The entire hotel is still a semi-finished product. The restaurant is under construction and the swimming pool is also under construction. After leaving the hotel, it is basically a wasteland. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Safir Hotel for a second time. While the rooms were a bit different from the last time, it was still a lovely experience. A review in 2 parts: The hotel staff themselves are nice, very attentive etc and the service overall is good. The downside is the travel agency booking thing.. I booked a transport to a specific area and they just left me halfway.. It is only a 5-minute drive from City Star Mall. It is also only about 13 minutes from the airport. The overall hotel is relatively new and the environment is very good. great place to stay near the airport and staff were great. rooms are a bit outdated and the room wasn’t the cleanest, we found bejeweled pieces everywhere in our room. it was a good enough place for us to shower and rest for a few hours due to a 20hr layover.

The staff was super cooperative and caring. Security staff, receptionist, housekeeping staff everyone was extremely helpful and kind. They made my experience 10 times better. Hats off to them

Very big and clean room but the most important happened with us that I was traveling with my husband back to Norway and I forgot behind in the safe locker my laptop and precious jewelry. They saved the locker as it’s until I sent a relative and the whole mangers and team were there and it was delivered safely. Definitely I’ll go again evrytime we visit Egypt

Ctrip's service is great, but the hotel is rather rigid. It's difficult to communicate with the front desk about upgrading the room or changing the room type. Although they can assist in calling a taxi, the charges are higher than the market price. The restaurant upstairs has a great view of the pyramids!

Jewel Zamalek is a good place to stay in. Perfect location in down town. The staff is really helpful and nice. The room is clean

Friendly staff, clean and good for the price. On the down side the pool is almost 100% a public swimming pool that is used for lessons and races from 4:30am to 12pm, so there is shouting, whistles etc from 4:30am.
