perfect and the personnel very helpful! The buffet breakfast has a lot of variety and fresh products! I will definitely come back!

Great hotel and wonderful location. Hanna took great care of me at breakfast! The freshly made bread was delicious, hot out of the oven and served with a warm smile from the women baking it. Great way to start the day!

I enjoyed my stay, 5-star service from the parking and valet, they help with your luggage, and easily assist to settle you into your room. Very helpful staff, and there is some shopping that is convenient in the hotel

The restaurant Pane Vino is outstanding. Islam took excellent care of our table. Five star restaurant without the five star price. We had gazpacho, seafood soup, seafood linguine and the sea bass were incredible

Adel was an amazing host and made the night enjoyable. We had amazing food along the Nile and enjoyed the meal. I would definitely come back and would love to have another meal here. Thank you for everything.

We had a great experience here! The views of the Nile from the restaurant were awesome. Our server Ahmed Salah went out of his way to get us beef tenderloin kebabs and catered to my dietary restrictions

My stay at the Intercontinental Semiramis in Cairo was nothing short of spectacular. I am profoundly grateful to all the staff, with a special mention to the exceptional team on the 12th floor

I stayed here for five nights, where I enjoyed the view of the Nile from the 35th floor, great breakfast, and definitely helpful and courteous staff. Our child also enjoyed the stay, including the outdoor pools

Though I didn't partake, the mere presence of such a thoughtful amenity spoke volumes about the hotel's dedication to providing an exceptional experience for its guests

The only negative matter is some staff needs to learn how to deal equally with every guest, not just the people they know they gonna give them tips

Additionally, the thoughtful touch of complimentary snacks available throughout the day added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay

It was a nice experience in the hotel for our Anniversary. Also, The Revolving Restaurant on the 40th floor, is beyond amazing

Ultimately it was caulking around the glass to walls but they didn't do it. Our card also was hit and miss sometimes with our room. Otherwise the location is good, there is a currency exchange machine in the hotel

The food was exceptional! Additionally, all our room service food was delicious and arrived quickly. The view from our room was beautiful, and the upgraded modern rooms were so nice and comfortable, with plenty of space

Pleasant staff and all staff members were very friendly! We had a room on the high floor so it was very peaceful and quiet when we were resting at night after a long day out

I also loved that there is a bank on-site, which was very convenient. Carol at guest services was so sweet and helped us by printing our boarding passes for Luxor

We always came back to a cleaned room, which was so nice after a long day, and they helped accommodate us with an iron swap because ours wasn't working properly

We also received a complimentary chocolate plate on our first night and fresh fruit baskets during the other days, which made our stay even more special

Overall it's a very nice hotel. Nice reception, nice restaurants, beautiful terrace, nice pool

I would like to thank all the staff members starting from the bell man to the house keeping they are all great and helpful but special thanks to Hady from Reception he made sure to accommodate all our requests and that we have everything we need

The Best Hotel in Cairo Beautiful, clean and spacious rooms! Wonderful service, excellent breakfast and food!! You must absolutely visit both restaurants Tao and Ev the food is out of this world, the atmosphere and decoration is gorgeous! The concierge are extremely helpful and will organize fantastic trips for you!! The accommodation is huge and breathtaking

I haven’t stayed in the hotel yet but I have used the spa and the restaurant. If you are looking for real Thai food in Cairo, this is the place. Beautiful restaurant, incredible menu and excellent service

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Dusit Lake View Hotel, and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The hotel's beauty is truly captivating. One of the highlights of my stay was the stunning pool area

It's the ideal place to unwind and soak up the sun. The pool is well-maintained, and the surrounding area is beautifully landscaped, providing a tranquil escape. The services at the Dusit Lake View Hotel are exceptional

The towels/gowns etc were the rough cotton texture as opposed to the soft luxurious feel you'd expect from a Hilton hotel. The food was lovely but most items weren't as warm as you'd hope

It is like being in the US except for the music they play. Safe, clean, and Nile river view. Make sure your reservation says Nile river view and not partial river view, with the first one you can see the piramides 😉.

Wonderful hotel! Great stay for the money when we booked our trip with Egypt Tours Portal. The service was great! Food was wonderful! Wish we could have stayed here longer!

I enjoyed the stay but with some comments: 1. The bathroom was lacking maintenance with leaking water taps. Room service was delaying every time I called

The food made to order was lovely and hot. The drinks were replenished often and there was a good variety. Most staff members were friendly and helpful

The breakfast restaurant was magnificent and they have a very talented and friendly pianist 😊🌹🎩🎹 4. Garage was nice and easy to deal with by yourself

The location also met our needs nicely. Thank you, Fairmont, for a wonderful stay. An area of improvement could be adding Netflix/streaming options to the TV. But, still had plenty of channels to choose from

The main lounges and restaurants can be very loud in the evening but the guest rooms were always quiet. The only critique I have is that the location is a bit out of the way. Overall a very comfortable stay

I'm in the Fairmont Room overlooking the Nile at the Fairmont Cairo. The views are impressive! The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs

Room was cool except all socket were far from bed. A manager kindly orginised me a free transfer ride from the airoprt by email - that was very nice.

Being a transit travel via Cairo for 12 hours, EgyptAir offered me overnight stay at this hotel. Well, we waited one hour in front of the airport till the shuttle bus arrived. It takes 2 minutes to reach to the hotel

I was given a number and asked to wait. Few minutes later, I was called for check in. I got a spacious room with 2 vouchers for dinner and breakfast buffet at restaurant Azure. Such a wonderful staff and great service

Housekeeping is comprehensive, rooms are very clean and public places are disinfected and sterilized. I would like to thank all the housekeeping team and their responsibility

The restaurant is so nice with many varieties of soup, appetizers, main courses and desserts. Next morning, the shuttle bus dropped us back to the airport

Swimming pool and spa open 24/24 very practical for relaxing. Very nice hotel located in Egypt. Very comfortable The rooms are well laid out, have plenty of room and are perfectly clean

I spent 2 nights here but did not have time to take advantage of the facilities. First night I had room with view of pool area. 2nd night I had a room with view of golf course

Great place to relax and pamper yourself. Their massage is on spot. Heated pool is the best especially in winter. Swimming from outdoor to indoors is a lot of fun.

I stayed at the hotel in 2012 and just now in December 2017. Now rooms need to be renovated. Carpets, chairs are not clean. Robes and towels are not white any more and smelly

To use suna and steam room you have only 30 min free! I didn’t use swimming pool, comfort bed the balcony was too small you cant set only standing I booked luxury room with river view! Noise from the river even for the 12th floor the window wasn’t noise cancellation and noise from AC fan I couldn’t sleep well but my wife likes that noise and let her sleep! Breakfast buffet options was good but not...

Only the payment in advance to confirm the booking through a link that is only valid few days is not convenient because you waste your time and it is confusing because you already give your bank details on the website

Great location, grand hotel, upon entering there are lots of security checks, no one can enter without going through scanner, this is fairly large hotel with a pool and swim up bar, there is a restaurant with live entertainment, and cafe on the main floor

Our room was basic but clean, the bathroom was clean and had a unique style. we left our luggage there after check out. The check in and out process was quick. The only complaint was that the bed was a tad bit hard

It's a pretty good hotel for the location, rooms are a little bit small however very clean with spacious bathroom. The vibes are good with the restaurants, however again the pool is very small in size for residents.

There was a slight issue with the entrance, as I had to walk all the way to the main gate to get my cab. The rooms are cozy, but they feel a bit worn. The breakfast was plentiful, and the customer service was excellent

I am very grateful to the staff at the Novotel Cairo Airport for helping me to recover some items I accidently left behind in my room. The housekeeping found them, set them aside with an identifier at the Lost & Found

If you are vacationing or looking for a romantic getaway I wouldn't recommend this place because of where it's located there's no view, but if it's business this is definitely the place you should be

However , they need to add on more variety regards to some of their own specialities as the breakfast was more focused on continental items. I give 4star for food out of 5 and 5 out of for service

Breakfast here was very good, variety of foods and freshly made. In addition the staff were very friendly, attentive and super efficient. Nevien and the manager Walla in particular were excellent
